This place is unlike any I've come across. A year ago Allen and his staff made amazingness happen at my brothers wedding. A year later, my turn. They made the impossible happen. (No really it was) no one in the 15 stores I checked had my coat tails (frac suit and ascot) Allen has his time not only had it, but has different colors and styles and fits. They are awesome. shop is to cluttered, no room to sit, need more ppl ready to attend customers... my friend got married had 12 grooms men and we all had to pay around 150$ with discount etc etc.. but it really wasn't a discount because anyone who walks in will get a discount, i feel like if the groom is bringing 12 customers to them there should be a nice significant discount ... idk i feel like their prices are a bit too high for a tiny mall shop, suits were nice...my complaints are just waiting to be attended for 25 minutes and paying full price with a fake type discount when there are 12 customers brought in by the groom, they need to provide better deals. read more

While the store isn't at all impressive walking in, I was pleased with the friendly and attentive service I received. Measurements were taken quickly and easily, and the price of my tux rental was very reasonable. I had my friend pick up my tux a few days later, and it was ready as promised. While I recommend others try on their tux when picking it up, I just wasn't able to make it there in person. Thankfully, everything fit perfectly when I tried the tux on at home. Be careful with these guys. They are nice and friendly, but keep track of your receipts, paperwork, and what you ask for. I rented a tux from them for my wedding. They wanted to give me one of those fluffy shirts, but I asked for a regular white shirt. When I came in a few weeks later, it's a good thing I checked everything out because they tried to give me the fluffy shirt again! After I returned my tuxedo and went on my honeymoon, they called a me a few days later and accused me of having stolen the tux. I had returned it and asked to speak to the owner, but the guy on the phone wouldn't let me. Then they went ahead and fraudulently charged my card for the full price. They seem nice and we went to them because of all the good reviews, but beware, they'll scam you if you're not careful. read more

My 1 star rating is only because you can't give less. To start off with, my review saying they're absolutely terrible would be wrong! The folks are very pleasant, quick with their measurements and pretty reasonably priced for a wedding party of 6. This is an important read if you're still going to use this shop after a 1 star rating. Our challenges were as follows, 4 dirty shirts with MAJOR ring around the collar (one smelled a little like sweat), 2 coats had buttons that were dangling by a single string (one fell off at the hotel), 1 pair of pants had a large brown stain on the leg about the size of a tennis ball and another pair of pants were an inch shorter than the other at pick up. Yes, they exchanged the 3 shirts and stained pants (one shirt still had a stain but is wasn't noticed until the photographer pointed it out), they fixed the button on the 1 coat (the other wasn't noticed until we were getting for pictures) and they lengthened the other pair of pants so all was eventually fine but for the extra time we had to wait for the repairs (an extra hour waiting around for each of us) you would think they would offer something for our troubles and yet they acted as if this was normal! This is their business so it's their lively hood! when I said that I wasn't going to be nice on their review they weren't too concerned. If you have to rent here then do it but know you may face similar challenges. Buyer to beware!!!!! If you're after really pleasant people to deal with, a quick rent and don't really care about quality control then this is your place! Good luck and the best to you on your occasion. read more

Alan and Moe are the ones who run this outlet. albeit a bit out of place, it sure is fairly convenient to go to a rental suit store in the mall. they take quick yet accurate measurements. i ran out of time to pick up my own tux, so i had to have a groomsman pick it up for me. the fit was awesome, i was worried, i had gained some weight, but the tux fit fine. minus one star for miscommunication i wanted a bow tie, while my groomsmen got ties. i received a bow tie. my fault for not double checking. upon returning, i noticed i lost a cuff link, which was provided in the tux. i told them i lost one and was ready to pay for the loss, but they told me not to worry about it. I was recently the Maid of Honor for my good friend's wedding, and among other tasks, I was in charge of organizing the entire bridal party's attire for the occasion. I don't live in LA, so this provided an added challenge for this endeavor. Allan was my contact person for this transaction, and he was amazing!! He and I definitely got used to talking to each other on the phone, as I was constantly calling to give him the sizes of the entire bridal party, then size changes, then deposits, then add-ons (shoes). He patiently and thoroughly answered any and all questions I had. This entire rental went sight unseen because most of us live far away and were coming into town only for the wedding. I was very concerned because we were going for an androgynous look - women in suits - and usually, men's suits don't necessarily fit women's bodies that well. He made me feel very comfortable that everything would be right - sent photos; explicitly described the slim fit of all of the suits; provided alternate options once we were made aware that all of our sizes could not be accommodated in the style we wanted. All in all, Allan made the experience a very pleasant one. Not to mention - the suits looked amazing!!! Our looks were a surprise for the brides-to-be, and they were thrilled with the final product. I was in need of a new suit that was both affordable and of good quality. I couldn't find a suit shop at first that fulfilled those two things until I finally found this place. Customer service to me is probably the most important thing when I come into a store and in this regard Tuxedo Junction passed with flying colors. The service that Alan gave me was exceptional. Alan helped me diligently and gave me the effort that I genuinely appreciated. He provided me with various selections of suits. It actually took a while to find THE suit. Even as I kept trying on suits over and over, Alan kept his patience and he was always willing to keep assisting me. His goal was obvious and that was to provide me with the suit I really wanted. There was not a time when I felt I was being forced to immediately make a decision. A definite BIG PLUS on customer service. Now I'm sure everyone wants to know about the product. I give the product an A+. The suit quality is great and it's definitely a suit I'll keep wearing for future events. I own other suits but I must say this new one I just purchased is probably my favorite. I bought a slim fit and it looks and fits great. I'd also like to add that I bought this new suit because I was given the honor by my friend to be one of his groomsmen for his wedding. The wedding took place this past weekend and let me tell you, I received many compliments about my suit. Now moving on to the price. I'm not going to say exactly how much I paid for it but I was MORE than happy about the purchase price. Let's just say it was very reasonable.
