The food is consistently delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the service is always friendly. My go-to order is the Tonkotsu Ramen. One thing I really appreciate is that they offer Japanese white pepper upon request. Not many ramen restaurants carry this classic condiment, and it adds the perfect finishing touch to a great bowl of ramen. My newest addiction, however, is their Crab Cream croquettes. It comes with spicy mayo and pickled cucumbers, and it's absolutely amazing. I tried it for the first time last week and haven't been able to stop craving it since. I gotta say I'm very jealous of my partner for living near TWO exquisite ramen places (Tsuki Ramen and Ox Bone Ramen). I opted for the classic Tonkotsu while he ordered the Hokkaido Coconut. Both were super delish, but I'd say I liked the Coconut one better. Some of my favorite Asian dishes feature coconut milk, like Thai curry and Ginataang kalabasa--and I've never experienced coconut milk in ramen but it works so amazingly well. I'd def liken it to curry a little bit more just by flavor profile but it suits ramen noodles splendidly. What I do admire about this place is that they have main courses that aren't just noodles (ramen or udon), there's a lot of variety enough that I think a group with a picky eater should be able to find something that suits them! I have never been to a ramen restaurant so I have nothing to compare but our lunches were delicious. We had the chicken ramen, spicy miso ramen (medium heat) and Tantan ramen. There were lots of optional add-on items such as broccoli, bean sprouts etc. Our lunches were all wonderful with flavorful broth and very tender meat. The noodles were beautifully cooked, just slightly chewy. The medium spice in the spicy miso dish was too much for my spice loving husband. I tasted the black broth in the Tantan and wished I had gotten that even though I was enjoying my chicken ramen. Service was prompt and polite. This place was a wonderful intro to ramen! Aged tofu was great slightly crispy. I love the dipping sauce! the Shrimp Kushiyaki are mushy but in a good way kind of tasted like dumplings, so much flavor. The spicy tuna hand roll tasted a little fishy but I liked it ! It's the seaweed wrap that gave it that flavor. I'm used to cut rolls. The lobster Ramadan is amazing. Oh Tsuki Ramen! What happened?! We ordered gyoza (bad enough you only offer chicken but now it's sweet? And the dipping sauce is sweet too....?! I ate at Tsuki Ramen because my usual spot was closed, it was great ramen! I ordered the Hokkaido coconut ramen, which was very good but wasn't quite what I had in mind for taste. We were in the area to do some holiday shopping the nearby Costco and thought we'd give this a try. Very glad we stopped in because the food is very good. Venue: This restaurant is very easy to spot from Lindero Canyon Road. Access was a little awkward because it shares an entrance with the Residence Inn hotel. The indoor seating was spacious and accommodating for families. They also had an outdoor seating area that looked inviting and decorated. Food: Very good! I was a little shocked to see asian people working here because of the demographic of Westlake Village. Their seafood ramen was very good and noodles were cooked well. The broth was hot and flavorful. My children enjoyed the takoyaki, crab hand roll, and rice/curry. Staff: The waitress was very quick to take our orders and patient with us since the menu was so large. We did lunch on a Friday and were in and out in less than 1 hr. I appreciate how much seating they have, both indoor and outdoor. We were seated farther away from other parties which made me feel safer given worries over how easily the omicron variant spreads. Tasty ramen option in Westlake! I was really excited to see that there was a spot local to Ventura County that offered chicken ramen, as it's not typically as common. The chicken ramen was pretty good; a little less rich than I normally prefer, but still good nonetheless. My friend ordered the Hokkaido Coconut Ramen and it was super tasty and unique! Definitely would consider coming back here if I ever have a hankering for ramen. The only thing that fell a little short of our expectations was the spicy tuna donburi - it was a little plain (lack of diversity of ingredients in the bowl) and portion size was a smidge small. Tried Tsuki Ramen for my first time and I was admittedly a bit disappointed. Perhaps my expectations were too high. I'm used to top notch Tsukemen from places like Tsujita (Sawtelle), Kai (Sherman Oaks), and Afuri (DTLA) in Los Angeles, and this was unfortunately nowhere near that level of quality. It's possible that their other ramen offerings are better, but their Tsukemen Ramen Dipper definitely missed the mark. The best part about this place is probably the decor and ambience. It was bustling when we arrived, and the atmosphere felt nice. Service was average. I don't think I'll be back, but I'm happy we stopped in and tried it. read more

The best Ramen, service, and atmosphere hands down. Tsuki has easily become one of my favorite Ramen spots and it's so nice to have one closer to home. Tsuki is 5 stars all around and they deserve your business. Atmosphere and Restaurant: 5 stars. Plenty of parking and a corner location. Indoor and outdoor seating but I highly encourage you to opt for the outdoor seating. Their outdoor patio is covered and private. So relaxing with the decor and they have pops of turquoise pillows/seats throughout its very zen and peaceful. This restaurant is extremely clean and especially during covid they are taking appropriate measures. Staff: 5 star friendly service which is why I encourage you to stop by. The waitresses are always so friendly and attentive. They are also thoughtful, they've memorized my hunnies order and mine so that means a lot that they care about their "regulars" and make that extra effort. We are also always seated right away and the pace is always great. Drinks right away and our ramen is always at our table no longer than 10 minutes after ordering. Food: Really great Ramen, appetizers, and drinks here. They have a huge menu, I'm impressed always by their selection and variety. What I would recommend: Drinks - Amber Red Ale, Thai Tea, Yuzu Lemonade, and their Sake is also good. Appetizers - hands down the shrimp Shumai! The best I've ever had at a non dim sum type restaurant. Ramen - what keeps us coming back is the Lobster Ramen. It's already unique to find a spot that has a lobster ramen dish and it's 10/10 in flavor, presentation, and complexity. They give you an entire lobster tail (huge chunks of lobster). The broth is rich, creamy, buttery, and spicy. My favorite toppings in this ramen are the egg, mushrooms, corn, and delicious Brussels sprouts. This dish is a splurge but trust me If you love ramen, seafood, and a good kick. This is the one for you. Please show this restaurant some love and give them a try. Went to check out this place on Thursday cause I wanted to see how it was like and was in the mood for ramen. The food was good, the noodles weren't quite as what I'm used too but they were tasty. I just didn't like the fact I was chased from a staff worker to give them a tip (holding the bill aswell staring me down to circle a tip percentage) as I was leaving. Not to be harsh, but don't come here if you're looking for flavorful vegetarian ramen!! My friend and I came here for the first time after the wait at Taiyo Ramen was too long. We both ordered the veggie ramen with miso broth. The broth was extremely bland and the noodles are thin and unlike ramen noodles I've had anywhere else. The toppings were okay, was just a lot of noodles and could've had more veggies. Really not much taste to anything. We asked for garlic or chili paste or anything to try to make it taste better and got a little bowl with a few flakes of garlic and chili paste. We were charged $2 for this without knowing and even adding this did not help the flavor. We left still hungry and with more than half of the noodles untouched.
