Found the Primary TV in our Prescott home was not working. Called The Tuff guys and Jeremy tried to talk me through the problem over the phone. Bupkis! We discussed the settings on the TV remote. After we talked. I went through the settings and discovered I could check various components of the TV and the attached system...after all, it is a SMART TV! Ran several tests to no avail until I reached the HDMI cable. The results were that there was something wrong with it. Called Jeremy back to discuss putting in a temporary cable until they could come out to replace it then snake it back through the wall to attach to the TV. Did that with old and new wires hanging out the front of the TV...and lo and behold...my husband's fears of not being able to watch golf, basketball, tennis over the weekend were allayed. The TT guys came out the earliest available and installed a longer HDMI cable, snaked it through the wall, hooked it up to the TV and VOILA, husband's panic attack subsided! Jeremy also reacquainted us with our universal remote. Everything was accomplished in an efficient, punctual, clean, results oriented manner with great communication about available time slots, text and emailing reminders and then texting when running late. I called ahead and spoke to Jeremy if anyone was available to take a look at my computer and see if my problem could be resolved while I waited. I told Jeremy what the problem was: my email had stopped sending or receiving emails for the past three days; and my contacts list had disappeared. I told him I had run a diagnostics and anti-virus scan that seemed to indicate no obvious failures. Jeremy told me to bring the computer in and he would take a look at it. I got there about fifteen minutes later and Jeremy was at the front desk. He immediately started checking the system. and figured out pretty quickly that there were some password conflict issues. He is obviously very knowlegeable about software and systems; and had the problem fixed in about fifteen to twenty minutes. he is very personable and customer service oriented. I have used Tuff Techies many times over the past years and always have a great experience. This time was no different. I purchased a new All-in-One computer and needed everything copied from my old computer to the new one. Jeremy said to bring it in and that it would take a day to get it done. The next day I was in the area, but Jeremy said he wanted to take a little more time to make sure everything was done correctly. He said it would be ready at 8 am the following day. He was terrific to work with, very patient in answering our questions and helping to setup I-password for all our devices. My computer was repaired in a very short time and is now working great. I had an issue with a green screen in my desktop that I could not resolved. I took my computer in was very pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service I received. Carolyn greeted me and was very meticulous in taking down my concerns about the computer. Two days later I went to pick my computer up and due to its age, it's time to for me to replace it. I spoke with Bryce who was very knowledgeable and offered for me to shop computers and bring the information to Tuff Techies and they would gladly tell me which computer would suit me better. I used to be able to work on my PCs...after being in the IT industry for over 25 years with different companies. However, being just a few months from my 75th birthday, I find that about half my brain cells have gone on a permanent vacation. Normally, I can troubleshoot tech issues. As a remote employee for over 13 years, I have learned how to address issues that arise. However, our TV soundbar stopped working and was unpaired every morning. My skills were not enough. I called Dish and the maker of the soundbar. Neither could help. I have been having issues with my AV system for years, sometimes it turns on fine and other times, I have to keep turning TiVo off and on to get it to work. Several other AV companies have taken a look and not been able to fix so I thought I give these guys a shot.
