They have a great mission: They team up with the Hawaiian Humane Society to showcase cats and kittens that are available for adoption, and if you are vetted and selected, you can take your chosen cat(s) home for their new life with you! Even if you're not in the market for a new companion, you can go to the Café, get a coffee or Italian soda, eat a scone, and pet adorable cats. There's always a nice rotating mixture of frisky kittens and older cats, and some are napping while others are playing. There are toys in the room where the cats are so you can interact with them. I always recommend reservations but you can walk in and see if there are spots available. You get lots of time to interact with the cats and it's usually not packed so there's room to interact with multiple kitties. Please check it out--it's such a good cause!

I really like that the visit time is an hour instead of 30 minutes like some other places that charge double the price, which is honestly kind of crazy. I came with my daughter and it was $31 total for an hour of playing with the cats, which I think is totally worth it. They also have a cafe, which adds a nice touch to the experience.
