    If I can give 0 stars I would. I was browsing online and never provided or gave consent to run my credit and had my credit ran not once but twice. And the financial manager never answers the phone as well as raj and jw who ran my credit. Do not recommend even bothering to browse online. Be aware these two like to run credit with no consent. 3 times now.

    Wanted to give this place a second chance. Made an appointment over the phone with Rueben for service, brake job and program my spare key they gave me that wasn't programmed when I bought the truck from them for first thing Thursday morning 5/28/26. Pulled up, some lady said I have no appointment or they can't see anything with my name. I assured her I called and showed my call log the time and who I spoke to. She went and checked and said oh ya, Rueben didn't submit the appointment in the system so it didn't go thru. So they acknowledged they screwed up, but I still lost my appointment and didn't seem very confident I could get the work done that day. The lady said someone else will come out and help me and she stuck a thing on my windsheild saying "NO APPOINTMENT" I literally sat there for 20 mins while they helped every single customer who kept pulling in behind me and never came back. At this point I'm already late for work. I just handed someone the paper and drove away and they didn't say two words. Clearly these dealerships make so much money that they don't really even need to have good customer service.

    I really wish I had checked their Yelp reviews first. Please save yourself the time and hassle. We tried to purchase here, but unfortunately Lauro was a terrible sales rep. Even after asking the manager to switch us to someone else, Lauro kept calling and harassing us. It was unprofessional and frustrating. We ended up going to Ron at Cadillac Laguna Niguel instead and got a much better deal with a smooth experience. I'll be reaching out to corporate.

    I purchased a 2024 Toyota Prius Prime from Tustin Buick GMC with only 90 miles on it -- nearly brand new. I later discovered that the car had been fitted with Toyo Extensa A/S II tires, which are not original equipment for the Prius Prime. These tires are budget aftermarket models and not the OEM tires Toyota installs at the factory. At just 11,900 miles, these tires were already worn out, with visible cracking and uneven tread wear -- far below acceptable standards for a vehicle that was presented as nearly new. After researching, I confirmed: * The OEM tires for this vehicle should have been Bridgestone Ecopia, Michelin Energy Saver, or a similar factory-grade brand. * The Toyo tires were manufactured the same month as the car (Feb 2024), clearly showing they were installed after the vehicle left the Toyota factory. This tire swap was not disclosed at the time of purchase. I now face the cost of replacing the tires, performing an alignment, and ensuring long-term safety -- all because of a dealer decision to cut corners. While the vehicle itself has performed well, I'm extremely disappointed in the dealership's lack of transparency and concern for long-term customer satisfaction. This kind of tactic -- silently replacing OEM parts with lower-quality substitutes -- is the exact reason many buyers are wary of dealerships. I hope Tustin Buick GMC takes this feedback seriously and reconsiders how it prepares its vehicles for sale. This is about trust, and right now, that trust has been broken. I would not do business with this dealer. They are shady!

    I had the pleasure of working with Ashton at Tustin Buick GMC when I was looking for a Sierra AT4, and I couldn't be happier with the experience!     I had a very poor experience with the service department. I arrived for my 8:00 a.m. Saturday appointment and waited 45 minutes to be helped. I reported a low coolant reservoir and a burnt coolant smell, which the advisor, Jose, also acknowledged. I was promised a diagnostic update by 5:00 p.m. that day and received none. I was also told there were no loaner vehicles and to "call Monday," leaving me without a car for the entire weekend. On Monday, I only received an update after reaching out myself. Instead of clear answers, I was pitched service packages. I was then told diagnostics could take all day and that loaners were "first come, first serve," despite my truck being there since Saturday. On 12/23, I was told my truck was ready, yet they claimed nothing was wrong despite continued coolant loss and odor. When I requested a second opinion, I was told it wouldn't be done because it might "hurt the technician's feelings." I also overheard Jose referring to customers as "dumb when it comes to cars," which was offensive and unprofessional. While my sales experience with Raj was excellent, the service department showed poor communication, lack of accountability, and unacceptable professionalism. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I ended up emailing the person that replied to my review, until this day I have yet to hear back. Again, failure in their customer service but not surprised. I ended up going to Laguna GMC for a second opinion and they found the leak in my radiator in a day. They had the best customer service and kept me updated through the whole process. I will be trading in my truck at Laguna GMC this week. I would recommend to stay away from Tustin GMC! They go above and beyond when you buy a car but after it's a different story. On top of all this GMC Laguna found a list of problems including that the truck was in an accident prior to selling it to me. This car should have never been certified preowned.

