In particular, I wanted to say that Tony McMahon is one of those kind of guys who does their job sufficiently well to have gotten me to take the time to write this stellar review. He's conscientious, has good follow-up, with great attention to detail...he even took the time to point out to us an issue that wasn't even Pest-Control-related... On one of his recent visits, he noticed a strong "exhaust smell" under our house...we had recently had a new HVAC system installed, and there were some issues with both the settings on the unit itself (gas pressure set for Natural Gas, but ours is a Propane system), in addition to some venting issues. It could have become a hazardous situation had it continued on in perpetuity (could have been something we didn't notice for a long-enough period of time to become dangerous). So Tony taking the time to bring it to our attention was completely instrumental in us contacting the HVAC folks to address the issue(s) more expediently, saving us from a potentially larger problem down the road... The day of the appointment, he sent me a text to confirm the time. I thought that was awesome! When he showed up, he was super friendly and professional. He wasted no time in getting the work done.
