Unsure what happened but they were my favorite USPS contracted postal unit in the 626. The people are friendly and I love the back parking lot. Everyone is always super nice to me and a place I get to practice my Cantonese in person. I got everything done super quick here. Their contract was terminated since this week so gotta go elsewhere for mail drop off now. I forgot to ask if they will get their contract back but it didn't seem like anytime soon... However, they will still be selling stamps and their PO boxes will still be receiving mail for mail box customers! So I will still be coming here for whatever services they still can provide now!!! read more

Service is speedy. I'm only there to drop off pre paid packages so I don't really spend much time here. From the exterior, the business looks worn down, but inside, it's fine. I don't expect a mail service center to look bright, spacious or super clean with the daily foot traffic it takes on. The staff and owners seem nice. I have no complaints. read more

Highly recommended! Yes, this really is an actual (contracted) post office to service your shipping needs. It's one of those places that you will miss it if you drive by too fast but there's actually a back entrance that offers plenty of parking spaces. I was able to drop in / out within minutes and the staffs are very nice and helpful. The best part? It's conveniently located by my house. A huge plus! read more

This is a contracted location that I did not know existed until recently. The service is great, there are good amount of parking in the back and it's not super packed as the standard post office so if you need to drop off mails that are already pre-paid this is for you. I gave this location a chance when it changed ownership from Dolf to Thomas. All of the folks made useful recommendations on the better use of my money to send large envelopes. I tried several of their suggestions and my productivity has increased. I love the part where there is no unnecessary conversation. They are all very efficient. If there is one or two folks ahead of me it is entertaining to watch the staff and customers go about their business without a word being uttered. I've made the effort to be friendly, and they are very friendly back. read more

USPS contract site. It's convenient for dropping off parcels, letters and buying postage. I've always had good service from the staff every time I come in. They have ample free parking at the back and storefront. Tip: bring your own tape, sharpie (maybe) and scissors if you're shipping out parcels. I think they charge a small fee if you ask to use their supplies. I always print my shipping labels from home so all I need to do is drop it off here for USPS pick-up. Sometimes I just hand the packages to my mail carrier. No fuss, no hassle and no long lines compared to the main P.O. on Wheeler. read more

This was my second time and last time coming to this mom and pop post office , If you can avoid coming here please do, during this time they would still charge me 20 cents just to use their tape, which I was not even told but because I used 2 strips the gentlemen rudely said that's 20 cents....so the charged me. TT Post Services - Post Offices Near Me - Arcadia, California

Customer service is hit or miss. There are two ladies I've encountered, the younger one is nice; and the older one is a tad rude. That doesn't stop me from coming here though. Today I also encountered assistance with two of the men that also work here; both a younger and older man, both were very friendly and helpful! I went in with a box that would have costed more money to ship than with a medium box. They assisted me with a medium sized box and even helped tape it up. No extra charge. I have even been given a box to cut down to ship. I couldn't have been any more grateful. There is street parking and a small parking lot in the back that is accessible through an alleyway. Now, I see there are a lot of complaints about having to pay $0.20 to tape their boxes. That isn't a whole lot compared to another USPS location that I have been to, where they make you buy a whole tape for $4. Always expect fast service when coming here. read more

I usually go here to send mail or buy stamps, but the other day, I had to send my son's baseball gear (bat, gloves, cleats, backpack to him at his college in Connecticut). I first went to UPS to get a quote. UPS was going to charge me $136 to arrive a week later or $330 to send 5 days later! That was way out of my budget. I went to this post office and they literally packed the baseball gear for me (the bat had to be separated in a different box because of it's shape) and then shipped the 2 boxes 2-day priority and it arrived in 2 days! Thomas recently helped me with a package that was stuck in limbo at a USPS distribution center after it was shipped. The package was sitting for about a month. With Thomas' help in submitting a claim on my behalf, I am happy to say that the package is now in transit again. Thank you Thomas for your great service. I am completely outraged by the level of customer service I just received from this USPS service store. I had come in to mail out a shipment that needed a mailing box and the label to be attached. The lady working there handed me the box and a see through attachment for me to put my printed label in. I had some trouble figuring out how to use the the see through attachment and the lady asks me in a condescending manner whether I've used it before. I respond no and she proceeds to very quickly, in still a very condescending manner, explain how to. As I am doing it, she berates me for doing it wrong and instead of offering to help, she speaks to the other older gentleman in Chinese (Cantonese to be exact) saying, "let's not help her. Let her figure it out herself. Don't bother with her". The older gentleman responds with "yeah let's not bother with her. She can do it herself." THEY ARE SAYING ALL THIS WHILE UNAWARE THAT I AM CHINESE AMERICAN (given I had my mask on) and that I understood every single word coming out of their mouth. Even worst, there were also no other customers there during that time. The older gentleman eventually sees I am doing it wrong, gets frustrated, takes the label from my hand in a not so gentle manner, and easily puts the label on. Why couldn't he have helped me in the first place? I am utterly disgusted by the way they treat their customers, which is very disappointing as this is the closest USPS drop off to me. Very rude service. I asked if they could weigh the package I was mailing to ensure I had paid for enough postage and the employee told me they don't check the weight they can only scan it. I told them another employee had weighed it for me before and the person said they never do that and if i had not paid for enough postage then USPS would just send it back to me. read more

Today this location opened and I walked inside to wait in line to be helped and someone walked in from the rear entrance claiming to be first....I've been coming here for years, multiple times a week. And at least once a week someone cuts me in line and the lady who runs this location always defends the person (who 99% of the time is of Asian decent) saying "they were here first", when they might have shown up first, but are off to the side either still packing their items to me mailed, or in this case, hadn't even walked inside the building yet. I don't feel it's fair to allow ppl who don't have ready packages or are even inside the building to cut the line. Everyone has things to do and places to be I understand that...I just feel that being a Hispanic male, I'm being discriminated against by a rude condescending owner. Won't be coming here anymore even though it's literally blocks away from my house. I'll drive all the way to the post office up off Huntington instead.... read more

I don't mean to be postal but I came to this post office because it was so convenient to my work and I had an E Bay return. I printed out my return label and box it came in to return. I asked for tape and was told there was tape rolls to purchase or I could pay 10 cents to seal my box. Fine, no problem. A week later my package was returned stating that priority mail box couldn't be placed with first class label. Well, you would think they would have told me??? When I returned with a new box and asked to have it taped, the owner very rudely pointed to the $3.00 tape and refused to just tape my box even after it being returned on their mistake. I disliked the service and do not trust to send packages here. read more

Great service and convenient location! There is always parking out front but on the off chance you can't find any there is also a mini parking lot in the back. Super fast service and great spot when you don't want to travel to the other side of Arcadia for the post office. I love that I can walk here from my house, perfect! No long lines, excellent and efficient service! Bought postage stamps here several times. Appreciate the variety of stamp selections available. Even though there are other postal service locations closer, still prefer to come here. Oh, and couldn't resist buying a few of their super cute emoji pillows. The quality of these seem much better than ones I've seen at other places. I never used to go to private post offices because I somehow thought they cost more, but it doesn't!!! I work by a USPS office but still drive a little farther to TT Post Services because there aren't long lines to wait in and also the staff there are friendly and helpful! I have bought postage here, mailed out packages, and even bought adorable emoji pillows at TT Post Services! They speak Chinese and have patiently helped me figure out the best and cheapest way to send my packages. read more
