Justin is the guy you are going to deal with and he is super honest and knowledgable, and I swear they can figure out and fix anything. I have had my 2006 Silverado in trhe a couple of times as well as my 1997 Subaru Legacy. They quickly diagnosed the issues I was having and fixed them well and quickly. They use good parts and, my favorite thing about them is that they don't try to upsell you on a bunch of stuff. They will let you know if they find other things that need attention and give you a good honest opinion on the urgency of a repair. They are easy to miss since you can't really tell that its a garage from the front. In fact if it weren't for the guys at Chicago Music Store which is attached to the west end of the shop, I wouldn't have thought to go there. They told me that it is a very good auto repair shop, and they were nt wrong.

I also asked them to fix the windshield washer hose that I've been putting off for years now because I was afraid of the cost. Mark called me with the diagnostic and the quote for the windshield washer hose repair and throttle body cleaning (which is also long overdue).
