I really do enjoy their coffee, they have a good selection of both brewed coffee and espresso drinks, which they make well. Their gelato is usually made well, they make it in the back of their kitchen. Their baked goods can be a little stale sometimes though they are usually pretty good. I loved this coffee shop that is next door to an awesome yoga studio. I got my daily cappuccino and biscotti - much better than sbux for sure. Not only is this the best coffee in the area it is reminiscent of the wonderful coffee shops that you used to be able to find on many Manhattan street corners and in much of Europe. It is the proper antidote to the rather impersonal and much too grandiose Starbucks. They have excellent gelato as well. My wife and I LOVE this place! If you are looking for a cozy coffee shop with excellent coffee drinks and gelato, look no further. We aren't down this way much but whenever we are we make sure to stop in. My wife loves it so much she had me take her for gelato while she was in labor with our son! This place is fantastic. It really has a lot more space than you would think, as it has a lot of seating and a fireplace in the back. They have awesome coffee and tons of other drink selection. They also have a bunch of assorted baked goods. I have liked all the ones I have tried. Service has always been good. It's a small business not a chain, so it's unique and special. I try to come here often. Its basically in Branchville, very close to it anyway, right by the train, but its not like obnoxious by any means. Quaint and charming. Reliable. It is so refreshing to have an alternative to Starbucks. There is no air of radical liberalism permeating the place. Definitely support this great place. I always bring everyone here when they are coming from out of town because I know they will be treated to a great experience. read more

Hip coffee bar with gelato and selection of baked goods including gluten-free. We liked it just fine for a business meeting in the afternoon. Barista made nice pattern in the foam of a cappuccino, which if ordered to stay comes in a porcelain cup. Worth a stop when traveling Route 7 and you need a pick-me-up. read more

This is a nice addition to this part of Ridgefield, which borders Redding. The staff is friendly, it is clean and quite with a pleasant atmosphere. The coffee and other little snacks are good (including gelato). Overall, they have all the bases covered and I recommend it for a quick stop-in to grab some coffee to go, to hang out for a while alone to read or use the free wifi or meet-up with a friend or aquaintance. read more

A good place to grab some coffee, gelato or a pastry. It is located right along Route 7 in Ridgefield, just south of The Little Pub. They adorn the walls with artwork from what I`m guessing is local artists, which is kinda neat. Although, I have never lounged here, they do have some nice chairs and couches to relax in if that is your thing. The coffee is good, gelato is good, pastries are OK. Would like to see their prices for everything come down a bit, but that may not happen. If they were to lower their prices, it is a place that I would stop at more often. read more

Had coffee connoisseur couple visiting. Went for two mornings and the report is coffee is excellent and the pastries are a good match for the quality of the coffee. We drank Italian cappuccino exclusively. The consistency and quality remained through out trying both single and double shots of espresso. I'm an afternoon coffee drinker and there's nothing better than the first sip of a Tusk & Cup cappuccino right around 3:30 PM. This is hands-down the best coffee in this area. The foam on the cappuccino is like pure silk. No matter which barista makes my drink it is consistently the same...just the way I like. The staff is terrific and all know my drink (small cappuccino with an extra shot of espresso) when I approach the counter. Love their soup options too. 5 stars all the way! read more

This is a small local business, and you can tell they take pride in that. Friendly environment and ornate decor, are the bricks and mortar of this shop. The coffee I had, i could actually taste!! Coffee ok but single shots in traditional cap??? Egg Sandwich was terrible. Looked and tasted like it was microwaved ...yesterday. hard crusty egg. Bacon non existent and bagel very chewy in a bad way. On a good note pumpkin muffin great and cool atmosphere. If you order cappuccino tell then double and steam milk to 120 otherwise they steam to 150 ish which dulls the milk. read more

Yummy scones and other goodies are available too. The spicy hot cocoa is delicious for those who don't drink coffee. There is plenty of space to sit and relax, and even a fireplace. There are only two cappuccino locations in this part of Fairfield County which I would rate as 5-star - Tusk & Cup is certainly one of them. The Italian Cappuccino is excellent and is offered in the appropriate size (still cannot grasp the Starbuck's "grande" cappuccino - its horrible and the proportions are way off. I prefer the Ridgefield location over the Wilton branch - just a nicer vibe read more
