I was a walk-in customer and needed something very simple and clean since I had a wedding the next day. When I explained my situation, they were super understanding and immediately assigned me to their most experienced technician, Kevin. Kevin did an amazing job--especially for a last-minute appointment--and honestly went beyond my expectations. I originally planned on a simple nude look, but we talked about a cat-eye style and once he applied it, I loved it. They also offered water for me and my fiancé, which was such a nice touch. Overall, a great experience, and I wish I could come back here again.

Several of my neighbors have been here and were satisfied so I decided to schedule a manicure and pedicure. Kim was assigned to do both and after her recommendation I decided to upgrade the pedicure. She was friendly, however, my fingernails were not filed after she clipped them and several nails chipped within a few days. The ambiance is pleasant and the massaging chairs are incredible, however, their services are pricey and not what I expected.

This place is AMAZING!!! I am from California and wasn't familiar with any nail salons here, They were able to get me in very quickly and Lily did the most amazing nail design on me! I wish I could come back again !

Getting my nails done in a completely different state was a very nerving decision to make. I called ahead and they had availability for me right away. I walked in and had both my pedicure and a full set of nails done in the same chair. It worked out perfectly because I didn't have to struggle walking around The room with wet toenails. Also the manager David was exceptionally skilled in esthetics like nails. He asked me what I wanted and did exactly that. Probably the best full set of nails I have ever put on my hands and ironically on the other side of the country. So grateful and so thankful. Definitely recommend this location if anybody is trying to find a great place to get your nails done.

Tammy the owner is such a gem! Very handsome on and kind. Everyone of the staff members are competent and attentive. Quin and David were especially wonderful too. Luxury pedis with Gel and lash fill. AMAZING. 10/10 recommend. Will be back every time I'm in Denver. Thank you!

Subpar nails done by the older gentleman. I got a regular mani and gel pedi and the mani was fine but already chipped by the time I got to the car. I should have asked for another layer (only two was done) but it was dark and I couldn't tell until I left. The gel mani was the worst though. As seen in the photos, multiple nails have pooling at the cuticle and the edges are not clean at all. I had him correct some nails that weren't filled but you can see the layers in the patch job he did. This gel mani looks something I do at home and is mot salon quality. I give 3 stars because I can tell that all the nail techs are nice and looking over, I saw other techs doing nails really cleanly and sharp. But my nail tech was subpar, and I might give this place another go but I will definitely ask for a different nail tech. The owner asked if my mani/pedi was ok, and I said yes only because I wanted to leave

Great location! Very new and clean and the staff is very professional. They are are consistent at scheduling and following up regarding appointments. I was asked at least 5 times whether everything was okay with my pedicure. They responded well to my requests and were extemely friendly. Prices seem appropriate as and were very transparent about any add ons, which I appreciate. I also like that they have the nature channel on in the background. I've been going to Golden Nails for the past 4 or 5 months. The service is always great and I feel as if I am getting my money's worth. My feet always feel wonderful afterwards and the polish lasts a month (yes, no lie! The polish on my toes lasts a month and still looks awesome when I go in the next month!!) I took my sons here this past month (my oldest is in the Army and his Drill Sargents recommended that all their soldiers get a pedi while home on leave) and they both really enjoyed their experience here, too. Great place to go and get your hands and feet pampered. read more

This salon is now owned by a new couple, and it has gone to bad side. I went in after trying to call for several hours (phone off the hook) to get a mani-pedi, the owner said oh yes we can squeeze you in, in just a few minutes, after waiting 25 minutes, and two appointments coming in ahead of me. I was put in a chair to soak for another 35 minutes. I was really frustrated, they could of said no, we are full for about an hour please come back. When the young lady finally started my pedicure, she was brutal like she was angry, she scrubbed, and scraped with the callus remover on my feet like they had tar on them, I had to ask her to stop 2 times it was painful. She did a horrible job on my nails during the manicure they looked like crap, and peeled the next day. I am really disappointed in the new management. Don't go here they have changed for the worse. read more

