I don't like writing bad reviews, because I know its not good for business, but with that being said, this company is not good and I don't want others to have the same experience I did. We had a very friendly salesman who sold us on how good they were yada yada, and he said they come every other month accept in the summer they come every single month because there are more bugs. He also promised that if anytime between spraying's we saw more bugs they would be right out to take care of it. Well I wish this were true. They came out in May for the first visit, which was fine, then came back in June again. about 2 weeks after they came, we started seeing A LOT of bugs, including 2 scorpions (which have never seen any before this), one in the house and one in the back yard. I have a 10 month old that crawls on the floor and she kept getting spider bites on her legs! I contacted the company and they said the soonest they could come was in about a week. Well the appointment came and went and they didn't show up! I contacted them and they got back with me and rescheduled the appointment for the end of July! Almost 2 months after the last visit in. I was frustrated, but what could I do? So the end of July appointment came up and if you can believe it, NOBODY SHOWED UP! We finally gave up and went to Home Depot and bought some bug spray and did it ourselves because we just couldn't wait any longer. I have emailed and emailed this company and NO ONE has gotten back with me. AND they have yet to come out since the beg of June and we are now in August. Please beware of this company. They make you pay money upfront and don't deliver on their end of the agreement. I will probably have to sue them to get my money back that they continued to charge me without showing up. I have become obsessed with getting rid of scorpions in my Queen Creek home. I have used multiple pest control services that everyone knows of in the East Valley. This spring I took it upon myself to do my own pest control. I spent countless hours researching the best products to use for scorpions. I am not talking about the junk you buy at the big box stores. I was using the same stuff as pest control companies, but actually putting the right amount of concentrate in the sprayer to do the job! I was not saving any money doing this, but it was actually working! A representative from TruForce came to my house the other day. At first I was expecting the same old talk as the other companies. It turned out that TruForce was using some of the exact same products I was currently using on my own. They where putting the right amount of concentrate as well. I was excited to hear from a company that cares enough about the job they are doing! Everybody in the East Valley knows how difficult it is to kill scorpions. If you don't use enough of the right product, you will not do the job!!! TruForce earned my business and that is not an easy thing to do! I watched the technician perform the applications to my house and all I can say is, wow!! The equipment is high performance and the attention to detail from the technician was great!! I was impressed!! I could actually smell the chemicals around my outside of the house when they were done!! As long as TruForce continues to use the correct amount of concentrate and continues to take pride in their work as demonstrated, they will have my business for life! read more

TruForce came to our home and treated for pests and also made sure to take down any of our pesky spider webs that happened to be around the house. The technician, Bronson, did an amazing job, he listened to each of my concerns and explained the entire process to me. He treated all of the correct areas, including some that I didn't even think to spray. He knew where the likely problem areas would be and educated us on some of the things that we could do in order to help the process along. He explained that dead leaves and woodpiles are a bugs best friend and he advised us to move that stuff away from the home to help bugs stay away. He put out some traps in the garage to catch any bugs in there too. The home got treated all the way around, and he got the shed area really well too because we had seen some spiders there. I will rest easy, knowing that my home is secure form all the creepy crawlies that I hate so much. Bronson also paid special attention to the park area that is behind our back yard and on the side of our house because he said that sometimes pests come from those areas too. He put down some stuff for the rodents that we sometimes see in the area and let us know how it worked. The customer service staff is great, answered all my questions and were very friendly. They said that if I ever needed anything to call and that they will send someone back to our home free of charge. This was a first time of dealing with anything to call on exterminators. My knowledge was zero other than googling information. I googled top/ best exterminators and TruForce was top search to pop up. I'm a little ocd and a germaphobe. Hence,not only did I have an immediate need no matter what it was but I wanted the right type of care. I live in an apartment and recently has a neighbor to move in which was not as devoted to cleaning as I. My property is pet friendly and our grounds next to my building can be inhabited at times. The service I was given was not only attentive but humane. No matter the situation, I was respected, my home was respected and THEY UNDERSTOOD everything I had to ask. I did not understand the procedure and had a sense of panic after 6 days. The care sheet advised to wait two weeks for full satisfaction basically. After day 6 they were pulling them out and it worried me. TruForce listened to my panics and made me feel better about the treatment and care. That was above being humane to a customer to me. I love this company!. Truforce uses the best of the best products to exterminate any pests within the boundaries of your home. In a matter of days all the bugs around my home were all dead and gone. When this company comes out for your service say goodbye to any pests on the inside and the outside of your home. All of their employees that i have spoken too over at truforce are very professional and extremely helpful. I recently had Alex Mitchell come out to service my home and let me tell you that the service he provided was absolute phenomenal! He explained in the greatest detail the products he was using on my home and within how long i should expect to see the results. He made sure that I knew exactly what i was getting for the day. More than 1 year later and I couldn't be happier. Before we moved into our new home in QC we had TruForce spray and they've come out every 2-4 months or so and we've had nothing but good experiences. So far, they are by far better than any other service I've had. I've seen only two (dead) scorpions at my