Haven't been here since I was in high school. I used to go for the chips and salsa. I decided to try it again after about 15 years the other day. I have now been back twice in one week. Waitress greeted us and was friendly. Came in for a late lunch and the restaurant was half full. It's a small hole in the wall restaurant but it's literally a gem in my opinion. They serve chips and salsa while you wait and it's very yummy. I love their salsa cause it's not too spicy and just right. The food took awhile but that just means it's made with love. The chicken enchiladas with red sauce was amazing. The chicken is shredded and not dry with a great red sauce. You can have it with red or green sauce but green would be spicer. The flavor of the red sauce is so good. The hard tacos with chicken was really good. I wish the taco shell was a tad bit crunchier but it had great flavor. The shredded chicken was tender and moist. The beans and rice was authentic and yummy. Highly recommend this place and will be coming here more often. Go support them and try them out. You won't be disappointed. You would miss this place if it slapped you across the face! It is one of the city's most guarded secret spot, the tacos here are AMAZING! If you want a quality meal, nachos and salsa while you wait and some banging flavors then Tudy is who you want to visit!! The carne asada tacos a la carte x2 and a nice soda to wash them all down and life is good. Parking is on the side and might be a bit hard to get into so make sure you watch for the turn in signal. I used to go to this restaurant on a weekly basis because it was close to my office, until about 3 months ago, I went in to have lunch with a friend and my baby. There was only one waitress (I believe she's the owner), and she was super busy, while waiting a ROACH was crawling all over our table, I tried to kill it because it almost fell on my baby's carseat. I immediately canceled my order, and the waitress acted like I was crazy! That place is super dirty and old. Floors are filthy. The Health Department needs to shut it down! read more

Ordered food from here about a week ago and already went back another time. I got the wet burrito with asada. My husband ordered the chilie Verde the first time and the carnitas the second time. This place was recommended to me by the Corona Chamber of Commerce. It is a small hole in the wall restaurant with great homemade style Mexican food. I was recommended to try the chiles rellenos and they were excellent. My wife makes the best chiles rellenos ever and these were on par with them. First of all, the beginning of this post is not about food or service. Just walked in and they have indoor dining. I'm no Wussyboy, in fact I'm pretty damn FIRE but in the age of the Rona, this place is too small and stuffy to have so many people sitting around without masks. As soon as I walked in I walked out and wanted to shower with Lysol. I really feel bad for the workers who have no choice but to keep working here. Indoor dining here gets 1 star, 0 if I could give it FOOD: We ordered to go. I got the chile verde burrito and wifey got the chile relleno burrito. The food was really good and the chips were fresh!! 4.5 stars for the food! Will definitely come back unless I caught the Rona then I guess I won't read more
