Food and our server were great. Just be prepared to wait a while for your table and wait a while for your food. It's a long process coming here

Well done breakfast fare and coffee I'm a man of simple pleasures, and I'm always in the lookout for a good breakfast or brunch spot to try. Since I was in the area, decided to give this place a try. There's plenty of seating and the staff were very friendly. I appreciate the calorie counts on the menus , though it did cause some pause when ordering. Although the warm cinnamon bun appetizer was calling to me, I opted for my French toast. Got a scoop of vanilla ice cream and some real maple syrup as well, to give it the best chance. I also ordered "their most boushy coffee drink" and was presented this campfire iced latte. Was good, but was also a little too sweet. The French toast came out, took some pics and dug in. This French toast was exactly correct. Made proper and well. The bread was custardy but cooked though, the cinnamon and sugar were there but not overpowering. Whipped salted butter was provided but also put on the side to allow proper spreading. The fact that they charged me an extra 2 bucks for real maple syrup but instead of giving me a small disposable cup they gave me the entire jug was a brave move. Made it a little hard to pour but still got my proper coverage. The ice cream was hood or of a similar quality. A little too sweet and a little too whipped with very little vanilla flavor. It worked as an ice cream, but not great. Despite the not as good ice cream, the actual French toast was the epitome of perfection. I feel that celebrating proper execution is a little presumptuous of me.But after going to many different breakfast spots and trying many different attempts at French toast, I feel that one that does it right should be celebrated. On top of this, I've also gone to the attached "cowabunga" coffee shop, and not only is their cold brew strong, floral, and nutty. But they also use coffee ice cubes in their cold brew to not dilute your drink. It's a place after my hipster heart. So yeah, worth a try if you're in the area. They do a great French toast, and they got really good coffee

This is how they presented us with our flatware....dumped on the table in a random amount. This was for 3 people, btw.

Ok.....done with Turning Point. Showed up yesterday around noon, expecting some nonsense with a crowd, as USUAL. I send the Misses in to inquire about the wait, and she calls me from the restaurant saying that, "there was a 30 minute wait for inside, but they said we could sit outside right now, so I got a table." I IMMEDIATELY thought this was odd; especially after hearing an annoucement over a loud speaker: "TWO SPOTS OPEN AT THE BAR....FIRST COME FIRST SERVED!!!" But, I decided to roll with it, thinking that for maybe once in my life, the gods had decided to throw favor on me. Uh....about that....... I get to the table, and there are SIX forks, just literally thrown in the middle of the table. I ASSUME that this was our silverware that we were expected to be using. Six forks, 3 knives, for 2 adults and a 5 year old. Okay......I decide to go to the bathroom to wash my hands before eating, and along my trek to the bathroom, I enter a bustling dining room. I AGAIN start to question our "good fortune" with acquiring an immediate seat. I also notice that there is shit all over the place. Lettuce on the floor, toast on the floor, tables not bussed, etc. I make it to the bathroom, where I find out that 1) the hand dryer doesn't work, and more importantly, 2) the soap dispenser doesn't work. A man inside the restroom makes a VERY good point: "I hope the employees have their own bathroom." Yikes. I make it back to my table, to find the same avalanche of silverware, and everything else as I left it. Hmmmm. A waiter, TWICE comes over to the table next to us to deliver food, and inquire about the customers. He even gets their dog a bowl of water. He does not acknowledge us. TWENTY. MINUTES. Twenty minutes elapse before I tell the Misses to grab the baby and "lets go." I KNEW that getting an immediate seat was bullshit. Apparently, whomever sat my wife forgot to tell ANYONE ELSE that we were actually sitting there, so after 20 minutes of sitting, and not seeing anyone after the waiter that ignored us initially, we left. Maybe they did us a favor, since it's a strong possibility that whoever WOULD have come over also might have not washed their hands after their most recent bathroom break. Turning Point is NOWHERE NEAR good enough food wise to have to, EVERY TIME, wait for a table, or put up with messy conditions or shoddy service. We actually drove to THIS Turning Point instead of Cherry Hill, because the Cherry Hill location was dirty the last time we were THERE. I don't think Turning Point is a filthy place intentionally, I just think they can't handle the amount of business that they do. Either way, I'm done putting up with it.

I went here yesterday for lunch with my family and we all enjoyed our meals. The wait was about 15 minutes, which wasn't bad for the height of lunch time. Our waiter was very nice and helpful with answering any questions we had about the menu. I had the Cuban sandwich and it was very flavorful and yummy. My mom and sister had the eggs Benedict and omelet and both really enjoyed their meals as well. We will be back again when we are in the area!

We walked in and had to wait only 10 minutes in the morning. Place was packed. The restaurant is beautiful and modern. Looks very clean. the design had a roof over the bar area. Looked really cool. Waitstaff was nice but slow. They were busy but seemed to have plenty of waitstaff working. Not sure what the reason was. Food presentation was top notch. The presentation really enhanced the experience. They know what they are doing. Everyone easily found something they enjoyed as the menu is large. I think this place has the formula for success going and it's really hard to mess up breakfast food.

The food was good and it didnt take forever. Our waitress was kind, everyone was friendly. The food wasn't hot which was strange but I prefer it that way so I didn't mind (Only reason I didn't give it five). Its a breakfast place thats busy but not over crowded. Ambiance was nice.

