    Garlic Naan

I went back again, this time to eat inside (I ordered to go the first time and it was delicious). I enjoyed my butter chicken wrap and the tamarind sauce that came with it. The other sauce tasted like a mayo based sauce and I didn't like that one too much. The wrap left me full and satisfied. My friend ordered the salad and added chicken. I can't believe how inexpensive it was. Also so fresh and had so many fruits and veggies on it. Will definitely be back. There is plenty of indoor seating and outside through the back door there is more seating. Parking is validated which is a plus. It wasn't too loud on this side of the station so I enjoyed eating inside. The staff seemed happy we were there and were very attentive.

This spot is located inside of Hunter Station. There is validated parking available outside of the entrance to the building. I'm new to Indian food but I was excited to finally get to stop by. There's a super cute bar, indoor seating, and outdoor seating available. You order at the front and then a staff member brings you your food to the table. I ordered a salad with fried chicken, rice, and garlic naan (warm, flavorful, 10/10). I also requested some pickled red onions. The pickled red onions were so delightful, tangy, and sweet. With the salad, I had a lemon vinaigrette and it also came with two other complimentary sauces. I was not expecting the portion size of the salad or the chicken. The prices are so affordable! The chicken was dark meat and was so crispy. I ordered a pretty simple meal this time but I can't wait to return to different items.

Tasty food and quick service! The naan bread might be some of the fluffiest I've ever had! We will be back to try other dishes too. They do have a parking validation inside--wait until you go inside to scan to avoid paying in the parking lot.

Came in expecting a different menu . we were so hungry we just ordered 2 rolls for a snack. Server was informative & if you've been here you know it is a walk up and order place with multiple food vendors . The service was good.

Absolutely every time we go to turmeric and Co it's a 10 out of 10, The bartender always has some great creative drink that's absolutely gorgeous and perfect for pictures, the lady who brings out the food is always so kind and nice and always ask if we need anything else, the food is always hot and fresh and absolutely the most flavorful thing in that complex, and the drinks are not only beautiful they are so tasty very nice. The space is very nice for it to be a shared space It's very individualized and unique are absolutely love this place anytime I'm in the area I will be there seeing what the drink is and having one of those great meals It's always a good time great people knowledgeable staff and a great price point All in one flavorful adventure.

Fantastic Indian restaurant with classic favorites and interesting fusion options. We sampled the berry mimosa which is great for people that like a sweeter cocktail, and the Lychee margarita which is more on the sour side. The butter chicken was fantastic but more on the tart side which is my preference. For appetizers I always enjoy a pakora which was delicious but the butter chicken Kathi roll is something I will be thinking about as a stand out favorite. There are plenty of vegan options including the Moilee veggie curry which is a coconut curry. The patio is delightful.

This was a great spot to visit! The bartender TJ made my friend a mocktail based on her likes, which he specifically came over to question to make sure she got a mocktail she enjoyed! The food was well flavored and great fusion adaptations. I find many fusion places are too centered around the American palette, but this spot is great for the mix of Indian and American flavors. Also enjoyed talking to Damien, the director of the restaurant. Really friendly dude. Overall, would recommend !

Nestled in hunter's station is a great new Indian fusion spot. Went with a group and ordered much of the menu to try. I can't say we had a single bad item in the bunch. Everything was so delicious and actually ordered seconds of a few. Drinks/cocktails were pretty great as well. Plenty of seating inside and plenty more on the patio. Staff were very friendly and attentive. There's some parking in a pair lot and some free in the street though hard to find.

I can summarize this restaurant as 'Neither here, nor there'. Yet another time Yelp review did not reflect my experience. I will say the cocktails were exceptional, which is why the rating is at least 3. (My friend and husband tried the cocktails, Bay of Bengal and Tigress). And in starters, the vada, and onion pakora were good. The actual food though, which is essentially some pastas, the makhani trattole and sweet potato gnocchi, were not palatable. Not sure what it was, but overwhelmingly cinnamon flavor. Whatever it was, couldn't have more than one bite. And my 5 year old's butter pasta which is probably the simplest to do, was also not good. They were out of potatoes, so couldn't try that set of their menu options. But essentially we ended up going to a different restaurant and having a proper desi dinner. Do go here for the cocktails and starters maybe!

The butter chicken roll was amazing! They deserve five stars just for the roll alone. I promise you can't go wrong with the butter chicken roll and mango lassi. They also make alcoholic drinks which are tasty as well.

Let's support this place! East Nashville finally has good Indian food along with solid cocktails. Their cauliflower is a must order. The naan is fresh and plentiful! Pictured below is the salad, so colorful and the chicken had lots of flavor. They spruced up Hunters Station with their plants so it's really a lovely setting. Service is fantastic, they even do table side! Make them your next stop, you won't be disappointed.

On top of that, our server was hands down the best we've had in a long time. The drink menu was a little limited, but every cocktail we tried tasted really good. We started with the Caesar salad, and honestly that was the one miss of the night. It had a bit of a weird taste to it. Everything after that was fantastic though. Unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment. We ordered the biscuits and gravy with fried chicken, shrimp and grits, and two iced coffees. The coffee was good but the food was, honestly, borderline inedible and not at all what we expected. What was even more disappointing was the response when our server asked how everything was. We were honest and told her we didn't like the food. Her only response was, "Awww," before walking away. There was no offer to make it right, no follow-up, and no manager checked on us. When our table was cleared, our plates were still nearly full. For a bill of around $100 for brunch for two, I expected much better food and customer service. The beautiful setting wasn't enough to make up for the disappointing meal and lack of concern when we shared our experience.

The blueberry compote with the goat cheese was honestly to die for. The curse of Rumours continues!…read more I don't know that any business can survive this address. My first BW review of the year and it seems to have come as a surprise. Whispers abound as to whether the issue at VG was a rent hike or whether the owner just lost interest. In any event, it's the same sad story at the corner of 12th and Woodland. And that's too bad because VG acquitted itself nicely. On a Friday in mid-spring it was the exact right place I wanted to be to catch up with a friend. That backyard has been the stuff of legends for every iteration for a reason. If you've been here for a while, you know the score: walk in the front, smile, be greeted, ask for a table outside. That's just what we did. But before that we got drinks. Being a wine bar and being happy hour and being a Friday we went all in on the house red sangria. Served in a pleasantly large goblet, this goodie jar of wine and fruit did the job of quenching thirst and spurring conversation. To add to the libations, we settled on a series of bites: whipped feta (with sourdough -- and every bit of decadent as described in other reviews), olive tapenade (a briny, mound of oil, citrus and herbs) and (skinny) fries with parmesan & white truffle oil. Right?? What a perfect way to end the work week and begin the weekend. We had wonderful service from Abby and stayed on premises well into sundown. There was a steady crowd throughout our visit so I don't think a lack of business was the COD. Whatever the reason, it sort of boggles the mind that a wine bar concept can't stick around in a neighborhood and location that seems to crave it. That curse might be real.

Desserts are a not to miss, and the peach cobbler (foreshadowed but the fantastic peaches in the crudo) delivered in a great way to end a great meal. Thank you again for a great time!!!
