Had a different company do our pool opening this year. As soon as they came out, they knew it wasn't properly winterized. Thanks to Turner's pool who closed it last year, our main drain wasn't air capped properly and the two way is cracked by the pump causing a heavy leak and has to be replaced and repaired. We could not open the pool on time as we had to schedule this repair. Once it is on, we may also have other leaks as there was clearly water in the line. I am going to be involving an attorney if they do not contact me immediately. It is clearly a reoccuring theme with this company per the other reviews here. The guys who showed up last year, could barely communicate with us. One stayed in the car smoking and they threw the plugs in the dirt when they were done. Extremely unprofessional company, please do your research and do not use this one for your pool needs, or it will cost you later. I look forward to seeing you in court! read more

First time ever using Turner'sPool and Spa to open my pool as my husband passed away and we usually do it together. I was so disappointed as they open it when it was raining, left the clamp ff one hose, didn't tighten down 2 others and as they were pulling the cover off they dumped all the maple seed (helicopters) into the pool. I called and emailed mulitple times..they came out to fix the clamp but never anything else and I was told via the owner that it would be $150.00 for them to clean up my pool. WOW! never saw that coming, they dirtied it and now want to charge me to clean it. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I wonder how many others they've done this to who weren't home when they came... read more

Like many others have written, the service from Turner's Pool is often poor at best. They have done work on my pool for several years and, in most instances, they have had to come back to correct the work initially done - but only after I had to ask them to do so. This happened repeatedly. Unfortunately, they are the only Foxx pool authorized dealer in the area. read more

Noticed in the morning that part of the liner lip was not attached. Called for them to come back to fix and was told I would be charged! If I could leave a huge ZERO, I would. Horrible company. They will NOT correct their mistakes or do the right thing. We were told to take them to court because we stopped making payments on a service that was not done properly and hidden away at closing knowing full well we would find it at opening. We said we would continue to pay if they corrected their huge error. They said they wouldn't correct anything until we paid. Why pay them to fix THEIR mistake. The owner. We had a fiberglass pool installed by Turner Pools in November 2020. They did a fantastic job and we are already enjoying our second year with the pool. The crew was hardworking and easy to work with. Mr. Turner was upfront about the costs involved. Any extras were in the ballpark of what he estimated. We don't have the biggest yard and it had its challenges, but he knew exactly where the pool should be placed from the beginning. We didn't have any major unexpected expenses, just an extra drain added on the patio and extra dirt removal. We had minor issues come up as with any major project, but they were all addressed timely. We added some extras during the project (a heater, additional concrete) and were accommodated. My husband takes our water there for regular testing and they are always friendly and helpful. read more

Had a problem with our pump. Talked to Turner's on Saturday. They came Monday at 10 a.m. By 1 pm all fixed. The young man answered all our questions, showed us some things we were not sure how to do, had us up and running .Very pleased with the service. read more

This is the worst pool company you could ever deal with. They have poor communication skills, are not receptive to customer input or recommendations, and are non-responsive across several platforms (voice messages, text messages, in-person at their store). First, the pool liner had to be replaced and fixed seaveral times, which caused us to have to empty the pool multiple times. They never respond to your calls. Then the product they produce is subpar. When they built our pool, it leaked originally. We tried to get them to fix it the right way, but they wouldn't. They didn't believe there was a leak even though all around our pool was wet and muddy. Then, the concrete job they did around the pool is the worst. They didn't sift the backfill dirt which was full of big roots and they didn't tamp the gravel. We questioned them on this and they just said it didn't need to be done. So 3 months after the original concrete pour, our new concrete patio started to sink on one side. We tried to call and contact Turner Pools, but they wouldn't respond. We went to the store and left messages and they wouldn't respond. This went on for 7 months before they finally responded. Then, another 2 months past before they finally agreed to come out and fix the issue. The only thing is they didn't properly fix the issue. They came out and removed the sinking part of the patio. Did they remove the gravel and sift the backfill dirt - no. They didn't even tamp the gravel! All they did was pour new concrete. So fast forward 6 months and guess what? We noticed the concrete patio doing the same thing again - sinking on the same side. We have reached out to Turner Pools to get this fixed because you would think they would want to back their product. If they would have completed the concrete patio the right way, then we would have no issues and might be writing a favorable comment. read more