Golden Nails is the place to go for great nails, great service, and a sense of safety. I have been going to Golden Nails for a while now. I was worried when COVID came along. Tina, the owner, is meticulous in making sure all safety precautions are being taken. From taking your temperature to lots of plexiglas and making sure there are only a handful of clients at a time. Along with that my nails are beautiful. I often get compliments on them. read more

I went here based on the good reviews. The salon itself is very nice and clean. I got a mani/pedi. Prices are good. However, my technician was very pushy with products and had a bit of an attitude when I turned them down. He also cut 3 cuticles too much to where I bled, blaming my "dry skin". I did get a 10% discount I'm assuming as a result. I will not be returning. read more

New to Colorado and came here for dip. Rough experience. Didn't seem very clean, technician was rough- my first red flag was soaking my hands in a bowl of acetone for 20 minutes. My nails were cut down with my technicians dremel- ummm!!....Uneven and wonky shaping of nails which I asked her to fix a few times. 2 coats of dip and I was out the door. Started cracking that week. No, I didn't reach out to the salon, I don't care for a refund or reconciliation of services- seemed like a walk in, quick fix nail salon anyways. If you're looking for quality dip and spectacular services, avoid this place read more

By far the best nail salon I've ever gone to. I've been getting my nails done for at least 20 years. The new dip method is by far the most natural looking if done right. And they do it spot on. They've only been open for a week but it was a wonderful experience. I had the dip acrylic nails, pedicure, eyebrows waxed and lip waxed. Loved this place and will be going back. read more

I went here for the first time today. I was willing to pay for the most expensive pedicure because it was suppose to include a 20 to 25 minute foot massage. The lady at the front was sweet and receptive, but they clearly try to get as many mani/pedis done as quickly as possible. My appointment was for 11:30 and they weren't ready for me until 12. No biggie, I didn't mind waiting. The lady who did my pedi never introduced herself and get right down to work. She literally worked on one of my big toes, assuming I had an ingrown toe nail, for 10 minutes until I had to practically beg her to stop. At which point she turned to one of her coworkers to say something. Not sure she was talking about me, but it was awkward. The pedi felt like any other pedi and I didn't get a 20 minute foot massage. Other people got the quick drying machine, but not me. She rushed me out of the shop and charged me the full price. The polish looks awful, dull. Lesson learned, will not go here again. read more

The nail tech spent about 20 minutes just making sure my cuticles were in good shape. Their color selection for gel is also extremely wide. Overall I would highly recommend this place. read more

I can't even begin to understand why this place has great reviews. If the owner of this business does not hire some good nail techs, this business is going g belly up! The older man with the glasses, I'm not even sure if he's a licensed nail tech!!! He had no clue what the hell he was doing! I stopped him after he applied acrylic. He severely hurt my nails because he wasn't even holding the buffing tool at the correct angle. Holding it straight to the nail, is painful since there are many nerve endings at the nail bed. Another tech took over, took off everything he had done & started over. She was an older lady, did a very sub-par job. We were there from 12 to 3 pm, paid $90 and walked away with horrible horrible looking nails. She also nicked my cuticle with her buffing tool & it took a while for it to stop bleeding. All I wanted was a fill with pink & white powder! I'm not a nail tech but I think I could have done a better job of sculpting! My nails are bulky, there's acrylic powder on my finger tips, and the white lines don't even look right, they're messed up! I really wish I could show my nails to the owner which is seemingly the older lady's brother. At least my husband got an ok pedicure out of it but not worth $60. Dear owner, get some good nail techs or your business is in trouble! I have never had a worse job done not to mention the pain and discomfort. If I could give your place zero, I would! Zero is what I left for tip!! read more

I had a very disappointing experience. I booked and discussed a hybrid set, but was charged for a…read morevolume set and left with lashes that looked nothing like what we agreed on. She even acknowledged the lash map was a mistake and said, "this has literally never happened before." I told her before leaving that I wasn't happy but she said she didn't have time to fix them. I was still charged full price and made to buy an additional $25 lash cleaning kit I did not want. That evening I texted asking if we could remove them, and she told me she had no availability for a full week -- even though removal is a 20-30 minute service and I had just paid close to $300. I suggested a partial refund so I could have them removed elsewhere, and she never responded. It has now been a week with no follow-up. On top of that, the appointment felt rushed with back-to-back clients and the ambiance and overall service didn't match the premium price point. For the price and the level of service advertised, this was very disappointing and unacceptable customer service.

