I've had my fair share of bubble tea, and this is probably the best bubble tea I've ever had. The aesthetics and presentation of the drinks are very cute. Even during a time of Covid, it seemed as if they took a lot of precautions to limit contact with the employees (using a kiosk to order) and provided hand sanitizer as well. I will admit that it didn't seem like all of the employees spoke a lot of English, but frankly it wasn't a big deal since you order through a kiosk. Honestly, the drinks here just blew me away. Came out to $9 for both of them with the promo. I would say it was pretty good although the passionfruit was just syrup and the seeds. The service however took a while. Ordered one of their fruit teas in a cool temperature format. No Boba, just fruit and tea. But, you can opt to get Boba added. The tea is very refreshing but what fruit and/or tea usually is not such. The bottle had a good mix in of fruit to feel not getting ripped off, say 1/4 filled? After sipping down the lightly fruit sweetened liquid/juice. I can chew on the fruit. One thing about the bottle from TSAoCAA is the bottle and cap itself is a hard plastic, you can reuses the bottle a few times after original usage. I decided to give this new place a try today. I wasn't impressed with the menu. I got the milk black tea with boba. It's very blend. The staff was friendly. The place had nice decor there. I felt that the tables and floor weren't cleaned very often. The music was extremely loud for a period of time. They turned it off for twenty minutes, then turned back on again. The air at the place was a bit stuffy, which caused me to have massive headache. The seatmat that I was sitting on, had stains on both sides especially one side had blood stains. I was grossed out. I'm rating Tsaôcaa at an average of 3.5 stars. The interior was modern and chic with a light up quote hanging on the wall and lots of cacti lining up the sides near the chairs. There is no shortage of outlets and the tables are clean. It's also pretty spacious compared to some other bubble tea spots in Flushing. It's a welcoming environment and definitely very Instagram ready. The music is a bit loud in here so it might not be the best for homework, but great for socializing. So why the 3.5 stars? The bubble tea I had was the Brown sugar black tea with Oreo and milk foam (very long name, I may have missed something.) The bubble tea itself was pretty tasty but there was practically no Oreo in the tea other than a minuscule sprinkling on top. It reminded me of the Oreo crumbs leftover in the box after you've finished all the cookies. This bubble tea could've been just a brown sugar black tea with foam, I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. It was disappointing to me. The cost was $5.35. Card is not accepted at the moment so carry some with you when coming here. read more

I ordered through the FanTuan app and got the Iced Strawberry Green Tea w/ Milk Foam and Crystal Pearls, it was rlly good! I don't usually like cream cheese or stuff like that but the strawberry and milk flavor worked very well. This was a slush and the pearls had a unique squishy/crunchy texture. Excellent bubble tea, pretty spacious and modernly decorated in all white so it's a cool place to sit down and chill as well unlike other take out shops that barely have any seats. Service isi great but they don't accept any credit cards yet. It's pretty pricey costing almost $6 per bubble tea. Teas are actually good though. Fruit slush teas are refreshing and I can actually taste the fruits. Milk teas are the same as other shops and still good. Also, their cups and utensils are very nice. For a place that specializes in fruit teas, it would be nice if they used .. well...ACTUAL fruit. I ordered a grapefruit peach tea and it was literally all fruit syrup and liquid sugar - to the point where it was not consumable. They put in a slice of grapefruit for visuals but all it did was provide an ammonia odor which tells me the fruit isn't fresh either. AVOID if you're looking for real fruit tea. read more

Out of all the bubble tea shops in flushing this in MY OPINION is my favorite tea shop. Their Jasmin and Sakura milk tea is super fragrant and good! I usually get the jasmin milk tea with bubble, grapefruit jelly, and grass jelly. Im standing here writing this review. If i could i would give this place NO star. The problem with this location isnt the drinks, its the staff they are just unprofessional, unwelcoming and they dont seem like they're here to work. It took about 15 whole minutes to get any form of help or attention. The male staff member kept telling me to use the autonated ordering machine and i was trying to tell him that there is no cash option, but he did not speak much english so it was a fair bit difficult to get my point through to him. After we sorted everything out i gave in my drink order he looked visibly irritated at me. About 3-5 minutes later my drink arrived and the order was quite off. There were toppings i didnt ask for and topping that i did ask for were just not present. This is ln't the first time this has happened and im just tired of giving this place chances. However when I got there the worker said he didn't get any order from grubhub and asked me to contact grubhub to call them about the order. After contacting grubhub, the grubhub rep called the TSAoCAA and the worker at TSAoCAA told grubhub to cancel it. I cant believe them made me go through the trouble of contacting Grubhub if they never intended to honor the order. The worker never apologize and has really bad attitude. Honestly the drinks and service here sucks so bad it made me reconsider drinking anything from this chain ever again. When I was ordering, the cashier told me to wait so he could text someone back on his WeChat, what even is professionalism? After making me wait for him to finish his text, he took my order and used the wrong cup. I had to correct him. When my friend ordered, he was unsure of what she was ordering even though it was in the menu right behind him. Furthermore, when we got our drinks they were NOTHING like what we ordered. My hot drink wasn't even luke warm, it was borderline cold. My friends drink who was 30% sugar and less ice, had NO ICE and it was bitter we had to ask them to add sugar. Additionally, there were fruit flies flying around the food preparation area which was a major turn off as well. I honestly love this bubble tea place. The interior is beautiful and their teas are so good. The workers are nice and friendly and I am obsessed about this place! I love this mango slush and jasmine bubble milk tea, the mango slush is perfect smoothness and the jasmine bubble milk tea have the perfect amount of sugar. I tried it with no sugar and it still tastes amazing. Compared to The Alley next door, their customer service is 100 times better and the drink selection is way bigger as well. I ordered four seasons tea with milk foam and regular bubbles but the guy got my order wrong and gave me "crystal pearls" that was some mysterious jelly thing that was just yucky. They're extremely inefficient and took about 10 MINUTES to make our tea even though there were no orders ahead of us.