My nightmare began in October 2020, when I entered into a contract for $37,816,80 for Turner's Pools and Spa to install a 32' x 16' 3 to 6' deep pool. While waiting for the pool to be installed I purchased a hot tub for 10,386.62. The hot tub was delivered in April 2020 with a one inch crack in the inside top of it. Called and called to inform Karl of the crack. It took a couple of weeks to hear back from him. Meanwhile, the crack spidered into more than a two inch crack. Karl tried to fix it with sealant and paint. It looked horrible, so he contacted his supplier to have it replaced. He told us it would be replaced; however, it is now October 2021 and it has not been replaced. The pool was scheduled to be installed in April 2021 and completed by June 2021 (2 months). We started calling Karl in March to get a date when he would get started. He never returned our calls. It was as if we were ghosted by him. He had us for $16,000.00 at this point, so we were stuck. We even went to his main store and was told we just missed him. The least he could have done was returned our phone calls even if it was going to be delays. It was in May that we finally heard from him. He told us it would be the end of June. They didn't start until the beginning of July. They stretched approximately 16 days of work into 4 months and counting. It should have taken no more that 2 months to complete this. They came out the 1st week of July 2021, marked the ground, left and didn't come back for a couple of weeks. Again, we called to get a schedule of when someone would come out and never got an answer or call back. When they finally showed up they dug the whole and left and didn't come back for weeks. Again we called resulting in no contact from him. When they did show up it was one or two guys, late in the afternoon, who didn't know what they were doing. One guy with knowledge had to basically build the pool walls by himself. They had to do things two or three times before they got it right. For example, they installed the pool liner, had me fill it up to the bottom of the stairs leading into the pool, then a day later the liner came unraveled. They had to nearly empty all the water, a significant amount, to fix it. This had a negative effect on my water bill. They failed county inspections for bonding of the pool and digging a 18 inch path for electrical wiring. It took over a week to redo all of that. They broke the sewage cover and tried to blame it on someone else when they were the only company driving heavy equipment through our yard. We had to argue to get them to fix it. They were very sloppy leaving my property and the county road in front of my house a complete mess whenever they showed up, which wasn't often. They threw a significant amount of dirt behind my fence and refuse to get it from back there. Eight times they've come out to fix a leak in the filter that is still not fixed and they never completed the installation of the timer. We purchased a water slide for $1,800.00 which they couldn't install because they did not poor enough cement for the patio. They also scratched up so bad trying to install it, it looked like it was worth $100.00. Karl said it would take 6 months to order another one. I requested my money back and ordered and received the exact same one in 24 hours. It is now October 2021 and counting and the pool is not complete. There is trimming around the liner inside the pool that is 1/4 done, someone got inside the pool to fix the trim but just cut it off and told Karl it was done Karl didn't come out to the sight to check the work of his workers maybe 3 times and that was if we called to tell him something was wrong. Part of the liner is sticking out from the pool, the filter still leaks, and the cover has not been delivered. This is an absolutely horrible company. I would not recommend them to put a kiddy pool from Walmart on my property. My neighbors inquired who was building my pool because of how awful my property looked and how long this process is taking, so they would be sure not to use this company. This has been the worse experience in my life. read more

Purchased a pool for my son from them, nightmare continues... Came in the last day that he had to contractually, which was over a month after I purchased the pool and 3 weeks later than promised and dug a whole in my yard that sat there for days before anyone came back. Anytime I called to see where they were, either they did not answer the phone or when they did call back I was told they were waiting on a part. When it was all said and done it took them over a month to install ( that's not including the time waiting for them to start work) a 21inch pool that I was told would take less than a week. The pool was a tin can with a liner not what we sat and looked at during the consultation or what I thought I purchased. The pool was supposed to be buried in the ground with only 2' out so I could put a deck around it, only part of it was buried and the rest completely above ground. Carl Turner said that the light were included and the value was $500, when I asked the workers where the lights were they said there were none on the work order, told them to call there boss and he sent 2 magnetic 19 dollar lights and said that's all he could put in pool! I requested for them to come back and tamp the yard twice because where they moved dirt I would sink 2 feet! Then he told me he could not tamp it more than he had because it would push the walls in of the pool that he sold to me as a pool that could be fully buried. He recommend putting the pool on the opposite side of the yard than I wanted and neglected to tell me that it was going to cost me $3500 to have the power pulled from the box (that's on the opposite side than where he recommend) and wired, but was sure to send his guy around to give me the estimate. Destroyed my front yard, put screws through my vinyl fence... I could go on And now my stairs are sinking/slipping, and when I called him, it took him almost 4 weeks to return my call despite the multiple calls and visit to the store and his response was " Well you are out of your one year warranty, so I am not responsible, but if you pay me I will send someone out" Really! Really! Do not use these people, they should not be in business.... luckily I took pictures through every step of their installation and will be seeking advice from an expert prior to perusing legal action. read more