This is a great salon and under new ownership as of late December. I highly recommend you give it a try. I've been going to Tina (the owner) for approximately 10 years. Tina does great work and cares very much for her clients. I think she is one of the best nail technicians in Colorado. The salon is very clean and they have top notch chairs/equipment. I stopped into golden nails yesterday on a whim and was very pleasantly surprised. Jonathon was my tech, and he was wonderful. It was the most careful and beautiful pedicure I'd ever had. I ended up getting a manicure, too, after seeing what a great job he did. Everyone in the shop was very friendly and they even offered a discount. Tina and her staff are wonderful. I am a difficult customer when it comes to my nails since I am an avid gardener and own horses. I can rarely use gloves and my nails show it. Tina does a great job and she is very professional. Always gives my appointments the time that they need. I highly recommend her. The salon is clean and bright and easy to find on Golden Ridge. As a regular customer, I found this very frustrating. If I make an appointment with a particular technician, I expect that appointment to be honored. I choose who I want to do my nails, and I'm choosing to spend my money at this business and at the day and time that is convenient for me! I ultimately had to wait until my regular technician was available. Then, after all of that, I was charged $75 for my rebase instead of the $70 I have consistently paid. I was told the additional $5 was because of the length of my nails, even though I've had essentially the same nail length(they're not long) and have been charged $70 even when they were longer. Their pricing is already considerably higher than other salons, where a comparable rebase is around $50. I was willing to pay more because I liked my technician Mia. After regularly supporting this business, I expected much better communication, consistency, and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider whether I want to continue coming here.

Since I had seen their Yelp photos and thought they looked like the best salon in town, I decided to wait. I ended up waiting nearly two hours before I was finally seen. When it was my turn, I showed the guy the design I wanted. It really wasn't anything elaborate--just some stripes and polka dots but it was like 7 different colors I guess.. No gems, rhinestones, or anything I would consider overly detailed. Instead of discussing pricing upfront, I waited almost two hours only to be told that the design would cost $120. I was honestly shocked. If I had known that before waiting, I would have gone somewhere else. BUT, I couldn't because I was leaving for my trip the next morning, and every other salon was closed. When I questioned the price, I was simply told that because of the colors and designs, it would be $120. I was so overwhelmed and stressed about my trip that I started crying in the chair. Since I had no other option, I settled for a much simpler design that was incrediblyyyyy basic. Even then, I was still charged $80. To make things worse, the quality of the work did not justify the price at all. The nails were uneven, lumpy, and poorly finished. I spent the ENTIRE appointment crying, from the moment I sat down until I left. I wasn't even planning to leave a negative review because I felt bad for hardworking people and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, LESS than 24 HOURS later, while I was on my trip in Europe, one of the nails broke. Shortly after, a second one broke as well. At that point, I hadn't done anything that would reasonably explain it. I had simply packed my suitcase, gone to the airport, and taken a flight. I had to spend DAYS of my vacation walking around with bandages holding the nails in place while I searched for nail glue (which I guess doesn't exist in Europe lol). I couldn't find any, so I eventually had to buy super glue just to keep the nails attached for the rest of my trip. Between the nearly two-hour wait, not being told the price until it was finally my turn, paying $80 for a very basic set with poor workmanship, and having multiple nails break within 24 hours, this was EASILY the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. also if you're reading this far id also like to mention that, throughout the appointment, the tech repeatedly complained about how late it was getting and how long the appointment was taking. That really upset me because I had asked before waiting if they could still take me, and I was told yes. I then waited nearly two hours. If it was going to be an inconvenience or if there wasn't enough time to do the service properly, I wish they had simply told me from the beginning instead of having me wait for hours only to make me feel like i was the problem.
