A new coffee chain started in Vietnam with multiple locations around the world. This is the first location in Houston. I came here on a weekday lunch time and it was busy with lots of students staying in the caffe to study, they due have plenty of chairs and table if you compare to another Vietnamese coffee shop across the street from this one. My husband was so excited for this place but came out very disappointed. Which made me upset for him. He wanted to give this new place a try. And this is how much they filled the cup. Barely anything. Yes, we asked for no ice but honestly - what does it cost you to just fill it up. And the guy didn't even tell my husband they weren't gonna fill it up with no ice. Just handed to him like this - half filled. For $8 a cup, this is definitely not worth it and come on guys seriously... I got the black sesame coffee since I like nutty flavors and I needed the coffee boost. The caffeine is definitely there but so is the sugar. I'm usually the type to get my drinks 25-50% sweet so it just wasn't my preference. Since this is vietnamese coffee, you can't adjust the sweetness but still surprised by the level of sweetness. My friend got the egg cream matcha; the cream reminded me of custard flavor with less vanilla flavor. My other friend got the berry matcha, which tasted like there was jam on the bottom of the drink. My friends who like sweets even agreed that the drinks were too sweet. The tables were dirty-ish (water marks from the condensation of previous customer's drinks and some stickiness). If you're going with a big group to hang out and talk, this isn't rlly the best place for that. Service was standard and normal. read more

I tried their coconut coffee and black sesame coffee. I'm not a big fan of their coffee beans they use as it has a burned coffee kind of taste. As far as the cream, the sesame tasted good!! There is a long line to order but they make your drink pretty fast. read more

Heard about this new coffee spot in Houston and had to come check it out! We tried the coconut coffee and matcha coffee. The coconut one was a 10/10. This was my first time having coconut coffee and i'm obsessed. The matcha one was definitely not for me. The matcha tasted bitter on top of bitter coffee. This was not a good mix for my particular palate. I'll have to come back here to explore the other drink options they offer. All the drinks were great! Personal favorite white coffee with egg cream foam. DELICIOUS! Honestly you can't go wrong with anything. We got a chance to talk to the owner Tiffany and she explained the menu and ingredients to us. All the staff we did talk to was extremely nice. They're still in soft opening. This was my third time visiting, but I finally got to take some photos and leave a review. I've tried their strawberry matcha latte, black sesame cream, banana latte, and lychee tea. My top faves were the strawberry matcha and the lychee tea. They are both rich and refreshing!! The lattes were a bit too strong for me, but still tasted great! Came the second day of the soft opening, snuck in before the crowd at 10:05am. Beautifully designed coffee shop with great lighting highlighting Vietnam's rich coffee culture. Staff were incredibly nice and I got all four of my coffees within 5 mins of ordering. My family and I wanted a tasting so we got a few different coffees to try out. Really enjoyed them whilst staying cool from the heat. Not overly sweet, great robusta coffee bean flavor that wasn't overpowered by the unique cream flavors.