***DO NOT USE TURNER POOLS***. The communication of this company has is horrendous. The phone numbers listed on their business cards as well as online seem to have no person on the other end. We have tried to call numerous times on different days and have been unable to reach them via phone. I will say they communicate via email, however in modern times (i.e. 2023) this is not time efficient. The pool is now installed and the pump is now working, however, the sand filter is now leaking water as I believe a seal was not installed correctly. As first-time pool owners I was very confused during the whole install process. Again lack of communication aided in this confusion. Equipment and sand were not dropped off until late in the evening (after 8 pm) before the pool install. Further, people came and went throughout the day with no explanation of the timeline. In example, the crew took a break in the morning as pool materials (metal, liner, posts) were not delivered. This is fine, somewhat unusual, but again not an issue. The issue is that they then went on a 3-hour lunch break. Left around 1 pm and did not return until 4 pm; a very long time in between. This break led to them working late into the night around 830 pm. To put this in perspective they showed up at 8 am and did not leave until 830 pm and the pool was not even finished. The owner came by during their lunch break and said that they would be finished within 2 hours. However, after showing up from lunch at 4 they still had not finished the pool by the time we left at 7. We had to ask a neighbor to check on them and lock up our gates once they had gone. Further, we wanted to order water for the pool, and the installers nor the owner gave us a solid decision of when we would be able to fill the pool. Luckily we emailed and got confirmation, but this extra step should not be necessary. After all this, I emailed voicing my concerns and need for them to come get there equipment that has been in my lawn (front and back) for three days when they said they would pick it up two days ago. The owner called me back once he realized my back gate was locked and his equipment was still here. However, his tone of voice was so condescending and belittling. He brushed off my concerns as "the pool business" and feels as though the company has done no wrong. Completely unprofessional company that has no regard for its customers. Our experience with Turner's Pool and Spa has been incredibly arduous. Based on the rave reviews from the prior home owner, whom had also used Turner's to close the pool at the end of the 2018 season; we chose Turner's to open our pool for the 2019 season. The initial scheduling was easy, pleasant, and customer service was on par. Unfortunately that's where the customer service stopped. Opening was scheduled for May 11th and the technicians arrived and began their opening procedures. There was little communication nor were questions answered in regards to the process. One employee (a Caucasian male) even said to another employee (an African American male) "don't be afraid to grab those chlorine tabs, they won't bleach the black off of you". My wife and I sat there stunned by the the blatant racism we were witnessing (more to follow when speaking to the owner four days later). The pool opening was not completed due to a cracked pipe entering the heater and a suspected gasket needing replaced in the multi port. The technicians left and said they'd return. They never did. Finally they returned on May 14th, and stated "I have everything I need to fix the cracked pipe & to tap it as well, I just have to check the multi port at the shop". When asked if they were returning today Jay said "I hope so". They never returned. At this point I called Turner's (repeatedly) until someone would answer the phone. I managed to get ahold of Carl (the owner) and explained the happenings at our home, to include the racist comments. Carl said "are ya sure they weren't joking, with each other, they joke a lot?". Regardless of joking, that behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in front of customers. Fast forward to today May 15th and the pool is still not open. I again called Turner's and asked what the status was. I was again told by Carl (the owner) conflicting stories. First he said he had to order a fitting, then he said the fitting was at the shop. When asked what size it the fitting was he replied "I don't know". When pressed as to how he ordered something and doesn't know the size he ordered he became belligerent and said "I'm not trying to earn your business, do you want it fixed tomorrow (May 16th) or Monday (May 20th). It was at this point I demanded he send his technicians to my home with everything they'd removed from my pool to include all cracked pipe pieces. I'm blown away as to the blatant lying, racism, and complete lack of integrity at Turner's Pool & Spa. I highly discourage anyone from using them. read more

