Hello everyone. First of all, i love Diana, she is the best at what she does. I have brought in many suits in here for tailoring, never had a problem, always a great experience. She is very talented, while being patient and honest. She is very polite and funny lady, and if you are sincere and really need to get something tailored fast, she is flexible on times and can do whatever she can do to help. besides just doing what she is asked of, she is very fashionable and up to date on the popular styles that she can give advice. She has made my suits better that how i wanted them to look on me, and i always get a compliment on how i look. You don't really need an appointment, i have always walked in, and never had to wait too long. i think the most i waited was 15 minutes and there is a very nice deli meat/ sandwich place next door for lunch so it was no way a problem. Needed my jeans altered - called twice & they said they were going to call me. Never got a call. Finally went in myself after 6 weeks & they were finished. Told her I never got a call. She said "her daughter called me." Nope never got a call. And she expected me to pay $30 after that. Not going there again read more

I worked in high end retail for many years including Neimans, Saks, Armani etc and Diana is hands down amazing. When you spend a few hundred dollars on a pair of jeans, you gotta get it right! She gets it right every time! I have had very expensive clothes ruined at other tailors in town. What do you do when your $300 jeans have one pant leg much shorter than the other, looks absolutely foolish! If you spend good money on your wardrobe do yourself and your wallet and your sanity a huge favor, take it to Tsolmon! Diana is great! read more

I had gained so much weight with my thyroid that I had to buy new scrubs but then I started losing weight nonstop and I didn't want to continue buying new scrubs. I took them to her and she did such as amazing job! They look like this is the way they were made instead of being altered. I highly recommend her. She's very nice and friendly as well. Brought my bridesmaid dress here to be altered, chiffon fabric and I did come in very last minute, but they did a fantastic job. Very comfortable changing room is off to the side where you can try on your items with shoes to be measured for the ladies who are coming in for alterations! Overall good experience, I don't have anything that currently needs hemming but I recommend for those who are. read more

New wedding gown brought in for alterations. This shop improperly cut, tapered, and sewed the gown. She left two large holes open on both sides under the lacing where the sides where altered. The gown was returned without a word of any issues or mistakes. Unaware of the hidden issues. The gown was tried on at home and didn't fit correctly. Disappointed with the fit the gown was taken to another tailor shop for a second opinion, where the poor workmanship was brought to light. And re-altered. Returning I was told that was the way it was made???? What!!!! And then basically told thats the way it goes after spending $$$ read more

Absolutely Terrible. I came to this location for my wedding gown alterations. I had spoken to the owner months prior about doing my dress and she constantly talked about it being difficult but she would do it. So day of alterations I came in with my maid of honer at 9am and right off the bat she asked if we were drunk and drinking alcohol in there?? We were definitely not. Then continuing I was in my dress and she asked if I wanted to wait a few months and lose weight...I stated no and she continues, then screamed and ran off. My maid of honor notices blood smeared on my back and almost on my dress. Lady comes back doesn't apologize or anything. She continues placing pins and making comments on my weight and using terms like "your back fat" and so on. I left this place so upset and unsure of what to do. After talking with my family I knew I should have a wonderful experience for this and went back to get my dress 2 hours later. When getting there she didn't recognize me and I told her I wasn't unhappy with how our appointment went and I felt very uncomfortable and I would like my dress back. She handed it to me without saying a word. That experience was so terrible. Nobody should feel body shamed and completely uncomfortable with getting alterations. I'm so glad I left and found another seamstress. read more

Converted a long sleeve shirt into a short sleeve shirt for $12. It was ready when promised (about 4 days after I dropped it off). No issues at all. I don't often have need for a tailor, but this will be the place I go when it comes up. read more

Pros: fast, beautiful work and friendly seamstress. Cons: on the pricier side. I didn't know about tailor shops until I was a bridesmaid for the first time this month. I didn't know all our dresses were supposed to be shortened until about a little over one week before the wedding. I was surprised when the lady at this place told me to bring the dress by because other places, such as David's Bridal (where I got the dress) needed at least 6 weeks to make alterations. I brought the dress in on Tuesday, 4/14/15 and told the lady I needed it by the wedding on May 1st, preferably a day before. She said okay. It was a bit more costly than the other places the other bridesmaids got their dresses altered at but I was surprised when the dress was ready two days later (apparently there was a misunderstanding of when the wedding was). So I didn't mind paying more since the turn around time was super fast. She was even kind enough to help me zip the dress up the day of the wedding because no one else could do it. I dropped off a couple of new suits to be altered. I needed them for a business trip a few days later. Not only was it done quickly (2 days), but its was done very well. I took another new suit there a couple of weeks later and experienced the same quality. I will definitely be a return customer. read more

First time and immediately went to work. I was in and out within 5-10min. She suggested a few options according to her opinion which I kinda agreed but was on a budget so I just asked for what I came in to get, but she wasnt pushy at all which is good. Reasonable pricing ($28 for sleeves and $12 for hem). Went in at 12pm and she had my suit tailored the same day by 5pm. She charged $5 extra for expediation but she waived it because her credit card machine didnt work. The craftmanship is pretty good and it was a good experience overall and I plan to be back with more suits. read more

I needed to get a suit tailored a week before a wedding. She did a great job. I told her to make me look good and she did. It was $100 to alter the pants and jacket. She brought in everything to give a fitted look. I'm a big guy and it's important not to look sloppy. I see so many guys wearing sloppy suits. They don't realize tailoring is a must. If your a premium denim fan like me this is the place to get your jeans altered. The owner does a fabulous job of hemming the jeans like the original hem. I'm REALLY picky of who alters my jeans because I pay $100 and up for my jeans. The owner is nice unlike other alteration places I won't mention. She also altered my sister's wedding gown and some of the bridesmaids dresses and did a great job. read more
