The space is small, and a little weirdly organized. They only accept cash or check, so good thing I had a checkbook. You deposit your money in this bowl, and if you need change, you make it based on the cash in there (honor system). I really liked the vibe of the place. Very relaxing and very soothing. Gina was very nonjudgmental and helped me at my sad attempt at a half hand stand (why do yoga people LOVE these??) but she was SO patient with my sometimes dense behavior. The poses were very suitable for a beginner, and even before the day was out I was feeling sore in my arms (awesome!). I really liked this class, and given that there were like 5 students total, it was great to get some individual attention. I will definitely be back, and I might sign up for a package and save a little money.

I've never gone to any gym/studio so consistently, or for that matter, enjoyed working out as much as at IB. Irina is such a bright, and positive presence, and her classes are diverse and challenging enough to keep me coming back. She focuses a lot on form and alignment to prevent injury. There are a lot of things I had no idea I was doing wrong! The studio itself is very open, bright, and welcoming. Parking has never been an issue for me there. I always park on the side street next to Chrome Yellow Trading Co., I believe it's Daniel Street, but I think you can park on Edgewood, as well. She's also does this wonderful shoulder press with peppermint oil to end class which is just dreamy, and once in a while will send you off with a little dark chocolate. Just an amazing experience overall. Get your booty over to IB asap! You won't regret it:)

The instructed Jamila arrived about 10 mins before the class started. She scanned my Groupon and I was seated for class in less than 5 minutes. The Power 1 class started on time and went for the full hour. I would only recommend this class if you know a basic Vinyasa flow ... just because of the speed. I recommend to bring your own mat and towel and water. Blocks are provided. Great class, smooth sign in process, and a really good workout. PARKING If you are coming onto Cain Hills Place from East Andrews, look for the business center on the left and then the alley way to the right of the store front (narrow steep drive). I shared with her that I had no experience but was looking to learn in a fun environment. She recommended Mr.C's Beginners Ballet. I mentioned that I read the description and that the class was not a 101 class. She was friendly and encouraged me so I thought I would give it a shot. When I arrived I shared with the woman wearing glasses at the check in desk that this was my first time. She was short with me and I had to ask where to go until the class started. I came out before class started and mentioned it looked as though everyone had quite a bit of experience. The three women at the front including Sarah assured me that it would be uncomfortable but to give it a try. I even asked if Mr.C would yell and they all said no. I had and eerily similar experience to the other reviewers with no experience. I was berated throughout the entire class. Even while I cried Mr. C persisted on critiquing me. He moved my head and forced me to look at him. I also lost the will to continue when everyone had to dance across the room. As he was shouting that I had to do it I calmly said I had enough. I went to gather my thing and he thrust his hands at me and shouted, "NEVER COME BACK!" As I put my shoes on in the lobby not one of the three women said a word. I would not recommend TADA. My goal was to learn, not be humiliated. This is not ok for anyone. I have read the review responses on Mr.C's background and I don't think this serves as an excuse for rude and unprofessional behavior. Perhaps just be direct and let adult beginners know that this isn't the place to learn. What I did take away was a reminder that when you are an expert and someone is a novice to always be patient and encouraging. The world could use more patience and kindness.

The pricing is on par with similar establishments($150 for unlimited sessions per month.)
