I had to choose his home caretaker but his wife should be able to call to get updates. This is a stupid rule. It should be anyone the patient decides. She also spoke to my step father like he was a little kid. I also noticed he is near the nurse station and whoever sits there (the case worker/manager do, I might add) is loud along with the others that go and congregate. They ought to be mindful that people need peace and quiet to heal. Seems like just this one person is the problem. Everyone else seems respectful.
