Raymond came to my house and inspected my property for termites and was very thorough and explained, with respect and professionalism, what he found and what the plan was to get rid of the pesty termites that seems to like my house for the 3rd time. What a nightmare! If you want to have your money taken, these are the people to do business with. I have contact TruForce on several occasions regarding the billing and services which they provided. I have communicated that their pest control issues were necessary for the interior of my home to address scorpions and other pests but that the exterior of the home was unnecessary due to the fact that I am a part of an HOA. Additionally, I notified them that I would need to have notice so that I could have my dogs kenneled or appropriately relocated. Despite this information, I have been notified that on several instances they have sprayed the exterior of my home - ignoring the need for interior service and billed over and over despite not providing the service that I required. Finally, despite communicating with them often to address this matter, I was contacted by an individual named Chris and threatened with my credit being adversely affected when I refused to pay for a service that was not adequately provided. I sought to speak with the General / Regional Manager and was then ignored and my information was sent to a credit reporting agency rather than addressing my concerns and remedying the complaint. I feel as though I have been exploited and disregarded as nothing more than a checking account rather than a valued customer. I had to file with the Attorney General AND the Better Business Bureau. I'm hoping to get some sort of resolution before it continues to escalate. read more

What they call errors in billing, I call fraud. The free initial service was charged. I signed up for every other month, they charged me every month. I called many times to be credited. When I had enough and tried to cancel, they tried to tell me that I had a contract. Be careful when you sign-up with this company. Update: 12/18/17 So, I got a call today from a Mr. Wes from TruForce. This is after I've gotten a collection notice. He stated that he will do away with the collection and give me add a discounts if I do Business with them again. He acknowledged that there was a billing error with many customers. Not only did they not schedule service as contractually obligated to, one I started calling for service, they stood me up. Three times. I contacted Greg, the account manager, who assured me he would release me from my contract without paying a $200 cancellation fee as this was "unusual" for them to have this type of issue. Fast forward three months, and I get a collection notice in the mail. Also, what a surprise, Greg is not willing to call me back. Reached out to this company for a quote and scheduled a service YEARS ago. They never showed for the appointment so I called them....Their receptionist states that they came the week before and serviced my house, when I was out of town. I said nobody came out and I still have bugs everywhere in my yard. I have cameras and I have a padlock on my back gate and never did these guys come out to my house. I agreed to an $89 service for my front yard, back yard and inside yet never got anything. Receptionist says there must of been some sort of issue and will reschedule. Two weeks later, scheduled appointment time and no technician comes to service my house, so I go with another company...Two months later I get a bill for $89 from Tru Force. I explain to the receptionist I never got a service from the company and that I'm not paying the bill. She says to disregard and that they sent the bill in error. 4 years later....Present day. I'm trying to buy a car and there is Tru Force Pest Control on my credit report for an $89 service that I never received!!!! This company is nothing but scam artists. A week later companies response to my review is you couldn't find me in the system however you've reported me to collections. Come on!!! read more

Nothing positive to say. Came door to door and sold me a list of lies. Their "powerful, but pet and kid friendly" product didn't work at all. Within days of service we saw more insects and pests than before. When we called to have them come out to remedy the situation I was told that we could expect to see more activity because we were killing their food. Would have made sense if I didn't have to do that 4 times. I called every time our home was serviced to complain and ask them to come back only 1 or 2 weeks later. As a mother with an infant, seeing multiple live scorpions in my house was pretty upsetting. Unsatisfied with their product I called to cancel their service. They told me that in order to cancel I needed to pay 179.00. 180 for a service that I wasn't going to receive and that didn't work. I refused. After multiple calls from both my husband and I we finally got them to agree to cancel. Only to have them charge us for a service again. This is the most incompetent company with a junk product. As noted in my previous review, conversations with TruForce were contentious and left me wanting gauge my eyeballs out. After 12 pages of text messages, more than 10 emails and many times of phone calls back and forth for clarifying, correction and confirmation on agreement etc, today I left work early to come home for a RODENT treatment at attic according to the schedule. But after Allllll these, when I opened the door, I saw a notice that asked me to check email, a bug service invoice has been sent to you! We moved into our home three years ago, and soon found that the whole neighborhood is infested with scorpions. Our neighbors told us that bug spray doesn't work on them and it's just something you have to learn to live with in AZ. This was totally unacceptable to me. Fortunately, someone recommended TruForce for dealing with scorpions, so we tried them. The results have been impressive. In over three years, we have only seen a handful of those filthy creatures in our house. My neighbors, on the other hand, are still infested. Bug spray may not be able to seal the scorpions out completely, but TruForce has made our house livable. On the rare occasion that I have seen a scorpion, I call their office and they are at my property within a day or two. You can't ask for better service. They consistently do a thorough treatment of the exterior, and they'll spray inside on request at no extra charge. I have never met a technician I didn't like, and every time they come, they ask me if I have any special requests for service. Nice people. Their customer service is great too. They text and call me the day before coming so I can keep my dog inside while the technician takes care of the outside. Any issues I have ever had were taken care of quickly and professionally.
