After seeing on social media advertising of this groomer, I felt the urge to secure an appointment instead of going to my previous Pom's groomer. And I am very very very happy with the end results! Location is downtown, there is a small parking lot but usually full - has with narrow spots and hard to get into since surround streets are one-way busy streets. I recommend circling and parking on 10th Ave for less of hassle. Fabiola is fabulous! She was so sweet, caring, attentive, and does an amazing job cutting fur. She doesn't rush each grooming and takes her time for a very quality cut. She also has a Pomeranian which made my experience feeling better because she knew exactly how to cut their fur. We even had conversations about Pomeranians and everything about our dog care life. My Pomeranian looks so beautiful and smelt wonderful when I picked her up. I asked for a trim, clean up the buttox area, and do cut the paws (like cat paws). She also knows how Pom fur is suppose to look like and she rounded out all the areas needed AND brought in the fur around the waist to give my Pomeranian a cinched look. For a bath, some treats, nails trim, and fur.cut for $115 - please tip on top, she does a great job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

About three months ago, Doozydog!Club took care of our baby, AmyJames, very well…read more Before this last time that they took care of our sweet baby, Linna was helpful in making sure that he was going to be well taken care, communicated with me well, etc., to make sure that the check in process would be smooth. She was thoughtful in this respect, & was attentive to our dog. Kristan was very kind to our lovely pet, was personable & attentive when we spoke on the phone, & was very accommodating with our baby as to having him at their dog day care center. On one night, our dog looked that he was not feeling well, & Kristan made a wise decision to have her staff member get our pet to a nearby pet hospital to get seen, after a few hours, baby was okay, & same staff member returned our sweet one to the dog club. Our sweet baby had trouble walking & was slipping on their smooth floor, & Kristan made sure to get some dog booties to fit his four legs to help to make him comfortable & to make him feel at ease with his walking, & this made a big difference on him. I recently brought my dog here, first for the initial meet and greet then for daycare. I appreciate…read morethe format of the meet and greet first to get the dog acquaintanced with the facility then introduce other dogs, and of course it was complimentary. It was also great to get additional information and speak with the manager. I could really tell she cares about the dogs that come here and she made us feel at home. Passing by I had always seen the two play areas facing the sidewalk but had no idea they had a few more in the back. I like how the dogs can be in the front and people watch out the large windows but also decompress in the back. The kennel area for overnights was also well-kept and organized. Also pleasantly surprised at each dog's locker and the staff's thorough physical checks of each dog and logging of their daily activities. I would say the only thing I had an issue with was logging into the webcam on my phone but seems to work on a computer. Also you can tell they use bleach from the smell but that is a good sign that they keep things sanitary. Other than that my dog seemed to enjoy his time there and we bought one of the packages so we will be back.

Anyone with a northern breed knows how tricky their massive double coats and attitudes can be to manage, but Julia knows exactly what she is doing. He behaves so beautifully for her because she is so incredibly patient and skilled. Even my mom recently said, 'These are the best grooms he's ever had!', and that is saying a lot since he's been getting professionally groomed his whole life. Julia and team truly understand coat health, safety, and structure. I trust her completely with my dog (and cat for nail trimming). Truly wonderful experience and I can't recommend them enough!

We specifically asked for his nails to be trimmed, the hair around his eyes to be cleaned up so he could see, and just a small trim overall. We did not want him to receive a full haircut because he is still a puppy. When we dropped him off, the worker was not very welcoming and basically told us to just drop him off and pick him up at 5:30. When we returned, we were very disappointed to see that our puppy had received a full haircut. I asked why his hair had been cut so short, and she explained that his hair was matted (which was not )and that his coat was currently transitioning, so it would grow back better this way. However, we never gave permission for a full haircut, and I feel we should have been contacted beforehand if they felt a more extensive cut was necessary. Unfortunately, that wasn't even the only issue. Our puppy was also nicked/scraped around his private area during the grooming. Afterward, he was walking strangely and constantly scratching his bottom, which became concerning enough that we had to take him to the emergency vet. We are extremely disappointed with this experience. If a groomer feels that a full haircut is necessary, they should communicate that with the owner and get approval before proceeding. We trusted them with our 5-month-old puppy, and unfortunately, we left feeling that our concerns and instructions were not respected. I would not recommend this place based on our experience.

She has been rejected by other groomers and even mobile groomers, but Pet Beloved knew how to handle her reactivity, and did so with care and patience. Upon entering and signing in, they took her on a walk to let her get comfortable. They gradually built trust and also gave me a rundown of how short I would like her fur to be, as well as being transparent on how the matting for her poodle fur might cause the cut to be even shorter. I appreciated the headsup! Booking was easy and so was pickup. While it took longer than expected, they communicated with me and kept me updated, which is understandable knowing Onion's demeanor. Overall, very happy and would definitely recommend them!

I've had tons of people ask where she gets her hair cut and am always happy to let them know that Gabriel Feitosa is the spot! Guess I need to learn the new name now It took me over 4 years of being her mom to find someone who actually knew how to cut her hair, and she sees the standard groomers rather than Logan or Gabriel (who charge a premium price). Some of her cuts are just so unbelievably cute and precise - I wish they could always be so perfect. My girl is a lil too spicy and makes things difficult sometimes, but I always appreciate the groomers doing their best with her!

They'll ask the usual.. what style groom you have in mind! I like my dog to have the typical teddy bear cut. :) So cute! Keep the eyelashes etc. It took a few hours (as expected) and I was sooooo happy with Gigi's groom by Logan! Logan is so detail-oriented and sooo nice! When I came to pick Gigi up, he kindly came out to bring Gigi out! I also had Winston, (Gigi's bestie) with me since Winston was with us overnight for a pupsleepover! At the salon, they sell treats, dog clothing, dog bed, dog necklaces and shoes, and our fave, the dog cologne by Hydra USA! Logan used Forever Fresh on Gigi and it smelled amazing! I returned a week after to purchase it. There are many other amazing colognes too to choose from. Natashya and Randy assisted me at the front desk and they were so kind and welcoming! We will be back in the future and will also support at the new location! P.S. Parking - street parking with meters. There is a small lot on the left of the salon but I am unsure if those belong to the other businesses or if anyone can park. It's pretty easy though to find parking.

I was pretty disappointed to see many of the same pup toys and supplies that you can find anywhere else, but for a higher price. The outfits they had were cute, but I couldn't justify paying $50 for a shirt (and yes, that's more than I would pay for myself). The woman that was working wasn't very friendly and looked like she would rather jump off a cliff than be there. Not encouraging, but I still decided to buy my pup a cookie. I didn't realize until he couldn't eat it that it was actually rock hard. He tried licking the frosting off, but I don't think he liked it because he barely had any. I was extremely disappointed. You wouldn't serve old/stale food to humans, so why would you do that for pups? Should've gone with my gut and not bought anything from here.
