The truffle pig is goated for apres! Conveniently located at the bottom of the steamboat gondola, you can walk over and leave your skis/board on the ramp. Nothing is better than some HH house margaritas on the patio reminiscing the days activities. The service is friendly and does well to keep up with the steady influx of guests. I truly can't say enough about the happy hour, great prices especially for a mountain restaurant. Cheers! HH 2-4 and HH on the patio only from 4-5:30.

Best Apres in the village. Cool and casual apres and stay or come back and have a high end dinner. It's our go-to afternoon stop everytime we are in Steamboat. 5 star bar with unbelievable bourbon and Tequila collection. Great food and service. Go there!

Adult Grilled Cheese with tomato bisque soup

We stopped in Truffle Pig after a morning on the slopes to enjoy some lunch. We ordered the adult grilled cheese, which came with a tomato bisque soup. We also decided on the Italian sliced beef sandwich, and upgraded to the truffle fries. As you can see, the portions are huge and the food is delicious. Although a little pricey, it's expected based on their location at the base of the ski slopes. Next time, we plan on hitting the Apres Ski specials a little later in the day, as the prices were much better and menu options looked awesome. Give Truffle Pig a try when you're in town!

This review is for service and drinks. The Bartenders are awesome and make the best drinks in Steamboat. I had one of the best espresso martinis of my life.

Chilean Sea Bass. Possibly the best meal ever

We came here for our last night of vacation and got to sit outside. The view wasn't as pretty as I had hoped, but the weather was amazing! Our waiter was super kind and attentive the whole meal. I started dinner with a strawberry lemon spritz and it was so nice in the cool air! My boyfriend had the steak and let me try a bit. Honestly, not a huge red meat eater so it wasn't my favorite steak I've ever had. Not to be dramatic, but my sea bass was probably the most amazing sea bass I have ever had. The tom kha soup base so was delicious and creamy, and the vegetables in it were perfect. I will honestly dream of this dish.

Fabulous food, and service by Jess. Field Salad was my absolute favorite. Make sure you make a reservation.

Came here for an early dinner. Made a reservation bc this place gets super busy on the weekends. They have happy hour from 2-4 pm. We just missed their happy hour bc our dinner reservation was at 4:30 pm. Got their bison carpaccio to start which was flavorful and had a hint of truffle. I got the prime rib for dinner. It was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. My friend got their mushroom ravioli and added shrimp. The ravioli had a ton of sauce on it that you could not see the ravioli but my friend said it tasted good. Service was great and our waiter was attentive. For the food, the prices are on the heftier side for the food that you get.

We came here after skiing for dinner. Due to COVID we could dine indoors and the tables are just spaced out more. We got some cocktails to starts and some appetizers (shrimp and shishito peppers). As I can't do gluten but wanted a healthy option I went With the sea bass with out soy sauce. Fish was perfectly cooked and food was plated attractively. The only thing I didn't love, outside of it's presentation, was the rice. It was presented as a pyramid But it was really dried out. My friend got the same fish without holding the sauce and she felt the same so it wasn't an issue with my specific dish. Our waiter was awesome, even suggesting a bottle that was a special price that we loved. Overall a good experience although don't expect a bargain in a resort area.

Summer visit- Great patio (was on a wait). Inside has a neat vibe as well. Unique menu with a decent array of what I call "foodie" offerings. Prices were on the high side so that's the only reason I'm giving them 4stars. We enjoyed the marcona almonds, scampi pasta, truffle pig salad and the organic Scottish salmon. I didn't care for the glazes and sauces added to many things- especially because they were Asian flair which isn't my fave because of the sugar and soy. We were able to get the sauce on the salmon placed on the side. The salmon was otherwise delectable as was the pasta- it tasted house made! They have a significant list of whiskey for those who are interested. Good cocktail list as well- some prohibition style cocktails. I tried the lavender flip but it was sweeter than I preferred. It's convenient to the slopes being located at the bottom.

Ny steak strip - comes with creamed spinach and mashed potato

We chose this restaurant as it was nearest to our hotel. It was the best choice! We were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and quality of food we received here. For 2 people we shared a Mac and cheese appetizer - absolutely delicious, tasted restaurant style and not gooey and homey like boxed Mac and cheese. We also shared some giant shrimp cocktail - tasted nice and fresh! We ordered a delicious bottle of Zinfandel, and were happy to hear we could take it home as we did not finish it at dinner. Finally. We split the New York steak strip which was perfectly done and very Smokey. We would definitely come back!

Cafe Diva was very impressive! The service was probably the best I have probably ever had - Casey…read morewent above and beyond, even taking us outside to take a family photo. We ended up splitting some soups (get the tomato crab), the beet salad, and the Market Fish (salmon) on a bed of cous cous and red cabbage. It was very nice that they split all the dishes for us. The crème brûlée was typical of what I get at "fancy" restaurants, and also very delicious. We also got a delicious wine recommended by the sommelier, which was a nice additional service.

4 stars for the food, deductions for service…read more We got the $95 off season special which was nice. They advertise it on their website but you must request it or they won't offer it. Small restaurant that has been around since the 1990s. My partner enjoyed his sommeliers choice wine Complementary bread (2 small pieces) with olive oil and olives. Pretty good Tomato and crab bisque (shared) was super rich creamy and delicious The duck breast was meh for me. Meat was fine but the rest of it all together was off The venison short loin (red elk) was amazing. It was cooked perfectly- rare to medium rare. Mashed potatoes were good. Asparagus was just ok Crème brûlée was also super delicious. The vanilla bean inside was great We were ready to come back on our last night to order the venison again before we drove back home 3 hours bc the food was so good My biggest complaint and why I dropped two stars were the services. the server was super nice and attentive at the start. But once we finished the entree, he spent most of the time chatting with the table across from us. We heard the whole convo as we were waiting for him to remove our plates and bring us the dessert menu. It was 8pm and he only had two tables left: Our table and the other table. He chatted with the other table about furbo and ring cameras for their pets for a very long time. Maybe ten minutes later he took our plate and said he'd bring the dessert menu. Then he brought them wine , chatted with them for a bit about growing up in steamboat and the neighbors and then he eventually brought our dessert menu. Then while we were eating dessert, chatted with them for another good 20 minutes without even looking at us. We just wanted the check but my partner didn't want to be rude and interrupt him. By 9pm we got tired of waiting and we got up, put our coats on and walked to the front to try to pay at the front. That's when he came over. No apology, just said oh you want to pay? Charged our card and gave us the receipt to sign. We noticed he over charged us. He was already back chatting with the other couple and my partner didn't want to interrupt him so then I went to go ask another employee for help which then got the servers attention and he came over. Then we waited like 10 minutes until he was able to refund and recharge the correct amount. We had just driven 3 hours after having a medical emergency all morning and almost cancelled our trip. We had an absolutely heart wrenching day with the news we received from the doctor. But we decided to move forward with the trip and just have a nice dinner as we recovered for our first night. So while the food was good, this was not a pleasant ending to our already terrifying day. Pay attention to ALL of your customers! Not just the ones who are clearly wealthy and keep ordering more glasses of wine. I am updating the review 06/09 because in the end, the restaurant made it right.
