I did not have to wait long at all. He only worked on me. He listened to all of my concerns and I had an amazing outcome almost no pain only alil soreness the night of. I had a very disappointing experience with this endodontics office, mostly due to poor customer service and communication. First, my interaction with the receptionist, Maria, was frustrating. She was short on the phone, repeatedly talked over me, and came across as rude and dismissive. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient trying to be proactive. Things didn't improve once we arrived. Instead of discussing the treatment plan with me--the adult accompanying my 16-year-old son--Dr. Patel directed the conversation primarily toward my son, which I found inappropriate and unprofessional. As a parent, I expect to be fully included in medical decisions involving my child. There was also confusion and inconsistency regarding insurance. When I initially provided my insurance information, I was told certain procedures wouldn't be covered. Later, when my husband mentioned his insurance, Maria suddenly changed her tone and said, "Oh, I should have known that, that's much better." The lack of clarity and professionalism in handling insurance was concerning. Overall, the atmosphere of the office was not welcoming or comforting. While I might have been able to overlook a rude front desk interaction, the experience with Dr. Patel left a lasting negative impression. If I'm made to feel like an inconvenience as a patient, I'd much rather take my business elsewhere--and that's exactly what I plan to do. read more

I'm so grateful for Dr Patel. I came in with an infection below my root canal that was not visible in any x-ray but was very painful. My dentist finally sent me here to have a specialist look at it. Dr Patel took a 3D scan and discovered that I had a severe deep infection and extensive bone loss already. He was sensitive and honest with me. He was going to do everything he could to save my tooth but it was not guaranteed. I am also terrified of the dentist and he was super gentle and walked me thievery step of the way. I came back for my follow up today 4 months later, and he saved my tooth!!!! No infection and my bone grew back!!! I'm very grateful and would highly recommend Dr Patel. read more

Dr. Patel went above and beyond to help me with my unknown tooth problem. The day before, I went to my dentist and they were not sure what was wrong. They took x-rays and said, I would have to come back in two weeks for a possible a root canal or they could replace my crown now, but they were not sure if that was it. It was later found out to be a root canal. I walked in without an appointment on July 3, to Endodontist Dr. Patel and luckily enough, he made time to help me with my pain and discomfort. I returned two weeks later and he finished my root canal. I can count on one hand how many times, I've been to the dentist in the past 20 years because of being afraid of Dentist and the sounds. Best experience I've had for a root canal. I have been a dental assistant for almost 40 years and have had 6 or 7 root canals done before. He is the 4th endodontist that I have seen over the years. I have seen his work clinically on my patients, who have all had a good experience and I have seen his work on an x-ray/in the mouth. So when it was necessary to get yet one more root canal I decided to give him a try since I heard and saw good things. Parking is easy. His staff are polite and helpful. The office is modern and clean. The equipment is very high tech including but not limited to a microscope that hangs from the ceiling and a laser. His bedside manner is calming and informative. I had no pain during the procedure. He explained what to expect after the treatment. My tooth one day later has no issues. I would highly recommend him to any family member or friend. read more

