Turpan is the place I go to find wonderful, creative, inspirational items. Greg and Katherine are retail's best kept secret.

This is now the only location they have in Los Angeles. They are closing this Sunday, 1/11/2026,…read moreand will re-open in the same location at the Brentwood Country Mart in about 6 months, with a slightly smaller footprint, since the Brentwood Country Mart is trying to fit in one more retailer into their tiny community. The folks who work at Sezane are really helpful, and friendly, and also told me about a special way in which I could save additional money on their products. They have their store broken out into 3 separate nooks, and you can see their merchandise very well (and of course try it). I bought a woolen scarf as a gift from here yesterday. One thing -- parking is tight at the Brentwood Country Mart, so I had to park around the block on a neighboring street. Be cognizant of the signs!

I'd been tracking a list of stores to visit when I get to France & I can cross this one off! Of course it's at a favorite shopping center, the ever quaint but oh so posh, Brentwood Country Mart. I've popped in now on a few occasions. The selection is fantastic. The clothing is quality. The store is clean, and they even had cookies (husband loved)! The staff is lackluster. I did not feel welcome and no one helped me when digging through the folded sweaters. I still bought something because I loved it and the gal at checkout was polite enough but don't go here looking for a style session. You're on your own from my experiences. It's also generally quite busy with full fitting rooms, at least on weekends.

Zara has really cute handbags, coats/jackets and unique high heels/boots! It's also a huge store, which includes escalators! Inside | Neat & tidy! Plenty of mirrors all around! I usually go during the weekday, so I don't have experience of going into the store too much on the weekends! This location can get really busy at times! Customer Service | Friendly and welcoming! Customer service especially shines downstairs in the dressing room area; super friendly & always willing to give a helping hand! Returns | I once ordered an item online, had to return it & the process was easy breezy! Overall | It's always fun stepping into Zara whenever I'm on 3rd Street Promenade! I enjoy seeing what's new!

It was always crowded and the items weren't always properly organized. However much to my pleasant surprise I popped in to pick up an online order and make a return and not only did I find that everything was beautifully merchandised and displayed but also great customer service from all the employees I interacted with. I even purchased something after I returned something else! Online order pickup was easy, I just pulled up my QR code from the app and the associate scanned it and retrieved my package from the back. This location is 3 floors and I found it to have a lot of different items across size ranges which were well organized. Prices have gone up a bit overall but I do like the unique styles you can find each time you go into a Zara so value is relative to that.

It is very pricey and I am eternally grateful for being helped by Lucia, this classy Italian woman who has impeccable style and taste. Her opinions matter a lot and I was able to get two dresses, a skirt, and a sharp blazer! I am sad this store is closing soon because I have been an original customer for over 15 years. Their pieces are classic and sexy, super sophisticated and timeless, but I think it's closing because you occasionally have to run into snobby owners like Dvora, who DO NOT know customer service, treat them like garbage by insinuating a customer doesn't have money, and also I heard pays her workers only 1% commission. It's terrible because I recall spending thousands here expecting Lucia to get a decent commission, but 1% is pathetic and really low especially when living in Santa Monica and West LA is not cheap at all. I am going to miss Lucia and the way she always remained classy and helpful when it comes to helping a customer such as myself look absolutely stunning, but I definitely will NOT miss the owner Dvora and her negative energy!!!!!

So I went in there just now for the first time and there were two women working and two female customers. I walked around and looked at stuff to see styles and price points but the thing that struck me was how engaged and involved the two women who were helping the customers were. They made sure to ask if I needed anything without any pressure or making me feel out of place. Eventually when one woman (Erin) wasn't helping one of the customers, she asked if I had any questions. So I said "someone told me this is the longest running store on Montana, what is it that makes this store different and able to survive for so long?" I suggested my hypothesis and she more or less confirmed by saying "it's only us two who work here and we're both professional stylists." They make the experience personal and fun. They help women who go into the store leave feeling beautiful and confident. If I was a woman and I had the money I would shop there!
