Absolutely wonderful experience here! I was greeted the moment I walked in, and once I was browsing the toe ring selection, a kind and professional woman asked if I was interested in getting any today. She led me to the booth in the back, and after I made my selections, she gently fitted me for two rings and an anklet. She was very informative about how to care for the jewelry (I got all gold filled), took her time to make sure everything felt okay while standing up, and it all came out to around $40. I read all of the amazing reviews and was so happy I made this part of my visit from NYC. My only regret is that I didn't get the name of the sweet woman that helped me! read more

Visited this store yesterday with my sister and her husband. My sisters husband walked in with a stroller and my niece whom had dipping dots in her hand. This lady rudely asked them to step out due to the dipping dops (which they did without an issue). Although it was an honest mistake from him not realizing she had the dipping dots in her hand when he stepped out, the lady was so unprofessional and spoke about the situation with another gentleman inside the store. Mentioned my brother in law gave her attitude when he stepped out which he didn't. Honey if you were having a bad day just say so you don't gotta talk about other people. Very unprofessional of her to treat others that way. I wonder what she be saying about other people. We walked out of there and decided to not give them our business. read more

I ended up buying a bunch of sea shells, colorful stones and a hanging sea shell decor for home. The lady behind the counter asked if I was visiting, when I told her yes, she made sure to wrap my items so they wouldn't break on my trip back home. Which I appreciated so much. read more

This is a cute little shop on Redondo Beach Pier where you can buy beach knickknacks. I wanted to see what items were available to take as a souvenir. The shop is tiny but there are a lot of items. A few items are a little expensive but you can get a nice knickknack. The lady cashier was nice and helped my mom grab some wind chimes from the ceiling because it was too high to reach. I was able to find a cute knickknack made of seashells that was crafted to look like a flower vase. You can buy jewelry, shells, snow globes, keychains, and beach wear. The shop is clean and for now because of the pandemic you need to wear a mask inside. read more

I've been coming to the pier for years but surprisingly, my friends and I just discovered this place today!! I'm not sure the name of the man who helped us, but he was soooo nice. We wanted to see their toe ring collection and he sized our toes and everything! My toes have never been happier. Or more beautiful. Haven't you heard? Modesty was so 2014. In total seriousness, my toe ring snapped on me a few months back (I know, right? The horror...), and I've been putting off getting a new one; however, this morning, I felt as if the mourning period had lasted long enough. I was ready to start a new chapter of my life, and with that, I was ready for a few new additions to the toe ring gang. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. They were obviously experienced when it came to sizing (the kind lady who helped us had at least one toe ring on each toe), and totally open to let my cousin and I, obviously inexperienced in the toe ring department, try on an unholy amount of rings before coming to our final decisions. She was great with recommendations and suggestions without attempting to be overly pushy or persuasive. In fact, she was the opposite. Incredibly genuine and honest, she even persuaded me to opt out of a pricier ring that would probably end up chafing me on long runs, high jumps, and quick sprints. All in all, my toes are happy, which means that I'm absolutely ecstatic. P.S. They also repair toe rings sold here. So if by some horrible twist of fate, your ring does decide to snap on you, have no fear. Keep the ring, mourn a bit, and when the grieving period is over and you get the chance to move on, do so, and head over to Redondo, because trust me. You deserve bigger. You deserve better. Based on the price it seemed reasonable as a 14k white gold ring. Unfortunately it tarnished and has gotten very dark in color.
