Then, the day after they supposedly worked on it, my car was towed for being illegally parked. They never informed me that it had been towed. I called every day for a week to check on the status of my vehicle, and no one told me what had happened. I only found out my car had been towed after receiving a notice in the mail from the tow company. After getting my car out of impound, I had to pay an additional $180 to have it towed from Irving to a location closer to my home. Between the lack of communication, poor service, and the extra expenses I incurred, this was one of the worst experiences I've had with an auto shop.