Absolutely amazing experience. Dr Patel did a wonderful job with my root canal. The duration of my specific appointment was exactly what they said it would be, 1 1/2 hours. It was painless. He and his staff were very thorough. I felt very relaxed and calm during my whole appointment and I am definitely the type of person to have a panic attack for a cleaning. This was my first ever root canal and I was extremely surprised with how well I did during the appointment, as I usually panic but he did a wonderful job. He walked me through what he was doing and gave me warnings if I would feel pressure or if a tool would be too loud. I wore my headphones with my appointment, which I recommend. I also felt almost little to no pain afterwards. I had my appointment on a Friday and cleared my whole weekend to feel pain and discomfort and i would say, on a scale of 1-10, my pain/ discomfort was maybe at a 2.5 and honestly, that's grasping at straws. Is it strange that I would recommend a root canal? I'm no dentist, so I am not sure if they are recommended if you don't need one but I would definitely recommend Dr. Patel if you find out one is needed. I can't stop raving about my wonderful experience and I thought my thoughts and experience would help others in the future decide to come here. Offices were very clean and parking was no issue. They let me know ahead of time if the estimated of cost and deposit, which was only $50, to hold the appointment & was applied to the overall appointment. Staff were very friendly. The office looks like a spa, which I personally didn't mind, as I don't get that medical office feeling. 10 out of 10. Two thumbs up, 5 stars, would highly recommend. Best dental experience ever! I cannot thank Dr. Patel and his staff enough. I had a very traumatic dental experience growing up that led to me unnecessarily getting a crown on my front tooth. I have since then been traumatized of something happening to my crown and going to the dentist. Unfortunately I had an accident and it required getting a root canal on said tooth. I had Elizabeth help me with making a consultation and an appt the following day. She was so incredibly nice and understanding. This is all during the holiday season too so you know it's busy. Unfortunately,,, I have to give this place a bad review..... "and I hate giving bad reviews! " I was referred to this specialist for a issue I was having with one of my teeth. The doctor spent about ten minutes with me, took one x-ray and didn't even bother to say goodbye when he left the room .... After that The receptionist comes in and without asking how I was feeling,,, and just started talking about financing my payments..... I have really great insurance since I work for a law firm .... I already checked with them and I know what they cover.. the receptionist said that my insurance only covered about 1/4 of the payment.... (That was a complete lie!!! ) And wanted me to pay out of pocket.... Also, the most important thing is the doctor ///Let me put it to you like this. He Mis-diagnosed me he didn't even examine the correct tooth. I went to a different specialist and he spent about a hour checking me and took about 20 x-rays , and he put me in a special machine to check all of my teeth and then told me that the tooth where I was filling pain wasn't even the tooth that had the problem! . It was actually a tooth that was right next to it... but since I felt so much pain, I couldn't tell .... so if I would've gone with this person , this so-called specialist he would've worked on the wrong tooth .... Scary!!!! So wrong..... talk about a bad experience. It was completely disappointing. read more

He performed a successful root canal six months ago during my first visit. Today he talked through both images to compare, showing the absence of infection and the growth of new bone in its place. His office staff are kind and professional, and the waiting area is peaceful, which matters to me because I can be anxious about dental visits. Before my appointment with Dr. Patel, I was seen by an endo at a not-so-peaceful office. Both tele and radio were loud and felt like an assault on the senses. Thank goodness I found Dr. Patel on Yelp! Believe it or not, I have never been to a Endodontist and have been going to general dentists my whole life. A few weeks back, I was in extreme pain due to an infection, so my general dentist gave me antibiotics and told me to seek out a Endodontist to take a look what may be causing my infection. After a week of antibiotics three times a day the swelling and pain went away little but little. Today, Dr. Patel redid a root canal that another dentist had previously done. Perhaps it is because I have never been to an Endodontist, but the type of technology he used was something I have never seen before and so were the neat contraptions that they used to isolate my tooth. You can tell he put a lot of thought into his practice and what would make patients most comfortable. I was most amazed by the laser treatment that helps with removing the infection; how neat! I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his team. Not only did he successfully redo my root canal, he was also able to save my crown! I am amazed how much work he was able to get done just by drilling a small hole through my crown to fix a root canal another dentist previously did. His very kind, patient, and thorough approach makes patients feel at ease. Not to mention, you do not need to fill out pages of patient forms, they do everything for you while you wait to be seen by the doctor. I was just there with my granddaughter for a root canal. I stood there when he told her to raise her hand if she felt pain. I left the room thinking she be ok. When we drove home she mentioned that he did not stop when she raised her hand to stop and she started to cry and he didn't stop. I don't like that and I hope everyone will not go to him! I was referred to Dr. Patel by my dentist after I developed pain and sensitivity to one of my molars. Dr. Patel explained the entire root canal process during the consultation and again prior to the root canal today. He kept me informed of what he was doing during each stage of the process. He continually asked how I was doing during each stage of the root canal procedure. I had no swelling and minimal discomfort after the procedure. The staff are thorough and professional both in appearance and in handling patients information and appointments. Dr. Patel is an expert in his field. I was nervous and he put me at ease. I must write this review because of the amazing care I received by Dr. Patel. I was referred by my dentist to see Dr. Patel because my dentist suspected I needed a root canal. That was the worst news that I could hear but I was really so lucky to have been referred to Dr Patel. Of course, it ended up that I did indeed need a root canal and I became so stressed sitting in the chair as I heard the recommendation. I definitely panicked, think I asked a million questions and had Dr. Patel reassure me til no end that it going to be ok, that I would live through it. He was very patient with me and made sure I understood everything that would happen step by step. He was gentle and I felt nothing during the process, providing enough local anesthesia for me to be comfortable for the wholeprocedure.
