We purchased our shed in December and it is now April and we still cannot use it. During the first rain, it leaked in 4-5 different spots. We called scheduling and spoke to Tiyana. She blamed it on our windows and door (not purchased through them but rather an upgrade from the ones they were offering) when the leak was not coming from there! It was coming from the walls that were not sealed properly. After rude comments, she set up an appointment and the technician came to look at it. He was incredibly nice and tried his best to fix the leaks. Then came the next rain and there were three leaks. We called Tiyana again and they sent out the same kind technician. We were advised to spray it and see what happens. After waiting three days, we sprayed it and again the shed was leaking. Tiyana told us it was probably us and assumed we sprayed too soon and was trying to place the blame on us. She also told us that they cannot come out to see us for a while because they have hundreds of sheds they need to attend to (this sounds like poor craftmanship). After multiple phone calls and promises she would call us back, we had another appointment. This cycle continued until we had the poor technician out 5 times. We called Tiyana again and she continued to give us attitude. When my husband was upset and said he had enough, she became defensive. She has made this already stressful experience more stressful. We now have a leaking shed that we cannot use and are extremely unhappy with how we have been treated. We DO NOT recommend buying a shed from here. Maybe other locations are better, but if she says she has hundreds of sheds to schedule appointments for- buyer beware! We have been more than patient dealing with this and we paid for something we cannot use. read more
