This poor guy was left completely by himself for the evening shift after apparently the rest of the crew walked out, and he was essentially stuck doing the job of four people as a one-man show. And let me tell you -- he was absolutely killing it. Orders were coming through and piling up, and despite being completely on his own, Jordan remained kind, patient, respectful, hardworking, and professional the entire time. He never took his frustration out on the customers, never made anyone feel like an inconvenience, and even with everything he was juggling, he still made sure my order was made correctly and accurately. What impressed me most was his character. He easily could have walked out like everyone else apparently did, but instead, he stayed, took responsibility, and did everything he could to keep the store running. That says a LOT about someone's work ethic. Honestly, Jordan worked harder by himself tonight than I've seen some Subway locations work with an entire team behind the counter.