    Buying my GMC Denali EV Extended Range at GMC Tustin was hands down the best car buying experience of my life. From the very first visit, Giovanny greeted me warmly, explained everything in detail, and made me feel truly taken care of. For a full week he stayed in touch, trying to find the exact blue Denali EV I wanted. When none were available, he worked out an incredible deal on a white one -- and I couldn't be happier with it. The finance department was outstanding -- no pressure, no unnecessary add-ons, only the things I truly wanted. The whole team worked seamlessly together. On my second visit, I came in at 8:30 PM and within an hour I was driving home in my new car, completely thrilled. After a few days of driving and two 400-mile trips, I can confidently say both the car and the dealership exceeded all my expectations. Giovanny is by far the best sales consultant I've ever worked with, and the entire GMC Tustin team delivered the best service I've experienced in California. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an stress-free and truly enjoyable car buying experience!

There is even a Subway inside the dealership (with the softest white bread and best sandwich artists). - Today is day 2, and I went to my vehicle expecting to have to unbox my floor mats, low and behold they did that all for me at the dealership - The car came with a FULL tank of gas (thank you for the thoughfulness) - I had driven to the dealership in my current vehicle, I was wondering how to get the NEW car back to my home, Ray offered to drive one of my cars back home with me, if I would give him a ride back (this probably saved me 2+ hours, trying to coordinate with friends to help me to relocate the car to its new home. SUPERB SUGGESTION, first time I ever got such an offer. Just like that, I am now a new Toyota owner!!! Super happy and highly recommend.

What really stands out is that he didn't disappear after the sale. We've stayed in touch, and anytime I start thinking about an upgrade, I always ask for Charles. That alone says everything. The service team is also amazing. Josh is fantastic whenever I come in for maintenance. He's communicative, professional, and always keeps me informed. And there's an older gentleman who greets customers in the service drive who is always smiling, energetic, and so welcoming. The customer service at this dealership is consistently great. Tony lent me a fairly new CX5 or 3 (I forget) that took me through over a week and a half or repairs (waiting for the engine to arrive). Returning the rental and getting my car back was smooth and quick. Their lounge is alot more comfortable with spaces to work. They have small snacks by the receptionist. They have coffee / tea / chilled water. They also have a vending machine too! I have to come really appreciate the TEAM EFFORT and all the kindness at Tustin Mazda.

He took the time to let me test drive a 2026, and once I knew the hybrid was the car for me, he went above and beyond to track down the exact model I wanted, including my very specific trim and interior color requests. His attention to detail, patience, and dedication made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. While I was there, I also had the pleasure of reconnecting with Rick Majors, who helped me purchase my very first Palisade. It was so nice seeing a familiar and friendly face! Rick was able to offer me a return customer discount, which truly sealed the deal and made me feel valued and appreciated. I provided what the OTD should be along with a breakdown of what my payments would be with the base price, X down, .99% interest listed on Hyundai's site, and loan years. Unfortunately today he text me accusing me of not understanding and telling me I couldn't have the .99% interest and get the base price I was quoted. He then gave me an OTD $4k+ higher than what we talked about. In all honesty I could've just refinanced when I got my first payment and got the OTD price I wanted, but the condescending manner in which he spoke to me wasn't worth it. From the jump he was rude, talking down to me asking if I'd ever bought a car, but I looked past it with the goal of car purchase. But the attitude overall, especially at the end when he realized I knew what I wanted and he couldn't play games was enough to turn me off from Tustin Hyundai. He also badmouthed another dealership which was unprofessional. Just a bad experience all around.

