Probably the BEST customer service experience I've ever had. They truly care about their customers. Unfortunately the mattress was a bit too firm for me (but it really was an excellent quality mattress!) To be fair, I prefer the most ultra plush mattress on the market. My husband and I visited this location recently to test out the mattress. We were welcomed by and friendly receptionist and checked us in. The waiting area has water, tea and a soft bench to sit on while you're waiting for your name to be called. Although, many people were waiting they got to us quickly and told us to try out the mattress and take as long as we needed and answered our questions. We end up ordering a mattress the following day. They do same day delivery for free and military discount in store. Yay! read more

I am a bigger guy at 6 ft tall 280lbs. Ive had back issues for years. My girlfriend is a massage therapist and gets tired of working on me constantly. She works at a chiropractor office and as he and I were talking he told me the best investment he ever made was a tuft and needle mattress. He's actually bigger than me about 6ft3 300 lb so I decided to take his word for it. I actually had the pleasure of meeting Daehee Park a co-founder of tuft and needle and he was the most genuine nicest guy you could possibly imagine. Ended up getting a king size and from the first day that I slept in that bed I haven't had any back issues. Truly the best customer service I have ever had purchasing any kind of furniture at the new Scottsdale store. It was amazing to have the privacy that we did to lay in the bed and discuss our thoughts on it. No pressure, very informative and very affordable. Ordered a king bed in the store that day. Delivered the bed the next day as they said they would As for the bed, if I could give it more stars I would! This is the 1st time in years I was able to get out of bed with little to no back pain. The bed is firm but there is a break in time, just be patient. If it does not work out for you the amazing part is they ask you to donate it! I ordered the new mint mattress on Black Friday and got a message saying that expected delivery was between 2-3 weeks. 4 weeks later I called to find out why my mattress was taking so long and customer service informed me that they were way behind on production and my bed wouldn't arrive until the new year which is actually more like 6 weeks. The customer service solution was that i go ahead and order their original mattress if i wanted it delivered on time (before Christmas)....if i wanted the original T&N mattress don't you think i would have ordered that one in the first place and not the new one? 2 weeks ago I emailed customer service and the owner to tell them how disappointed I was in their lack of customer service and communication. Never heard a response back. Wont recommend this brand to anyone and I regret ordering from them. read more

After checking out the various be-in-a-box companies, I couldn't see that much difference between the highest to the lowest price. We went to the T&N store in Scottsdale and tried out the mattress. Liked it immediately, so we bought one on the spot. They shipped on a Friday and Fedex brought it Tuesday. It was easy to set up and a joy to sleep on. We had a bad taste in our mouths from our last expensive mattress purchase of a bed that broke down in like a month and the business closed, so we were slightly hesitant to purchase again but were in desperate need for a comfortable mattress. I know my story sounds far-fetched but it's true. We needed a new mattress for a long time. When I saw the Tuft and Needle mattress, I knew right away that that was the one for me. I am 67 years old and I have had lower back problems most of my adult life. After sleeping on that mattress for one night, my lower back quit hurting. I have had the mattress for a couple weeks now and my back pain is gone. I didn't think a mattress could make a difference but it sure did. Would I recommend this mattress? You bet. It came by FEDEX.. It was very heavy, but what mattress isn't? It was easy to set up and within an hour we had our sheets on the bed and it was ready to go.
