We have ordered from here multiple time and the food is always spot on! My family and I ordered take out from them a while ago and my husband went to order and pick it up. After my they got home we realized the Mac and cheese that we ordered plain had sauce and meat on there. When we called to them then know the women on the phone offered to remake it and my husband could come back and pick it up. Not only did they remake it they went above and beyond to make it right. Wow, just wow!! Everything was great! The brisket and ribs smoked to perfection!! Notice the pink line in the meat, that's how you can tell! They were both so juicy and tender. We had the regular BBQ sauce and the rasp chipotle, both good in their own ways. We got the ribs with just the dry rub and the sauce on the side so we could try more than one sauce. The Mac and cheese was actually a little dry but it was still very tasty. The cheesy potatoes were on special of the day but Il want to beg them to put them on the regular menu, they were phenomenal. I stopped to grab some take out and was really surprised by the efficiency and speed of this new joint close to home. The brisket, ribs and chicken were absolutely fantastic! Cole slaw and cornbread was homemade, and the sweet potato fries were the best I ever had! However, I don't think there is anything on the menu you could go wrong with! The owners and staff are extremely friendly and overall provided great service. Stopped in with a party of 6 for lunch on a Saturday. It was perfect weather for sitting out on their patio. They have and up and downstairs, upstairs patio and picnic tables out back. We tried the smoked roasted beef and smoked turkey sandwich both were delicious. Sides we had fries, coleslaw, Mac and cheese and the special cheesy potatoes. TSG BBQ catered our wedding this past summer and I have to start by saying if I had gone with any other caterer, it would have been a DISASTER. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They accomplished the impossible at our wedding this past summer and people are still raving about their food. First I should mention that they were a dream to work with. They happily created off menu sides that fit our vision to accompany the roast pig, beef brisket, and BBQ chicken, having us in for several taste tests to make sure everything was perfect. Our wedding was in a valley that the property owner would not allow vehicles to drive down. We found out on the day of the wedding that his willingness to assist with HIS vehicle was not quite what he had represented. Despite this hurdle and a TORRENTIAL DOWNPOUR that started right as TSG was arriving, they were set up right on schedule. The tent we had set up for them as a staging area blew over, the buffet area flooded, but they continued on with great professionalism. I can't imagine that many choices for caterers would have pulled this off with such poise and grace (and strength and efficiency.) On top of the excellent service, the food was truly out of this world. Our family is still talking about the BBQ chicken and the brisket in particular. The sides they made for us (chilled basil tortellini, pearl cous cous, garlicky smashed potatoes) were all absolutely delicious. To make our day smoother, TSG had even volunteered to take the leftovers back to their kitchen and package them up for us to pick up the next day. Really just so helpful and friendly, it was clear they genuinely cared. I was preoccupied during their set up but my cousin was my point person and he tells me that I really don't even understand just how excellent they were and tells me they basically saved the whole wedding. I am really happy to have a solid BBQ offering in the Elma/East Aurora area. Where the former resident struggled to make it work, it seems like these guys nailed it. The location is somewhat industrial meets farmhouse meets downtown Buffalo historic building while purposely wafting the sweet smell of BBQ in your face as you walk through the door. I am not saying it is propaganda...but it is propaganda. Mouth watering and ready to consume anything you can on the menu, you get a decent array of options as a main option and some sides like mac n cheese, tator tots, beans, etc as an accompaniment. All within an average cost range as it relates to BBQ places. Food-wise, we ordered take out and it was both of the chicken and rib kind. The chicken was great! Smokey flavor, fall off the bone, exceptionally juicy and pure enjoyment to devour. My ribs were not quite up to the hype I believed it to be. They were not bad but you really had to work at getting the meat from the rib. It ended up somewhat chewy in the long run and not as much flavor as I would have expected. Size-wise, definitely in line with the competition and presentation is spot on. But, in the future (which I will most definitely be coming back), I will get the chicken or pulled pork options. Sides were tator tots, mac n cheese and beans. The tator tots are what is to expected and thankfully not the mushy high school cafeteria versions. The mac n cheese was creamy and in moderate proportion. The beans were great. They forcefully caused even more mouth watering after eating a ton of food. I would say that is somewhat magical. The jalapeno cornbread that I expected to be face melting was actually nothing like that and has a nice sweet tinge to it that even my kids could indulge in. I believe this place is around for the long haul and it is truly an enjoyable location to sit back and enjoy a very much worth the drive meal. read more

Don't sleep on this place. I've had a lot of local chicken BBQ and this place is hands down the best. The owners and staff are so friendly and helpful. You can tell they really care about their restaurant and food quality. The flavor profile was outstanding. All of the sides shone just as bright as the main part of the meal. The coleslaw was hands down one of the best I've ever had, not drowning in wet watered down sauce. It was fresh, light, and zesty. The fries were perfectly cooked and the lightly sweet notes in the seasoning rub was a welcome change from the normal "seasoned fries" you typically get. There is really nothing you can fault. It's also so refreshing to not have a dry chicken breast that you come to expect from some BBQ chicken.
