The alignment expert, Steven, is an awesome down to Earth guy. I enjoy going off-road with my Jeep, 3.5" lifted with 35" tires... That means a lot of concerns regarding alignment. Steven minimized all my concerns and explained everything in a very easily understandable manner. He has dialed in my alignment, test drove it, and said it was perfect. I decided to look around on Yelp! for a better alternative and came about Tune Rite. Easy to say I was automatically drawn in by the friendly staff and AMAZING pricing. I ended up getting the change done on my car and payed almost half of what the dealer wanted. I would recommend these guys a number of times and ever since have been handing out their cards to all my family and friends. The waiting area is very well up-kept and also very modern, compared to any of the mechanics I have visited in the past. LIES. I thought this repair shop was so nice, but I was fooled by the ambiance and a simple uber ride. In an emergency situation, I had to bring my car her for an oil leak. Since the repair, my certified Lexus mechanic took a look at my car and informed me that they just SEALED everything and replaced a few cheap parts to make it look like they fixed the situation. So my car is STILL leaking oil because of their sealant job. They told me they would be replacing all the broken parts NOT just pasting a bunch of sealant around everything and saying the problem is fixed!!!!!! Will be posting pictures of the sealant job next time I go to my mechanic. Stay tuned!! read more

I came here the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and quick to address my Mercedes. This is a family run business and are an honest shop...which we all know are tough to find. The inside is very clean and is comfortable to wait for your vehicle to be ready. I highly recommend them. A short comment on the negative review made prior about his company: if that person was so mad about their quality of service...then why did he keep going back? When I say wow I mean WOW. These guys are AMAZING and woman! From seeing there Groupon to the first call I spoke with a wonderful woman who answered all my questions and let me know I can make an appointment, i said I called back because this was the first place I picked. I called back to make an appointment and spoke with one of the guys who had set me up and they honored my Groupon price! $44 for $85 worth of service. That was a deal. Upon arriving, of course I don't know where to park, the gentleman I spoke with on the phone saw me stop and told me where to park and told me to go inside and someone will be there to assist me with a great smile! Walking in I felt welcomed and was assisted within secs, They broke down the price I gave them my keys and within an hour a full tune up and tire rotation! I got 2 follow up calls just to make sure I knew my car was ready! I picked it up with ease. Now I waited a couple days to see how my car is, MY BABY IS DRIVING AMAZING THANK YOU!!!! read more

Make sure to clarify EVERYTHING before they rip you off!! So I took my F 250 there 3 times, it's a 6.0 Diesel and we all know it's issues. The 1st time around I was satisfied, they drained the fuel and changed the fuel filter because I have an idiot working for me and he put gas instead of diesel, that was $400. 2nd time around there was something with the oil pressure another $850 which I thought it was expensive but whatever I needed my truck for work so whatever. Now the 3rd time around enough is enough! I had an oil leak, changed 2 batteries and some sensor $1400!!! Forget that I'm willing to pay the price to get back on the road and work but it cost me additional $900 for a U-Haul because they said it's going to be 2-3 days but it took them a week and a half!!! When I walked in I was greated very nicely, I let them know that I just wanted an oil change and that I had a groupon then I was told that for the next time I won't even need the Groupon to get that great deal :) I sat and waited in the waiting area for my car to be done, it was a very clean and comfortable area which really surprised be since it was an auto shop I didn't expect for the inside to be so appealing. Found this place on yelp and was not disappointed. The place was busy but Julio got me in for an oil change and starter replacement. He even helped me push start it a couple times before the starter issue was diagnosed (though I already suspected). The rates are reasonable and the work was guaranteed and completed correctly. I sent my cousin there to get an oil change and these people are just plain stupid. It is not rocket science to change oil! Drain the oil, change the filter, put a new filter on CLOSE THE SCREW ON THE OIL PAN!!! fill it up with oil and go.. Well guess what, the did not screw the bolt all the way, all the oil leaked out and i almost had a blown motor. When i called the denied any responsibility the said "you must have hit something" its a freaking Nissan Sentra what am i gonna do do off roading?? The staff demonstrated excellent customer service throughout my entire experience with them. Being a young women from out of town, I was nervous that I was going to be taken advantage of. I brought my car to them due to a sound that I wanted to be checked out. My car is a New York vehicle and very rusted underneath and the staff took their time and explained everything they thought was wrong with my car very thoroughly and even took pictures. However, I informed them I only wanted the SAFETY concerns to be fixed on my car because I am a poor college kid and looking to buy a new car soon. They quoted me for $800 for the repairs they thought were necessary for my safety. My dad thought that price was too steep and when I went to pick up my car my brakes that were completely intact before were no longer working and now my brake light was on. Thank god I figured out my brakes didn't work before getting on the highway or I could've ended up very hurt. My dad and I called around, and that same day another person in Hollywood quoted me for $500 maybe $600 if I needed everything that Tune Rite said needed to be done. Only 1/5 things NEEDED to be done on my car, and it cost me $245 down the road from Tune Rite. They did pay the price for my car to be towed to a new shop and had excellent customer service, but the prices they are asking for are completely unreasonable and I did not need everything fixed in my car that they had said. I feel as though they took advantage of me to do things on my car that were unnecessary and were going to charge very steep prices on top of that. Whether the steep prices were out of inexperience for New York rusty vehicles or because they charge more for labor, it is not right. I'm thankful I have a dad that knows cars. Upon arriving, I had asked Anthony for the oil brand that they would be using for my vehicle. I was told a brand that i had never heard of before. I wasn't very comfortable already with the brand that they were using for my car. Once he had already redeemed the Groupon. He told me that they actually used a totally different brand. On top of that, be aware of their ridiculous tax charge. Also, they claim social platforms good "reputation" honesty & professionalism. Actions speak louder! You can be in business for which ever amount of time and allegedly have all of this" good " reviews and that be a total front. So please save the front and do good and actually be honest with the people that take the time of their day to bring you business. I don't usually write reviews nor good or bad ones. That being said; I had to share my most sincere experience with these individuals. I really hope this can help future customers. My best advice is to always make sure that you keep an eye on them and double check everything if you decide to bring your vehicle to this place or any other place. To be fair and straight forward. Everyone who works here is great. Kind, courteous, respectful. They could be your friends. I found them through Groupon for an oil change. Used them again with Groupon for oil, alignment and balancing. They also replaced the oil plug. They told me to simply call them next time and they would price match. Fair enough. In the meantime, when I got home I noticed a slight oil drip that I didn't have before. It took a while before I could get back to them, but that wasn't a problem. They put the car up, took a look and after a while, realized there was a small crack in the oil pan. Without my having to say anything, they volunteered to fix it at no cost to me. None of us thought it would be a big deal, but it required a lot more time than expected. Again not one complaint or suggestive comment. They simply honored their initial work and the problem that followed whether of their making or merely coincidental. When I arrived with the car today, they even arranged for an Uber to take me to my desired location while waiting for the work to be finished.
