I've been coming to this salon regularly with my daughter and my bestie, and we always have a great experience! My daughter sees Lisa, and Lisa always does an incredible job on her nails. I usually have Lien for my pedicures and Jenn for my manicures, and we've never left unhappy. Jenn is so personable--she's talkative, funny, and makes the appointment fly by. Lien is quieter, but incredibly kind and consistently gives the most AMAZING pedicures. We usually make an appointment ahead of time, but on days we walk in, they're usually quick to get us started. If they know they're too busy, they're honest and let us know right away what time to come back, which I really appreciate. I've never had Helen do my nails, but she is so friendly, and the times I've had to bring my baby with me, she's been unbelievably sweet to him. One time she even got down and played Hot Wheels with him --he loved it! The salon is always clean, they have a great selection of colors, and their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Amazing job and service! These ladies at the nail salon are wonderful. I highly recommend them. They always make sure their clients are happy and satisfied with their work. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly attitude make every visit a great experience. Thank you for always doing such an amazing job!

First time here for multiple services including Gel X fill & Gel Pedi. That was 5 days ago. My Gel X feels soft on top for lack of a better word. It's also been applied unevenly. The Cats Eye polish was not brought close to the cuticle so it looks like I need a fill already. Speaking of the Cats Eye, is that how it's supposed to look?

My girl Lisa!!!! She did it again!! She worked her magic and made my birthday nails the best ones yet!! I am still getting compliments and it's been 3 weeks. They looked brand new even after 2 weeks. Love this place. Been to a lot of different nail places in Chino/Ontario and this ones the best. I am rough with my hands and jammed them and they are still holding strong.

I've been coming to true nails spa for almost two years and I love their work ! Staff is super nice and friendly. Lisa and Helen are great! They always leave my nails looking amazing!!

I always have a great experience here. Lisa does my nails and they always look amazing. Everyone is always so nice. The shop looks very clean and it's decorated very cute.

I tried this salon because I wasn't happy with my previous one. I wanted almond nails and the lady at the other salon just couldn't get the shape quite right! Helen did my nails. I told her what I wanted and she did a great job. She got the shape perfect! She was so nice. All the women working there are very nice. The salon is clean and has a calm vibe. Prices are reasonable too. read more

I've been getting my nails done here for some time now. I genuinely liked it, service was great staff was friendly and my nail tech Lisa knew how to do my nails very well where it complimented my hands and feet. The last time I went I attempted to get ombre nails on hard gel for my hands. I specifically asked my nail tech if it was something she could do showing her a picture. She confidently said yes and proceeded. Prior to putting the final top coat she asked if I liked them. To be honest in the most respectful manner possible, they were ugly. Lisa asked if I would prefer to do a solid color instead. I responded with yes please, mind you these were my birthday nails so I wanted to be happy with them. She willingly accommodated with a good attitude. I didn't think anything of it. During this visit I only had my nails done. Normally I like to get both a manicure & pedicure together. Prior to this visit I started noticing whenever I would try to make an appointment with Lisa for both a manicure and pedicure Helen always insisted I used two different nail technicians. I had tried this before but was never satisfied with anyone else's work. The quality just wasn't the same as Lisa's. Today when I tried to schedule my appointment I got the run around. First Helen agreed to scheduling me an appointment with Lisa. Then when I mentioned I would want both a manicure and pedicure Helen mentioned Lisa was not available. Then offered Friday at 4. I agreed knowing how busy she gets. I figured it's my day off n I'm flexible. Then Helen proceeds to tell me that if I decide to change my color I would need to pay extra money. She indicated that the last time I was at the salon the lady after me got upset bc Lisa took longer on my nails making her late for the appointment. I told her I didn't understand why I was being told anything when my nails technician offered to change the color. Keep in mind I checked in with Lisa the day of to ensure she was good with her following appointment. I have always tried to be a customer that isn't difficult and ensure to leave good tips. I made it clear to Helen that I understood but did not agree why she felt the need to tell me what she was stating as if I did something wrong. I proceeded to try and make my appointment with Lisa, per Helen suddenly Lisa had no availability. Again Helen insisted I go with someone else for my pedicure while Lisa did my manicure. Helen what you don't seem to understand is that not all your nail technicians have the same quality of work as Lisa, respectfully yourself included. So rather than making it difficult to get a service I am paying for please be more understanding to customers preferred preferences on nail technicians. I will not he going back, it's so disappointing. Helen you are ruining Lisa's clientele. Which is unfortunate because she has exceptional customer service and quality work. read more

