The food didn't help at all the shrimp was extremely overcooked & dry and the sauce was just oily and completely bland. Even my water tasted off, it was sweet, like the cups hadn't been properly cleaned, which was honestly concerning. Overall, this place is poorly run and clearly not equipped to handle even basic service. Between the long wait, lack of communication, nonexistent accountability, questionable cleanliness, and low-quality food, it was a complete waste of time. Each time we asked for an update, we were told "5 minutes," yet we watched tables who arrived after us receive their food first. After waiting over an hour--while most of our table had already finished eating--the waitress stopped checking on us altogether. We eventually had to track down a manager/owner ourselves to address the issue. Instead of resolving it properly, we were offered a free beer and told our meal would be comped, but the final receipt still charged us in full. At that point, the damage had already been done and could have been handled much earlier. To make matters worse, the crawfish itself was gritty, and the bottom of the bowl appeared dirty, as if it hadn't been properly cleaned before cooking.
