What a nice little hidden gem!! If you like Mexican food then you definitely need to try this place out. My advice is to start at the bar and then figure out what you want to eat. You order when you walk in and then find your table. We went to the bar first and looked over the menu while have an adult beverage. The spicy margarita is outstanding!! You also get to speak with the staff and ask their suggestions on what to eat. Staff is amazing and offered plenty of suggestions. Nice little vibe in this hidden gem! We had loaded nachos as an appetizer and had everything from asada burritos to quesadillas between the 6 of us. Prices are as expected and affordable for what you get. Cute inside and out! Service was awesome fast, cool and friendly. We are tequila drinkers for many years so when we saw Paloma made with Squirt, we were tickled. Our uncle worked in Mexico for years and that's how he learned to make them. It was delicious! We had the trio and we liked them all, guacamole was amazing. We had asada nachos, elote and rice. Nachos were good, I wish there was more meat and I imagined it would be more seasoned but everything combined was good. I do wish they had different chips. These were not my favorite. But the Birria ramen is the star of the show. We went on a cold night and it absolutely hit the spot. So flavorful and a good portion size. Great addition to Bellevue. The interior is beautifully decorated and there are more tables than I expected. Plus a bar, with quite a few seats. It was very busy on the Tuesday we were there, and a plus was 20% off food as a "taco Tuesday" promo. The crowds did result in it being pretty loud inside though. When you walk in, there's a window to the kitchen where you order and pay for food, and they'll give you a number for your table. If you want drinks (including water), those are ordered/paid for at the bar. We ordered the birria tacos (order of 3), a shrimp taco, 2 steak tacos, chips and guacamole, and a large stuffed churro to split for dessert. This was a good amount of food for 2 people, and came to $38 (before tip) with the 20% discount. All of the food was great but highlights were the shrimp taco and guacamole and we look forward to ordering those on the next visit. read more

Great margaritas by Leah! I am a margarita aficionado and Leah makes an excellent margarita; nothing crazy or outlandish just an excellent margarita. The place is Instagram ready. We had the trio chips with quac, queso, and salsa. Chips felt store bought. Nothing was bad but didn't justify the price. My wife enjoyed her tacos. I had the ramen. It was like ramen noodles you get in the cheap pack in their barria dip. I didn't not enjoy it at all. Should probably create a broth that isn't so thick. The margs were wayyy tooo strong. Simple and well-executed. Small menu. I had the steak quesadilla and a shrimp taco. My parents had a chicken burrito, chicken tacos, and a side of elote. A lot of American quesadillas are over-cheesed, and this one was not at all. Over-steaked, if anything -- which never happens. I especially loved how thin and crispy the tortilla was. The shrimp taco was recommended at the counter and rightly so: fresh, juicy, really nice with a splash of salsa verde. I didn't try my parents' dishes, but they looked tasty and they were enjoyed. This new Mexican place is solid. If you haven't been to try it out, you need to... Mañana! I grew up in Los Angeles and Mexican is my favorite quisine. Good Mexican in NKY / Cincinnati is hard to come by. This place is solid and will be in our regular restaurant rotation. We had the chips and trio of salsa/guac/queso, enchiladas and Birria tacos. All excellent (though I do like spicier chips and salsa). My picky eating daughter ordered the hot dog (plain) and ate it all (win). My other daughter had the burrito with chicken (well wrapped and a little crispy on the outside). Churro for desert. All really good, but then I was talked into trying the quesadilla... Best I've ever had. It is not your basic cheese and tortilla, there are some amazing spices going on. Everything is homemade fresh daily and it shows. No strange neon margarita mix, just fresh squeezed lime juice and simple syrup (or skinny if you like it that way). The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
