They had a blast playing games and enjoying some friendly competitions. We picked Birthday Package which included pizza, drinks and dessert. There is a back party room has two tables and fits comfortably around 10 to 12 kids. I especially liked the large glass observation window, which allowed us to watch the kids while they played. Each game lasts about 18 minutes, providing a nice rhythm for the kids to cycle back to the room for snacks and drinks. However, I do have a few suggestions regarding the birthday experience and food policies. First, we were disappointed to learn we couldn't bring our own cake. My daughter was quite let down, as the provided cupcakes didn't feel quite right for a milestone 10th birthday. We were also informed that if we wanted to bring any extra food or treats, they had to be individually wrapped, which is very limiting. Additionally, our host was not very engaging. They simply explained how the room and games worked, making the experience feel a bit transactional rather than celebratory. Despite these minor issues, it was a great party overall. The kids had a wonderful time, and we will definitely be back to play again.

Our oldest loved the large play structures and the youngest loved the trampoline and block building area. The cafe team was great and served us quickly, and we were impressed by the number of food items available. The coffee was alright - not amazing - but not terrible. One thing to note if you go is that the café is tucked into a corner so not every seat from the café has a line of site to the play area. And if you have drinks, you have to stay in the café. So if you were planning on having a relaxing coffee, while watching your kids from afar, that is not exactly an option. My only note for improvement would be for the staff to do a little more to help manage particularly physical/destructive children, if/when the parents are not doing enough. When we visited, there was one young child who was running around knocking kids over, knocking over blocks, and just generally being really hyper. That is totally understandable for a young kid, but the parents were nowhere to be found, and the staff clearly looks concerned, but didn't really do anything to help mitigate the situation.

I have never quite witnessed so many kids ages 7-12 with so much haphazard recklessness, running full speed in every imaginable direction. All of them. Imagine, 150 kids running full speed in every direction. Then a large handful of adults or parents running in every imaginable OPPOSITE direction. I saw several kids slam into another kid as they go around an obstacle on the floor. I care, no concern. They have everything you can imagine a great indoor playground could have--a jungle gym with slides, an inflatable bouncy house, a colorful net structure that kids can climb into, a toddler area with structures for all sorts of imaginative play, a ball pit, and even an infant area. One thing of note that I really like about this place as well is that their restrooms are always pristine, stocked up with supplies, and smelled good! I like the concept and the play areas, but I found myself having to correct other kids because their parents weren't paying attention. With more attentive parenting and a friendlier, more engaged staff, this could easily be a much better experience.

It's a shoe-free facility and staff is doing a great job at keeping the facility sanitized and sparkling. So many fun play areas here, and everything is safe and thoughtfully designed. Lots of pretend play rooms--kitchens, doll houses, dress up--but also lots of space for big movement play, like slides and monkey bars. We loved that we could rent out the entire space for two hours. We didn't have to dodge other kids or manage sharing space, so parents got to kick back a bit and enjoy the party too knowing that it was only our familiar group of friends. Parking is easy for guests, plenty of amazing fun areas for littles to explore, and lots of fresh air and light to keep the space feeling good. The staff keeps the kids engaged in the activities while bringing a nice calm energy to Fandory Factory! The staff went out of their way to make sure our needs were being met. We attended Steam camp which was really fun as the kids built a light up circuit and cooking camp where the kids made a yummy fruit and chocolate desert! They have a very fun and educational indoor playground! I highly recommend fandory factory We will be back for summer camps! They also offer tutoring and an academic program in the summer!