Somehow my previous review got deleted and I did not do it. DO NOT USE TRUNER POOLS. They do sloppy work, don't want to complete to county specifications, I posted several pictures of concrete all over the sides of my pool, we had to fight with them to get them to clean it off, they let it dry, it had to be sanded and repainted. They totally messed up our fence with concrete and had to repaint it also. My husband fought with them each step to get them to redo things, county would not pass my final inspection until they seeded and put straw on the land they disturbed because we are in the Chesapeake Bay watershed area, and we had to fight turner to complete that. We would NOT give him final payment until it was complete the way the county said it had to be. Then he over charged me, ruined a hose of ours and would not pay to replace it. Their guys do very sloppy work, are rude, my husband had to call owner and tell him to come get a worker off our property for arguing with me when they were caught shaking my 6 ft high fence trying to unlock it as it locked from the inside. They could have just come to the door and told us they were there and please unlock the gate. I have dogs and its locked for a reason. When I caught the worker, I went out and asked him what he was doing, and he started arguing with me, so my husband called owner and said come get this worker and he is NOT allowed back on our property. Horrible company to deal with, owner is a smooth talker who makes you feel like hes a great guy who honors his word and work! NOT TRUE. ***I LITERALLY SIGNED UP FOR YELP JUST SO I COULD WARN OTHER PATRONS AND RELAY THE DANGERS OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY*** If you feel like being told you'll have to pay a certain amount for a specific service but love it when the vendor does the job halfway...and if you then love being told that completing the service you were initially looking for will cost 2x what they told you it would, TURNER'S IS THE POOL COMPANY FOR YOU!!! BACKGROUND. I was quoted (from Julie Turner, I believe): the cost of pool opening/de-winterization is $395. Julie went on to tell me that I may need to spend an additional $95 for cleaning if the pool was very dirty. After Turner's Staff opened and de-winterized the pool at my property, the pool water was dark green with a massive amount of leaves and other particulate floating on the surface; the spa appeared wholly untouched. Turner's Staff left a note that the pool required a level of maintenance -- I forwarded that letter off to property management so they could notify the property owner. INCIDENT. After being quoted $500 to ready my pool for summer, I set an appointment to have my pool tended to by Turner's. After the Staff came by my property, I noted that the pool and spa were filthy and I called Turner Pools to try and address the issue. I spoke with Julie, who quickly handed the phone over to a male that consistently raised his voice and cut me off. ONLY AT THIS POINT and by the male was I told that the pool cleaning fee covered only 1 hour of labor and that he had seen pools that needed $900 or $1000 to open. I queried as to why the spa seemed untouched and he began listing off what the Staff should have done to open the pool and spa. When I asked why certain things he was listing weren't done, he blamed me and said that I hadn't left parts/equipment out and in plain sight for Turner Staff. Not only was I not told by Turner's that I needed to do ANYTHING to facilitate the pool opening, I made clear that I am a rental tenant -- I don't know what the pool has or where the homeowner stores it. This was the first time I was looking to use the pool. Emails sent to the Turner's "customer service" email address previously have received only the same, canned response: "Your pool needs attention. Backwashing, additional chemicals, and additional cleaning." CONCLUSION. I feel completely misled by Turner Pools and feel that the fact that the $500 I had budgeted to open my pool has inflated to twice as much is unethical. Had I known from the beginning that the cost of opening my pool could be close to a thousand dollars I would have left it closed (like I elected to last year) and used the community pool ONE MILE from my house...or the pool on base. My hope is that Turner's will make this right and cover my pool at no cost or make my pool ready for summer at no additional cost...but my communication with the company thus far leads me to believe that they care more about the money in their pocket than the satisfaction and fair treatment of their customers. Should they surprise me, I'll amend this review...but I'm not holding my breath. Service was fabulous. Our Spa was delivered a day ahead of time. Plenty of man power was on hand for the installation of the tub, which went smoothly. Every detail was attended to. I found the staff friendly and helpful. All the information was provided in pamphlets and by being schooled in the proper maintenance of the water and how to operate and winterize the Spa. I found the staff helpful and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with my hot tub and would recommend this company to my friends! read more

