I usually order the Avocado Toast, and my love will often choose a build-your-own omelet. I recently tried the Power Up Grains Bowl with vegan eggs as my protein. He said my dish looked "painfully healthy", knowing this was a compliment. I negated my clean eating by splitting the OMG French Toast with him. Batter dipped thick-cut multigrain French toast with layers of crispy bacon, candied walnuts, drizzled with caramel sauce and sweet vanilla cream frosting. WHAT? These bastards are fattening as hell, but you have all day to burn them off. OMG is right! This is a place where you're never searching for someone to refill your coffee nor bring you ketchup. Ordered breakfast through DoorDash on Mother's Day around 8 AM and unfortunately had an extremely disappointing experience with Turning Point. After multiple DoorDash drivers canceled due to prolonged wait times, I waited over 5 hours for my order. I called after waiting about 3.5 hours and was told the food would be ready in another 30 minutes. After waiting an additional hour, the order still was not ready, and I ultimately decided to cancel. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication or follow-up from Turning Point throughout the entire process. I understand holidays are busy, but communication and accountability matter. Moving forward, I'll continue supporting local mom-and-pop restaurants -- they consistently seem to get it right when it comes to customer service and valuing their customers. read more

There's brown stains inside. Half cosmo salad, half avocado toast came with no dressing. Salad was good. Avocado toast was just ok. S'more French toast was ok and bland. Grande Huevos Rancheros came with no salsa. Had to ask for it. The dish was full of potato and little of something else. Big easy Benedict also fell short this time. Very welcoming and bright environment. Our first visit here and it was on Tuesday around 11 am, the place was very busy, so I can just imagine that they are very crowded on a non workday. They were well staffed, and we were seated right away. Our waitress was friendly and polite. My wife and I ordered coffee, and you get a pot for the table, so there is no need to ask for a refill. I had the shrimp and grits, which was excellent. 5/5 My son had eggs over medium, potatoes, and pancakes. He was very pleased with how good the pancakes tasted and wanted to go back the next day. 5/5 My wife had the Wilbert Skillet she liked it, but it's hard to get a 5 rating from her she gave it a strong 4/5. We have never been to this location of the Turning Point, so we stopped by today. It was much busier than the Moorestown location, so we waited for 30 minutes. The wait time wasn't too bad seeing how many people were coming in. They have high ceilings inside and the restaurant was extremely loud. I could barely hear the person across from me. I ordered the chicken pesto panini which was good, however it was a little dry. The skillet we ordered was very filling and had great tasting ingredients. The waitress was very nice and the food didn't take long to come out. Overall, it was pretty good but we may go back to the Moorestown location when we go to brunch again. read more

In the past I've frequented the Turning Point breakfast location in Long Branch, and to say the least the service/food was excellent! So, it is with great regrets that I'm forced to post this review. On 3/16/26 I visited the Turning Point establishment at the location above, and my experience was horrendous! Upon entering I was greeted by the host; who made me feel welcomed; so, I thought okay this visit would be status quo; boy was I wrong. I was alone and there was a group of three that was seated after me, but for some reason they were served their food before I even received a cup of coffee. When I received water for the table in a large crafted container; I wasn't provided a glass to even drink it. I guess my server wanted me to just tap a straw into it and have at it. There were no extra napkins or silverware; so, as I was ready to leave i finally received my coffee. I continue to stay and have breakfast, and to say the least the experience left me questioning as to how there could be such a huge difference in service could be. I also ordered the pavo Cubano, and this was just okay. I wouldn't order this sandwich again. If you want a Cuban sandwich, don't order it from a brunch place that doesn't specialize in Cuban food. It was drenched in mustard, had a random tomato (not on Cubans) and not much meat. Delicious bread and overal decent sandwich you just can't compare it to a Cuban. We checked in ahead of time and had a 10 minute wait before being brought to our table. I held the door open for a few people while waiting for my fiancée. An employee rushed past me, cut me off without saying thank you or excuse me, then proceeded to sit us at our table. I usually don't have juice with breakfast, but I've learned from a few visits here that I really don't enjoy the taste of their tap water. Nevertheless, the Big Easy Benny was phenomenal! I'd highly recommend this dish. We also learned there's a "secret" menu you can order from! Our server, Stephanie, was also excited, helpful, and welcoming.
