I found Gladis on the Monday before my event, she had such a quick response when I reached out to her. I sent the photo of the cake I wanted and she gave a quote. She made the whole process quick and easy. As for the cake it came out exactly as the photo I had sent her! All of guest keep commenting on how amazing the cake looked. Once we cut the cake, I received more compliments on how the cut was so good. It was moist and it tasted amazing! I had a couple of my guest take cake home. I would definitely recommend coming to Gladis for cakes and I'll definitely be ordering from her again! Thank you again Gladis for an amazing cake!

I have been ordering my kids cakes from Gladis for the past years & i do not regret it a bit.. so worth what they cost & worth the drive haha... I never throw away any leftover cake because there's never leftover anymore , everyone is always so satisfied with how delicious her cakes are!! She does an amazing job 100% recommended!!!!

Best birthday cake ever! I ordered a red velvet cake for the blood effect when I cut the slices hahaha.

This review is a year and a month overdue. I kept forgetting to post a review. Let me start by saying that Gladis is such a sweet person. I called her last minute to ask if she could do a crime scene cake for my birthday and let me say that she came through for me. This was the second time she comes through. The first time I ordered baby shower cake pops and everyone loved them! My birthday cake was a hit! Thank you Gladis!

Gladys is extremely amazing. She is a gem. You tell her your dream cake and she will make it into reality. Not only it's beautiful but it taste great too. We only trust her. Since 2016 for our son's 1st birthday, my baby shower, and recently on our precious baby girl's 1st birthday. Mario and I can't thank her enough for making us our dream cakes all the time. Thank you so so much Gladys ... God bless you mor

Strawberry Matcha Latte Pretty light not too sweet good to go with the rest of the sweeeeeet dessert! The combo (mini churro, mini pancakes, fried Oreo) Love!!! Super big portion like 2-3 servings!! You get all you needed!! Their churro is super different!! The outside is crunchy but the inside is chewy like mochi!!! Really different from what I have had before! Mini Churro Dubai Chocolate Not a big fan of Dubai chocolate but this is delicious! The sauce/spread is evenly balanced!! The place is small and don't have bathroom so mostly take out and delivery! The service is nice very patient and recommended us items since w have no idea what we can get!!! Us first time trying!

They…read moredid taste fresher than the churros you typically get from a street cart or the ones that have been sitting under a heat lamp, so I'll definitely give them credit for that. My biggest issue was the wait time. After ordering, I expected to grab the churros and be on my way since it's usually a quick dessert. Instead, we were told it would take about 25 minutes for just a couple of orders of churros. That seemed excessive. The 25-minute wait for churros feels too long. It's not like we ordered burgers, steaks, or a full meal. The quality was decent, but the long wait took away from the experience. Hopefully they can improve their ordering process because waiting nearly half an hour for a simple dessert isn't something I'd expect.

The ice cream was a 5/5 for me, the toppings, and waffles combined well giving a crunch to the soft ice cream. Free parking is available but limited, and they have outdoor seating with a v for entertainment. I was joyed to see the international snacks available for purchase! I had to buy some oreos. Another perk was the eatery nextdoor!