Ask for references and talk with recent customers. I haven't met a single customer that has been satisfied withTurner Pools. I had an inground pool installed and I should have made them take it out. I called turner last year my pool was losing water. They inspected and told us we needed a new liner.After thousands in liner and install the pool still leaks.We spent all summer 2020 calling them and them comming back to check,it still leaks!!! End of the summer they emptyed the pool said they said they fixed it and re filled it. So we spent all 2020 wasting water and chemicals refilling the pool. We h ad them close it ,something i usually do, they did an awful job just covered it up and left. we scheduled them to open this year 2021 they came took off the cover turned on the pump put in they ladder and said they were done. Leaves and debris from last year they had left were rotted and stunk no chemicals nothing what a mess.When he handed me the bill i said this isnt done he said i dont clean pools ??? what kind of opening is that. I refused to pay the bill . So after all the time money and water guess what IT STILL LEAKS. It took me a while to decide to write this email but I was very unsatisfied with this company's service. Called them to service our pool. Decided to give them an opportunity over the other local pool company. I should have stayed with the other guys. My experience with them has been an ultimate nightmare. I have spent a total of $950.00 to them and then I've spent over $400 filling the pool with water time and time again and my pool still leaks. They are never in the office when you call. You have to wait two to three days before they call you back and then its another four to five days before they can send someone out. They will schedule someone to come out but will not inform you of when. You have to call them and if you get them, they will tell you that they scheduled someone to come out. Was told I was ripped off by what was charged and I believe I have been. They had the audacity to tell me when I realized my pool keeps loosing water, well the patch (which is extremely obvious to see) is still in place you need a new liner, we didn't charge you for coming out that day. Well, you were the one that was suppose to fix it. You did me no favors. Didn't even know they stopped by. We thought no one showed up and again, we had to call them in order to find out something. After making a down payment on a hot tub, they never delivered it when promised, never answered their phone when I tried to find out what was going on, and when I went into one of their stores, I was told to leave me name and number, and never got a call back. One of the owners told me I could hook up an electrical panel myself and because I was the home owner, I would not need a permit or a licensed electrician to install it. I don't know about you, but when you're dealing with water, and 220 volts of electricity, I think you should have an idea of what the current safey code is. Needless to say, after 2 months of waiting for my hot tub, I got my deposit back. I had a very similar experience with Turner Pool and Spa as the previous patron. I recently bought a house with a pool in the back yard and having no previous experience with pool ownership, I called Turner to winterize my pool. The appointment was scheduled for 12pm and the technicians didn't show up until 6pm and didn't finish until 9:30pm ..... it was Friday night so its not like I had anything else to do! The very next day, I saw just how badly I had been screwed: - The pool cover was poorly installed and the wind had blown it open in some areas - There were cigarette buts rolling around on top of the cover a two had been blown into the water - The technicians didn't place the rain water pump on top of the cover - All of the pool accessories (umbrella, hand rails, skimmer basket, buoys) had been thrown in the pool house in a pile - I got charged for two hours of "general cleaning" which they didn't do I called Turner the following Monday to complain and got the same run-around that has been described in previous posts. The gentleman I spoke to was very rude and never once apologized for the crappy service. In fact, he even tried to convince me that I needed to buy a new pool cover from him because the one I had was in "bad shape" which is why it took so long to install. So I basically paid $395 to have two guys keep me waiting around all day Friday just so I could skim cigarette butts out of my pool, install the pool cover myself and clean up the freakin mess they left in my pool house. Good care while pool under warranty then when out of warranty charged for work that never resolved the problem and probably contributed to a damaging failure that is too expense to repair. Seem to lack effective troubleshooting expertise that leads to repeated and escalating failures. Nice people, poor workmanship. read more

DO NOT USE. I was forced to use this company from my home warranty company. They came to my home unannounced when I was not home. Then they told the warranty company that the pump was broken before my contract started with them. My claim was denied because of their lies. read more

