But, if you have a European car, you have to reward yourself with this experience. In my hiring days, I would have wanted to steal away everyone I met. The service needed was on a Mercedes that I'd been taking elsewhere for way too long. My experience started on the phone with Lilly who is the ultimate professional. I was given an estimate over the phone before I scheduled and the final cost came in under. Upon arrival I then had the pleasure of dealing with Rob who was amazing. He didn't talk down to me, he explained what was going to happen, he gave me a time estimate, offered me fresh coffee (Keurig), snacks, cold water, and, since I was there early, an Amy's donut. Then I say down in a spotless, very comfortable waiting room with comfy chairs and waited. After the job was done every single thing done went through a thorough QC by one of the owners (Victor) and then I was given a printout of the work done, suggestions (no pressure) of future work, and follow-up texts. I was told by one of the employees that the owners treat them really well (good job Dana and Victor) so, in turn, they take good care of the customers. I met all the mechanics (the owners were feeding everyone that day) and they were all clean, personable, and seemed very happy. I will never take my car anywhere else and my husband will be taking his BMW there very soon. The value added when you have faith in the people taking care of something that's as important as personal transportation is priceless. Gotta shout out to John who started the business (met him too), he created this place and it appears as though the new owners have maintained his standards in both practices and personnel. I met people who've been talking their cars there for 20 years. I believe I've found a unicorn in this business.

They also installed 3 new dual core radiators to help deal with our desert heat. This is a daily driver. Autohaus took care of everything. They were professional, easy to work with, and most of all, very reasonably priced. The upgrades were done in a very timely manner. It went from mild to wild! For some reason, when I spoke with the mechanic and he had a German accent, I felt somewhat more at ease! Lol I highly recommend Autohaus. I went in to Ramon's because my Dad has been doing business with them for over 20 years. I wanted…read moreto get new Struts and Shocks for my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee 80th Anniversary. Bryan working the counter quoted me about $1200 for the parts to be ordered and for labor. He said that I had shocks all the way around the Jeep. I said ok. I left a $600 deposit to have the parts ordered. When I came home, I doubled checked my research and noticed that I did in fact need Struts in the front of the Jeep and Shocks in the rear. I call back and spoke to Hiram, owners son. Told him what happened and when he looked into it advised me that the Bryan gave me prices on a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Mind you the"Kid" never ran my VIN or even my license plate. After Hiram, ran my plate, he stated that he would not UP CHARGE me on parts but would leave the labor cost as is, making the total about $1300-1400. I was fine with that. Two days later I drop off my Jeep to have the work done. They had the Jeep the WHOLE day and told me it would be ready by 4:45pm. I go in. Speak with Denise and she can not find my key. Bryan walks in and starts off with "Did Hiram call you"? After that I knew something was wrong. He stated that they could not do the REAR SHOCKS because they didn't know the Jeep used a certain shocks. He told me that the new shocks were $500 each not including labor. They did not find this out until after the Jeep was on the lift (30 minutes before me arriving). Keep in mind I got no call about this issue and had spoke to Hiram twice before picking up my Jeep. I know for a fact that they were not trying to eat the cost of a mistake that was made by their employee. The VIN was never ran nor was the License Plate. How are you working on vehicles and NOT KNOW what parts are needed for those vehicles. I doubt I will hear back from them and that's ok. I will never go back to Ramons again. And just for peace of mind.... This is the 1st review I have ever posted. Do your research. Check their work. If you don't feel right about it. Say something. Don't pay for someone else's mistake or lack of training.