house when my neighbors say they have tons. I've already referred three of my neighbors because their scorpions were so bad. We've had a couple different technicians come by but the most recent Tyler was by far the best. We gave me a couple extra sticky traps and was very knowledgeable. So far I've only needed them to come out one additional time last June because we had some wasps. I did have an issue recently where my card had expired and I forgot to change it. Because of that I think they didn't spray or something. But I got a couple of text messages and an email and finally updated it on their end. Whoever I talked to in customer service was really cool about it and sent a technician out the same day I called and updated my card. If there was anytime I wish I could retract something negative I've stated with regard to a business or business practice, my previous review on TruForce Pest Control would be one. With that, I think it's important for anyone here on Yelp reading reviews about business and their practices that one should consider follow-up reviews and if the businesses are "listening" and "correcting" past issues. I can honestly say that TruForce, is in fact listening, and correcting past "growing-pain" issues. The individual they have appointed to the helm of their customer operations unit, is TOP NOTCH! It's apparent, there where some issues and with that, is obvious to me they have listened, and taken a 180 degree turn-around to fix these issues. I don't know of any business that is perfect. I do like to see diligent correction, attention and appreciation from business entities. TruForce has 110% redeemed themselves! Extremely fast resolve with my situation, a completely different company that what I was dealing with in the past! I have used truforce for the last 5 years and have never been disappointed. My last service call with Alex was no different, in fact I was impressed and greatly for his accommodations. During their last service call I was unavailable and they were not able to fumigate the inside, and I had not made time to call and schedule a visit, so it was imperative that they inside be services because I was starting to see crickets EVERYWHERE and their non stop chirping was beginning to drive me insane! Right when I called, and left a message, to request an unscheduled visit I received a text they would be out the next day. I called back to reschedule because I would be working all day and needed the inside done. I called but was unable to get through. The next morning, while I was about to jump in the shower to get ready for work, I hear the door bell and it's TruForce. I spoke to Alex and informed him of my situation asked if he could do the inside first while I was still at home! He didn't hesitate and was accommodating with my request! I wrote a review of this fantastic company last week, but have not been able to see it when checking yelp. I apologize if this is a duplicate. I contacted TruForce along with several other local companies following the recommendations of friends. We had noticed signs (yuck) of a mouse in our home. The initial call to TruForce was handled with a high degree of professionalism and we set an appt right away. Bronson came and did a complete and thorough inspection, seeing things we had missed. He took a great deal of time, and recommended a plan to set traps. He was especially sensitive to the fact that we have children and pets and did not want to use anything that could cause them harm. I am happy to say that the initial trapping was a success and we have seen no further signs of any more mice. I would HIGHLY recommend this company, as the technicians were knowledgeable, customer service was superior and the price was fair and reasonable. Its always a real problem trying to get rid of all the bugs in the summer months here in Arizona. Making sure to find a Company that uses high end safe products I think is the most important thing you can do to ensure you do not have to live with bugs. TruForce comes to my house once a quarter and sprays my entire yard with a nice and friendly technician every time. Anytime I ask the technician to do something extra he is more then willing to do it. Also if i ever want them to come back to my house in between services they come right back for free. I personally dont have scorpions but i have a good friend that had them so i told him about TruForce and he told me after 3 treatments the scorpions were not an issue. I have now helped several of my friends and family join the service and every single one of them have said they do a great job. I've been with TruForce for close to 10 years and am still as pleased now with their services as I was when I first hired them to spray the 15 yr old home I had just bought. (Evidently the seller forgot to tell me the home is in a known scorpion zone). It is few and far between now that I see a scorpion. And when I do see one of those little critters, they are DEAD!!! TruForce's products Work!!! As for service, it is top notch! Technician Jay Jones arrives timely, has a great attitude, sprays and places sticky traps and powder efficiently but more importantly, he also takes the time to explain what chemicals are being used or offers suggestions when he notices areas that could be pest attractions like weather stripping coming loose, door jamb gaps, etc. He has even taken the time to pick up fallen fruit and put it in the trash can for us. Tru Force Pest Control is an awesome company. I have used them for 3 months now and they have been phenomenal. I had a horrible scorpion problem being backed up to a farm and now we are scorpion free!!!!!! I can't say enough how awesome it is that I can send my boy outside without being worried about spiders or scorpions. I would recommend Tru Force to anyone. Every time the technicians come and do a great job and they are very clean cut. They come with a truck with a big spray machine and spray several gallons each time. I have been with Truforce for almost two years. When we started with them we had horrible Scorpions. Since having them as pest control we have found scorpions in the garage, but they are always upside down and dead. Which means the spray is working. From my understanding it is very hard to get rid of Scorpions completely. When we first moved in we had at least 5 in the first month. Now one in the garage every now and then. When they come they do a very through job. We have had the same tech for a while, Alex Carter is very kind and always funny, and he always does a great job! Anytime I have a pest issue they are out here the next day, and with no additional charge. How many pest control companies do that. I was upset at first when I found out I was in a contract, but they gave me a huge discount on my monthly bill and great customer service. I recomend them to anyone looking for pest control. read more