Throughout the process, Youssef and his sales manager were both great to work with professional, helpful, and easy to talk to. They don't play games, and the whole experience felt genuine and stress-free, which is rare at dealerships. They really try to help you and work toward a deal that makes sense for you, not just for them. They were never pushy and took the time to work with us. I submitted my credit application and simply wanted him to build out a deal structure so I could review, sign, and move forward efficiently. Instead of actually doing that, he sent me screenshots of my credit union's approval tiers... which completely misses the point. I didn't need someone to read me what I already had--I needed him to do his job and shop for competitive rates. When I explained that there's a standard window to shop rates without impacting credit, he pushed back and called it "shotgunning," saying that's only for subprime lending. That's just incorrect. I've worked at a dealership myself and was a top sales performer--I know how this process works, and I have excellent credit. I also clearly communicated my expectations on trade-in value and deal structure. I essentially handed him a ready-to-go deal, and he still couldn't execute. At that point, it felt less like a lack of effort and more like a lack of capability. He's calls himself an Internet Sales Manager, but based on the website he's just a sales associate, it doesn't seem like he has the authority or knowledge to actually structure deals. If that's the case, he should be working with a desk manager instead of stalling the process. Overall, it felt like the only goal was to get me physically into the dealership rather than actually moving the deal forward in a meaningful way. That's a low-level approach and not what I expected. Management should take a closer look here and invest in better training. This could have been a quick and easy deal, but it was mishandled.

We came in around 9 AM just to look at vehicles, but Cole had already spent over a week helping us search for the perfect Bronco and even arranged a transfer from another dealership. Unfortunately, after we had established a deal, that vehicle sold, but Tyler (a Sales Manager) immediately stepped in and spent the day finding us an exact replacement. Cole personally drove almost 2 hours to bring the replacement Bronco down for us, had it fully detailed, and made sure the gas tank was filled before we took it home. Roberto (a Finance Manager) was also amazing and took the time to thoroughly explain warranties, packages, and all the numbers so we fully understood everything, even after hours.  As two women shopping for a car, we really appreciated how comfortable and taken care of we felt throughout the process. We were there from 9 AM until almost 10:30 PM, but it was completely worth it because we drove away in our dream car. Huge shoutout to Cole, Tyler, and Roberto for going above and beyond. We will definitely be back for maintenance and future vehicle needs.

Dropped off my vehicle at the dealership in the morning. The dealership or a robot was supposed to contact me to let me know when my vehicle would be ready. They never contacted me. So I tried to call the dealership to check to see when my vehicle would be ready. I kept getting "phone robots". Finally, I spoke with "Amy". She was a human but she wasn't physically at the dealership so she was unable to help me. I asked her if I could speak to "Zack". She told me there is no "Zack". I asked her to connect me with "service". She said she couldn't do that because they don't take incoming calls but she could connect with their "system". I was absolutely furious by this time. I have bought 6 trucks from Autonation Ford! And now I can't even call the dealership? This "robot" system must be new because I have never gone through this nonsense before. And I never will again. They lost a customer!!! A dealership that doesn't take incoming calls????? REALLY????? I hung up and had no way to find out if my vehicle was ready! On top of that, I had no way to get to the dealership! They were supposed to contact me and arrange a "lyft" for me! The situation got worse and worse and this review is too long already so I won't go into the horrendous details. I have bought 7 cars from Wolos at DCH Tustin Acura since 2010. Just got a beautiful 2025 TLX from him two days ago. It is fantastic, the price was fantastic! His attitude, knowledge and attention to detail are beyond expectations. I am truly grateful that he has been able to help our family for the last 16 years. Thank you, my friend. Now for service- I just have to give a big shout out to Mr. George- oddly enough he has been in the service department as long as I have been at this dealership, it says a lot about a dealership when they retain employees for this long. Despite that, I came out to my car washed. For the past two years, I have always washed my car by hand in a very specific manner. It's never been washed by anyone asides from me. Today I see streaks on the black trim from them washing my car despite me explicitly saying I did not want a wash. Also the vinyl I installed got messed up from their wash. Now I need to reinstall it properly using heat and tweezers and I need to polish the black trim to account for the new scratches from their microfiber cloth. I came here for a simple oil change to have one less thing to worry about but instead left with an additional inconvenience. Three stars because I recognize this is an isolated incident, please improve on the communication. If somebody does not want a car wash, DO NOT wash their car.
