The restaurant has a bright, cheerful atmosphere that makes you want to linger over another cup of coffee. It was busy, but the service never missed a beat, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. I ordered the Wilbur Skillet, and it was exactly what I was hoping for--hearty, flavorful, and the kind of breakfast that keeps you full for hours. I really wanted to like it here. The Cesar chicken wrap was decent. Nothing crazy to love. Just standard. Which is fine that's what I ordered. My mother ordered the chicken salad wrap that looked really good but was so sugary sweet that she couldn't get through it. We waited.... And waited.... While our server promptly walked passes us 3 times to clean/ prep empty tables. ( there was no line so not really a pressing matter) we were never asked how we like our food. Not once. My mother had to get up and go and get the server. Once we told them about wrap etc they took it off the bill and stated it's personal preference as to why we don't like it and that it's a fan favorite. I don't care whose favorite it is. Offering to replace food 30 mins after you put it down is ridiculous and should be a real legit apology. Not some back handed way of saying you placed the food personally down, Isabell. Food is mid. Great food and the service is usually tip top! Sure to get a dud experience from time to time being a chain restaurant however this place is almost always a hit! We say outside now and and inside they definitely have different vibes! Outside is very chill dog friendly and a pretty ok vibe despite being in a parking lot. Indoors has one good side that feels like a dining hall and then other side is cramped and kinda weird feeling like you're eating in someone's front entryway to their home. We'd been to their Boynton Beach location and enjoyed it, so we were excited to see another branch was going to open in Wellington. We finally saw the "now open" signs a couple weeks ago. This restaurant chain is known for its welcoming service and good food -- especially their cinnamon buns. They have breakfast, brunch, and lunch. All sorts of drink and coffee options as well as egg dishes, waffles, etc. Plus salads and sandwiches and a few soups. It was not easy to decide what to get. I started off thinking chicken and waffles then the NY bagel plate, but wound up with half salad and soup. My salad choice was the chopped salad with fried chicken. I had them leave off the onions. I knew I liked their honey mustard cilantro dressing, so I got some of that on the side. For my soup, I started with the turkey chili. I did not care for it, so our server nicely swapped it out for their soup of the day -- a Tuscan bean soup. This soup was very good -- a light, slightly peppery broth with sausage bits, some veggies including spinach, and a few white beans. My husband got their "Wilbur Skillet" with potatoes, bacon, avocado, tomato and cheese topped with two poached eggs. An English muffin came alongside. As this was a large portion, he round up taking half of his meal home. For drinks, my husband got his favorite -- the vanilla chai latte. And I tried their "brunette". I got it with decaf cold coffee. It came with half and half, Dutch chocolate sauce and toasted marshmallow syrup. It's served over ice. I didn't taste any marshmallow, but it was like having a delicious iced chocolate coffee milk. Yum! I know we will be back soon. read more

My wife found this Turning Point location and we have been watching construction progress. Finally open, she added it to the Yelp Community and we dined here today. I had my favorite Vanilla Chai Latte, yum yum! My Entree was Wilbur's Skillet, a base of house potatoes, Avocado, tomatoes, cheese, chopped bacon and pepper, with two poached eggs on top. We had another great experience at Turning Point this morning. We went in and we asked for Porsche and she was our server again at the community table. it was a long way but well worth it, Samantha the manager explained everything to us cause people walked in that they called ahead. She had everything organized. It was a great experience and very nice talking to her. We sat down we ordered our food. Everything was to delivered in a timely fashion, fresh and ready to eat. The menu has a little bit of everything for everyone, even if you have allergies, gluten-free issues, or just anything you want from sweet to savory it is delicious. Our experience was splendid due to a very attentive and engaged young lady named Ava. She was such a delight and could not have been more accommodating. I had a good time at this restaurant. I forgot to take photos of the food. But their breakfast potatoes are some of the best I've had.it was very well seasoned and crunchy not soft. I did ask for them to be well done. We were a walk in a Sunday early afternoon. The wait time wasn't too bad. I think I'll be back even if it's just for the potatoes. I also like the way they deliver their mimosas they bring the champagne and juice in separate containers for you to mix yourself. read more

We stopped into the location in Wellington, Florida. This was my first visit to a Turning Point restaurant. I found it to be bright and clean with welcoming staff. We were greeted by our server in a timely manner and received menus and time to look them over. I chose the breakfast combo which included two eggs over easy, breakfast potatoes, crispy bacon and I selected the lemon blueberry pancakes. My companion tried the berry chocolaty pancakes with the fresh strawberries. Both were very delicious. The bacon was crispy and is a little thicker cut, which I like. I also had the French press Hawaiian Kona blend coffee. It was delicious. An overall enjoyable experience and we will be stopping in again. read more