Two eggs over easy, potatoes and chicken sausage

We were in the area and in the mood for breakfast and figured we would check it out. It was busy at 1pm on a Sunday afternoon. We decided to grab a seat at the counter. Our server came right over to clean up the area and give us some menus. They have a great selection of beverages; coffees, french press coffee, cold press juices, teas, hot chocolate and more. It took us forever to figure out what to have since they have a little bit of everything and at this point we were so hungry, everything sounded really good. We ended up with the Breakfast combo, which included 2 eggs any style, a meat, potatoes, and either a belgian waffle or 2 pancakes. For $2 more you could upgrade to a specialty pancake. We ended up getting 2 eggs over easy, potatoes, chicken sausage and cinnamon roll pancakes. The pancakes were like dessert, you really only needed just a little bit. They were a little overdone, but with all of the cream cheese icing, it helped a little. The potatoes seemed a little hard and a little dry. The chicken sausage had a lot of seasoning in them. The service was very very good. The food though was just average. I would give it another chance and try some of the sandwiches as they sounded good.

Went here for breakfast and was very impressed. The service was solid, coffee was very very good, and the avocado smash Benedict I ordered was amazing. The potatoes that came with it were a little underwhelming but only in comparison to the amazing eggs Benedict. They were still pretty good. Avocado was fresh, bacon was good, and the eggs were delicious. Also really enjoyed the atmosphere in there! Would definitely recommend for breakfast.

wow - wonder if any good?

Like the Marlton location that I frequent a lot, a very busy restaurant. I did a call ahead - we were seated right away. Our server Max was pleasant enough, but didn't check on us but once. Nice "kid" - I think that the busyness probably had to do with the attentiveness. The kitchen wouldn't' make make me my all time favorite the "Chunky Monkey" from their old menu, like the Marlton location still does for me. Boo! However, my GRAND FRENCH was very, very good. As was my one side buttery scrambled egg.

Lobsta-Cado Toast and scrambled eggs (I almost forgot to take my picture as you can see)

Service is still good, food also still very good.....I just came here to say the street waffles are delicious! A must try for sure! I forgot to get a picture so you'll just have to trust me lol!

I went to cowabunga coffee and sat with a friend at the self service part of turning point! The coffee was delicious as well as the autumn toast. The tables Are cute and it's a chill spot for brunch.

My GPS said I'd arrived but I had to look up a picture of the place because it's in an old Victorian house set back from the road with a couple other businesses. Being set back allows them to have a quiet outdoor seating area with plenty of shade which you pass by on your way inside. Inside is very cute with much more seating, big bright windows that let in the afternoon sun and decor that blends the coffee shop seamlessly into the beautiful old house. I ordered an iced almond milk latte, my warm weather go to. The counter person asked if I wanted any flavor/syrup and, while I usually don't because I don't like sweet coffee, I acquiesced because she said she could make sure it wasn't super sweet but I still got the flavor. This was quite literally the BEST iced almond milk latte I have ever had the pleasure of drinking. The salted caramel syrup lent just a hint of sweetness but full flavor. The espresso was flawless. I sipped my latte while walking back down Main Street to my car in 80° weather with flowers blooming and birds chirping and it was the perfect lunch break treat. I will be back.

The space is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff was genuinely pleasant from the start. Julian, our server, greeted us promptly, got coffee on the table quickly, and kept everything moving smoothly. In addition to standard coffee, they offer craft espresso-bar style drinks, which is a nice touch whether you are there for breakfast or brunch. The restaurant also has outdoor seating, not ideal in December, but it would be great in warmer weather for people-watching along Haddonfield's main street. The menu has plenty of options, and I went with the fennel sausage frittata with roasted potatoes and bacon. It was hearty and well executed, the bacon was crisp, the potatoes were crunchy, and the portion was generous enough that I could not finish it. My wife ordered the green goddess roll, which she really enjoyed, though her potatoes came out cold while mine were hot, the only real miss of the visit. We also shared a bowl of lentil soup, which was perfect for a cool day and a nice surprise on a brunch menu. This spot works well for weekdays or weekends, breakfast or brunch, and it does get busy, so reservations are a good idea or be prepared to wait with a coffee. Pricing felt very reasonable for the area, and overall it was a good stop we would happily return to.

First and foremost, our server was excellent. Polite and prompt, friendly, everything you want in a server. My problem was the food ... I ordered the halibut, asked my server about the "seasonal veggies" it comes with (she mentioned asparagus, okay good) because I do love veggies, but there are some I just really do not. Unfortunately, those exact veggies arrived on the plate, and my entree looked more like stir fry. I don't like onions or peppers ... and they were the base veggie of the dish. The menu describes the "sauce" as a lemon citronette, and this dish was not at all what I was expecting. It lacked flavor, there was no sauce, not a hint of lemon (I even squeezed some on there & it didnt help :( ) I can get past some vegetables I don't eat, just pushed them to the side, but the halibut was so so so incredibly dry. It wasn't soft, or flakey, or moist. (I hate that word but it was the best way to describe what it lacked) It was like cardboard. I was trying to choke it down because I too, had just worked a serving shift for Mothers Day, & it was the first thing I was eating all day. My husband mentioned something to the server because he knew I wouldn't haha, I don't like to be a pain customer or send things back. Fortunately, they did take it off the bill, but it was just a bummer. Willing to try again in the future, & I'll just stay away from the halibut.