I started coming not too long ago, and I'm so happy i did. The place is spacious, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. I went yesterday. This time, i had the detox pedicure Helen had recommended it. I was not disappointed i was pampered. I felt so relaxed, and the herbs that are used during pedicure for the detox amazing, i really could feel the effects as if heat was being generated from the inside out, all i can say by the time i was done my body was so relaxed, Thank you Jen for am amazing manicure and Lien for the pedicure. I usually don't do bad reviews, but today I want you to be aware about what happen to me here on this shop, I called to set up an appointment, they said is ok just walk in we gonna help you as soon I walked in the ask me what I need I said fill and one nail, Lien asked me to sit on the first table and she started working on my nail, she use a lot of power on my nail and use a different type of mail I asked her you sure you know how to do nails or you do more pedi and manis if is like that it's fine just let me know, she was really nice and said wait my one of my friends is gonna do it, and then all of them started talking their language one by one left and only her was at the shop it was almost 7:40 I got there at 5:00pm no body help her or try to fix my nails they came to see and walked away please don't go there. read more

This salon is very clean and they do follow Covid regulations. Plus they offer complimentary drinks. The service was great the nail techs were very nice and welcoming. When it comes to the skills and pricing .. something lacks. My friend and I both got a full set and basic pedicure done. When asked if I wanted anything additional to the pedi I said no just basic, but it seems to me they added gel and a callus remover. I didn't say anything thinking they understood what I said multiple times and it was complimentary or something but no. They just added it all up to the overall price, just seemed a little steep on their end. Not sure if I'd return honestly. read more

I have been in Vali for 7 years. I was looking for a nail shop from LA, to Fontana to San diego and I haven't found one. No, they do nt take appointments. However, when you go in you can place your name on the waiting list and if it is a long wait (sometimes can be 2-3hrs), they will give you a call when they are ready to take you.

She really took her time and checked in with me multiple times to make sure it was what I wanted. She was very sweet and her work is amazing. The nails were immaculate 3 weeks later when I came in for a fill. I didn't catch the name of my tech on my second visit, but wow she was fast. Multiple times through the service she paused to check in that I liked the length, shape, color, design etc. I appreciate that so much because we all know it can be hard to speak up when something isn't quite what we want. And omg she was fast. She removed my previous design, filled/shaped, and painted in just 40 mins. Such a excellent experience 10/10 The salon itself is clean and very cute. The pedicure chairs look new still. I recommend calling and making an appointment if you intend to try them out, they can get pretty booked.

I asked for blue and they put 3 coats of it and it still looked horrible. You could see through, I mentioned it while still there and that was the best they were able to do -_-. I got to work later that night and a nail broke off!! I messaged them and they said it wasn't their fault since it was a fill that they did, BUT the nail that broke off was new from them! I had a missing nail when I got there and asked for a fill and a new nail for the one missing..... I paid $38 for the fill and nail repair. I never went back to get another coat. I did however like the way they reshaped my nails, only plus from my experience!

Let me start by saying this is UNLIKE ANY other nail salon I have ever been to... it is beautifully decorated, posh, clean, opulent, comfortable, open and inviting! I had my nails done by Tammy... she's a treasure! If you come to this location, ask for her! Tammy goes the extra mile and delivers incredible service! She took her time and care to give me the MOST perfect nails and shape I could even wish for! She has the most amazing eye for detail! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Helen at True Nails and Spa. Helen is a fantastic nail technician and she did my gel pedicure with a French tip and I couldn't be more impressed! Love this place. They always do amazing work and the pricing isn't too bad. They take their time and have plenty of different options as far as colors, gel, design. They even offer a free beverage (water, glass of wine, soda) while they do your nails. Only issue is they only accept cash for tips. I never have cash on me and it's easy to forget to stop at the atm before when you're in a rush. And they don't offer appointments. I was looking for a new nail shop after the one I had been going to for the last 20 +yrs service went down hill. I took a recommendation from my best friend and decided to try True Nails was kind of skeptical since I was driving from LA to Ontario but I very pleased such a beautiful classy place not to mention the huge selection of gel polishes and they serve wine beer and water. Walked in for eyebrow tinting and waxing with my daughter today. Was greeted with a very warm welcome by the lady at the front desk (forgot to ask her name) our first impression was "wow it's very nice,clean and modern." I had such a great experience at this nail salon here in Ontario, CA! The lady who did my nails was incredibly sweet and really took her time to make sure everything came out even and exactly how I wanted. They do awesome nails and toes as well!! Ive been coming here for a while and I love it ! I get long nails and it will last me almost 3-4 weeks without a fill and same for my toes!! They have great service and the ladies are so sweet and funny and do a good job there I always love going there to get my nails and toes done !!!
