I brought my vehicle in due to a check‑engine light and provided a photo of the error message at check‑in. Jonathan declined to document it, later calling to ask what the issue was--indicating that no intake notes were taken. This is a basic service step that should not be overlooked. Additionally, I was placed in a GM‑covered rental through Hertz; however, Jonathan did not submit the required authorization paperwork. Hertz contacted Tustin Cadillac while I waited, and after approximately 45 minutes, they provided a rental as a courtesy. Hertz staff stated this is a recurring issue with this advisor, which is concerning. Today, I received a text from Jonathan stating that a loaner vehicle was available and that I needed to return the rental due to GM's five‑day coverage limit. I informed him I would be traveling, and he confirmed this would not be an issue. After rearranging my schedule and driving to the dealership, I was informed the loaner was an electric vehicle. Given that I drive a gas Cadillac and had upcoming travel plans, an EV was not a practical option. This critical detail should have been communicated in advance. Because of these oversights, I am now responsible for out‑of‑pocket rental expenses while my vehicle remains in service awaiting parts. This financial impact is a direct result of the dealership's failure to communicate and properly manage the service process. I am requesting the following: I want to emphasize that I receive consistently professional, courteous, and efficient service at Tustin GM for my other vehicles. Shauna just gave us, hands down, the best customer service I have ever received at a dealership customer service department, EVER. She caught the problem before it went into service, fixed it, and asked if we needed new wipers (which we needed) and got them for us plus an oil change. BEWARE, BEWARE!!!! First off. DO NOT BUY A CADILLAC! If you purchase a Cadillac from a non Cadillac dealership, you are not entitled to a loaner vehicle. They would have needed to keep my car for an extended period of time. In there words "we do not allow loaner vehicles unless the vehicle was purchased at a Cadillac dealership"! WOW! I tooo my vehicle in 4 times with a month. Every time I went they attempted to charge me for they diagnostics that they would need to run. Mind you, they never fixed the issue from before. I let them know I would not be paying that and had to then have a manger step in to say "we will go ahead and waive it". Cadillac has a ton of recalls and they should also recall their service department as well. BUYER BE AWARE! I will finish by saying "my car on has 70k miles and it's a 2025 ct5. The transmission was destroyed. I would urge you to move away from buying a car from Cadillac and from having them "repair" your vehicle. read more

We have been in and out of the Tustin Cadillac showroom for months now debating one of their EV models and finally pulled the trigger on a lease as our dream spec model became available at last. Throughout the entire process everyone on the staff has been warm, patient, and accommodating with no pressure tactics whatsoever. It truly could not have been easier. I want to emphasize, once the decision was made to move forward with the lease, how efficient the paperwork process was. My parents went to [redacted competing OC Cadillac dealership] to purchase their vehicle earlier this year and they were forced to spend over 8 hours in the showroom waiting for paperwork -- this on a cash purchase, no less. Truly insane and I will never recommend that place to anyone. Pushy and abrasive children/Salesmen pushing the hard sale and annoying me to no end. Sheesh! My sister found a 2020 XT4 with low miles and most of what I wanted (because I wanted EVERYTHING). Then said, "It's in Tustin". We traveled thru LA traffic and made it there pretty late. Damian had the car ready to drive. I knew what I wanted and was instantly sold. Damian was friendly and had great energy. He asked questions in a manner that felt comfortable. He was professional, respectful and extremely personable. I walked away thinking... he's interesting and cool in a good way! Damian smoothly and courteously passed me to Rich in finance. Again--- world class service was on the menu! Rich was efficient, funny, and informative. I walked away with everything I needed and nothing I didn't. Both men allowed the car and products to sell themselves. They never pushed in a way that felt uncomfortable or aggressive. Yet, my new-to-me Cadillac is totally protected, even after the factory and certified pre owned warrantees expire. Tustin Cadillac in Orange County, California - Complete Lack of Accountability, Dishonesty, and Incompetence In December 2024, I purchased a brand-new 2025 Cadillac Escalade from Tustin Cadillac in Orange County, California. What followed has been over a year of frustration, excuses, broken promises, and complete lack of responsibility. In January 2025, the vehicle completely lost audio and system communication -- no navigation, no radio, nothing worked. I brought the car in and was told it would be repaired. Instead, the dealership kept my brand-new vehicle for over three months -- nearly 100 days. I was close to filing a Lemon Law claim just to escape this situation. While the car was in their possession, things became even worse. They lost one of my key fobs, misplaced both factory headsets, and returned my vehicle with a dent on the driver-side rear fender -- damage that absolutely did NOT exist when I dropped the car off. When I finally picked up the vehicle in May 2025, only one key fob was returned. I was promised the second would be found. The next day, I discovered the dent and reported it immediately. They acknowledged responsibility and promised to fix it. From that point forward, it became a constant cycle of excuses: "Body shop is busy." "Manager is unavailable." "Come back next month." "We'll call you." They never call. Months later, I discovered both headsets were missing. Again, more delays, more excuses, and more empty promises about checking cameras and calling back. Nothing happened. This dragged on for nearly a full year. Only in January 2026 did they finally replace the missing key fob and headsets -- after constant pressure from me. The dent, however, remains unresolved. After wasting over a year of my time, they suddenly told me I should pay $500 toward fixing damage that happened while the vehicle was in THEIR care. That is unacceptable. I escalated this issue to GM corporate in January 2026. Even GM struggled to get responses from this dealership -- which says everything about how this place operates. This dealership has no accountability, no responsible management, and no respect for customers. Phone calls go unanswered. Managers hide behind excuses. Promises mean nothing. I am 62 years old, and this is by far the worst dealership experience of my life. Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and financial risk. Avoid Tustin Cadillac at all costs. read more

The last time I had work done there, they left off my battery cover. I brought it back and they charged me $25, to replace a part,. they had stolen in the first place WTF. I had a few other issues, they are polite but old-school scummy. They will lie and differ responsibilities. They do not want to help you at all they just want to blame you for their numerous mistakes. I feel like they are trying to rip me off every time I go there now.
