Purchased a T-shirt on 2/3. Joseph and Irving helped me with the shirt and were great!!! I was told I could get a military discount. The person at the register, will not put his name down, said I could not get a discount unless a "military logo" was being printed on a shirt. (What?!?!?!??) Joseph and Irving confirmed with him, I should get a discount. He still would not give me a discount. He stated the owner said discounts only for military logos printed on shirts. Not only this, his customer service was very very very poor from this employee. He was distant, cold, demeanor was rude and he had better things to do than to help me. I brought in all the artwork for the t-shirt to be made and purchased the t-shirt there. The salesperson scanned my artwork into the computer and then proceeded to change all the colors back and forth and even changed the font. Why? She did that to justify the $15 charge they charged me for the transfer. I did all the artwork on my computer, all it needed was to be scanned into the computer and not changed back and forth. In total, I paid $25.00 for the shirt. That was bad enough, but .... the salesperson proceeds to tell me that they are out of colored ink and that it wouldn't be ready to the following day. I waited until 5pm the next day, no phone call. I had to call to see if it was ready. I could have ordered a better quality t-shirt from Amazon for much cheaper, smh. read more

I got shirts made for my company for $133. when I came to pick the shirts up I noticed a huge ink stain on the shirt that wasn't there when I bought it. When I told them about it they said that it happens to all the shirts with type of ink and told me to go home and wash the shirt and hang them to dry. had I known this prior to ordering the shirt I wouldn't have. this place is a scam with really bad customer service. Kiana is GREAT at what she does. She gets 5 stars. I had an issue with a shirt I had printed. After the recommended wash, there was a white stain and I'm sure it has to do with the material of the shirt. I came back twice to see why. So the quality of the shirt gets only 3 stars. Also, there's a lady that works on the floor whom is not helpful. I was trying to find a shirt and every question I asked, she just said "no" possibility because she was busy doing something else. I placed an order that Tshirt Mart told me would take a couple of hours to complete, but allowed them to quote me that I could pick it up in 5-6 days - only to have them agree on nine days. On the 10th day, after not hearing from them, I emailed them - no reply from them. On the 11th day, via telephone, they could not find my order. I wanted the order for an event on the 11th day. It was important to me. I understand that this store has a good reputation, that's why I went to them. Many of my close friends have placed significant orders with them - and referred me to them. That reputation will change with me, my friends our business and clubs. It's a shame. I'm sorry that I have to go elsewhere and I am going to share this experience with the major organizations I'm affiliated with who also do business with them. It's fair to say that the store manager and owner are aware of this undelivered order and chose not to call or write to me. That tells me that business must be very good for them. I am Questioning whether he actually graduated from High School let alone has any experience in this field based on his harsh questions and severe push back in BASIC requests. I left. Worse place to get any work done. They are SO desperate for your money. They messed up my order and wanted more money. They are very unprofessional and don't care, your just money to them. I do not recommend this place, go somewhere else or do it online. After buying my shirts GILBERTO demands the cashier to change the prices of the shirts I just purchased to a higher price and I immediately asked to speak to a a manager and he said he is the closest thing to a manager there and wouldn't give me any further information. The first time I stopped in here it was to check out the shirts. My co-worker and I needed matching shirts for twin day and they have a great selection of premade designs. We ended up getting the tuxedo shirts, they were fun and were a great price. Since then I've been back four times to have shirts made for 5k teams, three times for the Race for the Cure breast cancer 5k and once for the Pancreatic cancer 5k. Each time they have done an absolutely fantastic job. You can bring or buy shirts there to be printed on, they have tons of shirts in tons of colors. The shirts there tend to run small but they have a large size selection. They are always very kind and patient when going over the design and they have great graphics. The prices are already very reasonable but the more you buy the better the discount, which is wonderful when you're buying team shirts. It definitely gets busy there, so if you're going be sure that you're not in a rush. The final product is well worth any wait time though. read more