Update: They're no longer affiliated with Fivestars!…read more I've since gone two additional times to try their waffle bites. My last trip was kind of spontaneous because I suddenly got a Fivestars reward that day for these waffle bites. However, when I arrived, I was looking for the Fivestars tablet only to be met by a Clover tablet instead. It felt like I went through a time warp because the employee working behind the register didn't seem to have any idea what I was trying to say regarding Fivestars, though he did notice a little trifold card on the front counter mentioning Fivestars. I asked if he could get his manager so I could explain, and even show, him my Fivestars reward. The reward said "already accepted", which he almost thought meant I had redeemed it already, but if that were the case, then it would have said "already redeemed". Given that they've now done away with Fivestars, I'm not too surprised he may have gotten the words "accepted" confused with "redeemed", but luckily, he was happy enough to honor it for me. The employee who assisted me was very helpful, though he did ask me to repeat the topping and the drizzle that I wanted. I chose the Strawberry Cheesecake flavor ice cream with Fruity Pebbles toppings and a Strawberry drizzle on top. Since I had already tried the cookie flavors before, I figured I'd try the fruity flavors this time around. He said he needed about 5 minutes to prepare my waffle bites, which were presented a little different than last time. Last time, I got the Cookie Butter flavor with *Cookie* Crisp and Peanut *Butter* (see what I did there?), and it came in a small plastic takeout container. This one came in a large plastic cup, and I'm thinking the logistics may have changed a ton between my last two visits. I did appreciate how the employee asked if I wanted the waffles on top of or beneath the ice cream before making the waffle bites; I chose on top. He also asked if I'd like powdered sugar on top, to which I agreed. Unfortunately, neither of the waffle bites I got from my last two visits impressed me that much. As a matter of fact, the only thing that impressed me was the strawberry drizzle. Everything else fell kind of flat. While generous in size for the $8 price tag, the Cookie Butter and the Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream didn't really taste like these flavors at all! For whatever reason, the peanut butter didn't add much flavor, but the strawberry drizzle added a lot! How even?! In short, the waffle bites weren't that much of an upgrade from the ice cream scoop that I had on my first visit. I'm willing to say "too much good was no good" here. The waffles themselves were good, but they can only do so much when a flavored ice cream doesn't even taste like that flavor. It's worth noting that on my penultimate visit, when I got the Cookie Butter Waffle Bites, I saw two employees behind the front counter who were ready to take my order. I asked them to explain what the waffle bites were, but it took them a couple of tries to actually understand what I was asking. From what I gathered, the waffle bites were similar to the ice cream scoop I had on my first visit, but with the addition of a warm waffle to supplement the ice cream. However, the step-by-step process remains the same. I was initially told it would take 6 minutes to prepare the Cookie Butter Waffle Bites, but it actually took 15! It seemed like one was training the other or they were trying to gather the ingredients and/or the steps needed to create the waffle bites. After about 10 minutes, I was told by one of the employees they had to make a new batch of waffles because the first batch had burnt. The music was getting pretty loud, so it was hard to hear him after that, but I didn't want to hold up the kitchen prep process any longer. I just said "Alright, sure" so he could continue preparing my order. I do appreciate how he let me know of this so that I'd know the reason for the extended wait, but I wish they weren't so ill-prepared during my visit. So overall, still 3 stars overall. I appreciate the prior partnership with Fivestars, but these missed opportunities have led me to believe that Cravings is just not for me. I doubt I'll try anything else on their ice cream menu, and considering that there are only a few parking spots in their lot, it will take a lot to get me to try their hot chicken. And speaking of lack of parking, I also want to mention that on my second visit, I saw two open parking stalls right in front of Cravings, one on either side of a car. That car had its driver's side wide open so that I couldn't park there. I had to park on the passenger side of that car, which he left much less room for. Perhaps a microcosm of the clientele in this part of town? Everybody deserves a second chance, right? Unfortunately, not everybody can make the most of them, and this is just one example of such. Thanks for the sweet treats Cravings, but I'll get my next one somewhere else.

Parking: They're located in a high foot traffic plaza, so finding a parking spot can be difficult. Ambiance/Environment: They have a small space with a decent amount of indoor seating. The tables and seats were kept clean. There's cute decor from the ceiling as well. This is the type of spot where you'd bring your family with younger kids for something sweet, while the adults sit and talk. When we visited, my family and one other family pretty much took up all the tables lol. Service: There was only one worker behind the counter serving and making the drinks and desserts. She doesn't acknowledge anyone. It wasn't too busy, but throughput took a while since she was by herself. There's two kiosk to order from. You don't really interact with the worker until she brings out your order. Desserts & drinks: We ordered a mixture of almost everything. We noticed there were a few menu items that were out of stock. I ordered a mango pamelo sago, my sister ordered a brown sugar boba milk tea, my cousin ordered an americano, and my other cousin ordered a strawberry & cream eggette. I thought the mango pamelo sago was okay; the mango flavor was lacking except for the actual mangos. There was plenty of sago, but I thought this dessert was underwhelming. My sister thought the boba was okay bc it had an interesting texture, and the drink itself was lightly sweet than what she's used to. My cousin thought the coffee was okay. The only thing we all enjoyed was the eggette. It's a bubble waffle with ice cream and fresh fruits, which is pretty difficult to mess up. Pricing: Prices are pretty high for the portions offered. Overall, the desserts were underwhelming and some didn't meet our expectations. The eggettes are most likely the only thing we'll come back for.

We came in around 730pm on a Monday night and there were a few tables taken. I thought that was a good sign since it was kind of cold tonight...if people are choosing to come here on a cold night, there must be a reason why! When we walked in, there was a gal at the counter, but was on her phone. Barely looked up to greet us, which wasn't a big deal since there are kiosks for you to order, but what I thought was kind of strange was she didn't bother trying to help us when we kept saying out loud "there are no photos of this or that" literally just on her phone and not trying to explain any of their menu items. The kiosk set up is on top of the counter, so we were asking these questions right in front of her. Lol. Made me wonder what the point of her sitting there was. Might as well have been in the back to watch whatever she was watching on her phone to make things less awkward. Luckily both our desserts were fine, but I did not appreciate having someone sitting at the counter only to let you know they don't care if 1) it's your first time there, 2) are confused by some of their dessert names, and 3) photos are missing for many of their items listed in the kiosk. The tables were dirty, my bag got wet from whatever was left from the previous party. Not cool. If the service (or lack there of) was better and tables clean I may have rated this place higher. Though the desserts were decent, not I'll be back. ** Warning Auto Tip: I noticed when I got home that they added a 12% tip to my total. There was no option to get a printed receipt nor was there a step to review ANY tip. I've never experienced such a thing, especially when this is a self service/pick up cafe **
