I arrive at my scheduled time and am greeted and my car promptly taken in. You can see the service through their glass windows. About 30 minutes later, Carlos comes back and tells me we have an issue! Turns out I told him the wrong size rims!!! And the ones I ordered don't even come in my wheel size. He makes some calls and comes back with three options, one of which is the top rated Michelin P4S which I opt for. He sends his driver over and the tires arrive in about 30 minutes. They finish the install, check the alignment, and check me out. This is a team that goes the extra mile. The waiting area is nice, free Keurig coffee maker, wi-fi and a great selection of wheels if you're looking for something new. Highly recommended.

At first, Jacob believed the problem was with the touch screen/display (the glass portion of the radio), so he ordered the replacement part. Before moving forward, he realized that replacing the screen wouldn't solve the problem after all. Rather than charging us for a part that wasn't needed, he absorbed the cost himself. He then continued troubleshooting until he determined that the entire radio needed to be replaced. He wanted $650, so my friend followed me there to drop my car off that afternoon ... a half hour later Yakir called me up and said I don't think it's your starter, I think it's just your battery... So he put in a new battery... Told me to pick my car up in 20 minutes... And said if it doesn't start tomorrow, it's your starter, but I really don't think it is... I think it was just the battery. At my surprise, they were able to take a look at the car right away. It was a Friday afternoon. You know people are ready to go home lol. But they were my life savers that day. I would have been in a terrible situation in a state I wasn't familiar with. They took care of my car right away, fixed somebody else's mistake. Before them , another mechanic messed up my car which caused the incident and they were able to fix it in a few hours.