Great place nicest people until you give them the check and then if its screwed up you are stuck with it. The installation crew screwed up a few times throughout install including dumping the sand on the outside of the pool which knocked it off level and the wall in, Karl told me it would be okay. Then an installer tripped over the side, cause they didn't have a ladder and bent the side in multiple spots, Karl told me they would come out when the pool was filled, they didn't. The side was pushed inwards, again, I was told that would come out and it moved to a small crease on the bottom of the pool and that side is pushed out further so the pool isn't round. We have had a horrible time with Karl and Julie returning our calls or emails, which they were great at when we were ordering the pool. They told me that they would be contacting me today 5/23/16 and setting up a time this week when Karl would be out to look over the pool for himself, I got no call. My wife and I are stressed and annoyed that they will not return our calls or fix their mistakes. My wife and I are both teachers in Culpeper county and work very hard for our money and to have a business get away with this is very frustrating, something that is supposed to be exciting has turned into nothing but stress and sleepless nights. I even had one of their employees ask me for a beer while they were installing and he appeared to already be intoxicated do to his slurred speech and almost falling into the side of the pool while they were installing the liner. Karl and Julie both seem like very nice people and any doubts I had were washed away after meeting them in their store. I never thought something like this would happen while working with them. I am wishing we would have spent more money and went with a different company now, perhaps we would be enjoying our pool instead of writing reviews and contacting the Better Business Bureau. This company has continually lied and over billed clients. I was told that with the first cleaning they would return as many times as it took until the pool was clean. This DID NOT occur. Started billing almost immediately. Fraudulent billing practices! Keep your money in your pocket! DO NOT hire Turner s Pool and Spa!! read more

Good luck trying to get them to answer the phone. And if you go into the store expect to be treated poorly. They seem to only want to do business with those who want a new pool. They seem indifferent to the small change work that everyone seems to need to have done. read more

This company should be ashamed. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with and they will cheat you and deny any wrong doing. I had a liner installed in 2007 and in 2008 the liner was hanging off the wall and every year thereafter problems, the liner had a screw tear at the return line and ripped open and the water drained into my neighbors yard 25,000 gallons, no joke!! They repaired it a taky job that did not hold and again the water drained into my neighbors yard this year. I have finally had to get another company in to install a new liner. A liner should not have to be replaced after 4 years of use. Stay away from this company. I have complained to the Better Business Bureau with hopes that this company will be forced out of business. It is true they don't return calls, they don't stand behind their work. Be afraid to use this company and save yourself a bunch of money. Let me start by saying DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They may seem too good to be true, well they are! I received a quote to replace a liner in my in ground pool. The quote was a couple 100 dollars cheaper than any other quote I could find. Julie was helpful via email and we submitted our 50% deposit. I provided Julie was a list of dates of availability and she choose the second to latest date I provided. We submitted our deposit on April 10th and set the install date for May 7th (4 weeks). On May 6th, I emailed Julie to ensure what time the installers would arrive on May 7th as I have an infant and want to ensure he's situated while I meet with the installers. Julie called me back a couple hours later and left me a VM that the liner was not in, but she would be tracking it and it is scheduled to be in the following day - however if it's not in they would install on the 12th. That was NOT one of the avail dates I listed nor was a happy that I had arranged to be off work and planned my day around the liner being installed. I emailed Julie back and explained my unhappiness and questioned why the liner wasn't in as we had placed or order 4 weeks ago. I expected a call back or email later that day. It never came. I called the following morning, the scheduled day of the install and left a message. I received a call back about an hour later from a gentlemen (name unknown). He said he was calling to tell me my liner wasn't in and they would install next Tuesday. I explained that that was unacceptable and I had planned my day around the liner being installed (being off work = loss in salary) and that this is exactly what the complaints on the BBB website say about Turner Pools. He continued to tell my that "life's not fair" and 'well that's tough" and "you WILL NOT be receiving a discount" and then told me I was being "unreasonable" and "nasty" and promptly hung up on me. I have done business with many companies from both sides of the street, but I HAVE NEVER spoke with anyone so condescending, rude and disrespectful. I called back and asked to speak with Julie. He stated she wasn't in and I explained that I don't know who he is, but I've been working with Julie and I want to speak with her. I also emailed Julie about her rude employee or owner or whoever he is and expressed my dissatisfaction with his lack of customer service. I'm awaiting a call or email back. I can understand if they had to reschedule due to weather or a manufacturer defect in the liner or basically anything other than "well it's not here". And I had to initiate the call to them to check on the install; they could have called me a week ago and given me a heads up that the liner was pending shipping. DO NOT USE THEM!
