Don't let the scantly dressed waitresses discourage you. Great priced beer and food. The beer is stored below freezing. They have giant thermometer that shows the beer cooler temperature above the bar in real-time. The food is good quality. Great burgers! So Twin Peaks is bursting at the seams! There are only 2 locations in our fair state (BR & Houma) but FIVE are planned in metro NOLA in the next few yrs. There is one opening very soon in the old Serrano's restaurant in Clearview Mall :) Twin Peaks is all about the......ummmm food and beer! Yup get some wings (much better than their biggest competitor's wings) and beer. You can't beat that combo. I also love their chicken fried steak and pot roast. The beer here is truly ice cold. The coldest beers I have ever had are the ones poured here. The only downside when you come here is that it is ALWAYS packed. I am not one to go to places at normal lunch/dinner hours because I don't really like big crowds. But that is unavoidable here even if you eat lunch early at 11am or late at 2-3pm. It is still crowded. Everything is more plentiful at Twin Peaks....the food comes out in huge portions, the beer glasses are big, and the girls offer up plenty of smiles. I've had better, I've had worse. Service was good and she was very helpful. My amaretto sour was on point with lots of cherries and little ice. I asked for no potatoes and double the broccoli, and she got that right. Lots of televisions and there was plenty of room. The restaurant is in a good location with lots of light. Centrally located to other shops and stores. The chipotle chicken was very spicy and I loved it! There was plenty of broccoli and the chicken was well prepared. My dessert was not that good. Ice cream was dripping off the side, and a lot of it was melted when I got it. There was no spoon, so I had to wait on that. The brownie was rock hard and I had to chip away at it with a knife and fork! The dessert made a mess in the table. Not sure if I would go back. read more

So..I wasn't very hungry when we ordered dinner, so I decided to just get a side dish. I ordered the mac and cheese. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!! There isn't any cheese on the mac and CHEESE and the flavor is just spicy. This mac and cheese is very dry. The noodles they used wasn't even the same noodles on the menu. I will never order the mac and cheese again. I'm not sure if there are new owners, but I believe subconsciously maybe that's why I only went with ordering a side dish because in the past I've been disappointed. Honestly, Emily made our entire experience worth it at Twin Peeks ! Made sure our drinks were full the entire time & made sure we had everything we needed! Checked on us frequently. Awesome service Emily! Thank you! But, my boyfriend and I ordered two steaks, they were both way over cooked. We understand mistakes happen, we weren't throwing a fit at all but we wanted better cooked steaks so Emily insisted she bring us new ones the way we would like it. Our second ones came out and they just were not flavorful at all and had a weird color and texture but we didn't want to complain a second time. Brett the manager came over to our table to asked us about our new steaks. We said they were better & then his response to our answer was "I'm eating those first steaks, so I'm not complaining at all" his demeanor wasn't very apologetic and he wasn't very polite and we took it as he was telling us that nothing was wrong with those first steaks. read more

The food was not good. The service was worse, and the ambience was embarrassing. Ordered well done, came back rare. Couldn't find our waitress Amanda. When she finally came back, the other people in my party were nearly done eating. When I asked Amanda, if she could bring my food back to get it cooked, she made a real nasty face. Now with everyone done with their meal, I just told them to head on out. Then comes out the manager, but he certainly didn't act like one. He has my burger in a to go container. I told the managerial pimp to remove my order from the bill. I also told the Pimpman that Amanda needs to conduct herself professionally. Then Amanda started interrupting and the managerpimp. I asked her to shhhh. That was it. I politely asked for my check and headed for the front. As I was talking with the girls, here comes the "manager" with my check. I worked in the food industry for a very long time. I always give a good tip but for Amanda, I gave her the biggest tip of all. Act professional because this is the job you chose. This is why God Gave everyone two ears and one mouth lol All The girls in the front agreed but the pimpman didn't. Imo, I don't think she belonged there. She could've been 18 but I highly doubt it. Very uncomfortable and some of them are definitely overcompensating which was embarrassing. Overall, the only thing to go in there for is perhaps alcohol and for looking at some very young girls. Very sad. Also pervy bc there were a few dirty old men in there. I felt bad for the girls. And the "manager" is nothing more than a pimp! And by the way, this is not a family restaurant, so if you want to show your children, that kind of stuff, you're not looking to good yourself as a parent. read more

The good: the food is almost always great. The bad: service is sketchy depending on who serves you. Can be great if you get the right ones. The ugly: their advertised 22oz draft beers are actually only about 16-17 ounces. My favorite sports bar/restaurant, hands down. They have a variety of restaurant-quality food and the drink selection is outstanding. I love the burgers and the appetizers, namely the Mozzarella bites. The steaks are great too and feature herb steak butter. My dad and I always got the Pot Roast, which has a special price on Sunday. The ladies are beautiful and the TVs are plentiful. All things considered, they get a strong 5 stars from me. FYI: They are featuring new wings with a nice combination of flavors. read more

It was Julies birthday and we decided to do something new. We settled on Twin Peaks because I'd heard the chicken fried steak was really good. It's set up like a mountain lodge, rustic springs to mind. Fair sized menu but they mostly sell beer and wings it seems. It's clean the staff is young and having fun. I was entertained by a string of guys putting their best moves on the two hostess girls at the front door. Julie had the chicken fried steak, and it's a huge portion. She didn't care for it, the gravy had jalapeño peppers in it and Julie didn't like that one bit. I had a Philly steak sandwich and it was really a fried roast beef sandwich, the flavor was cooked out of it, not enough onions and peppers cheese wasn't melted. Our server was spot on. We we're seated immediately and partnered up with Tayler. Our drinks and food orders were placed right away. And just like magic. It was hot , fresh, and delicious sitting right in front of us. Everything was so good we ordered more food to go. Tayler made us felt welcomed and gave us A+ service from start to finish. We had to speak with the management to let him know how awesome this place was and how Our waitress Did an amazing job. We always travel back and forth to BR on a daily basis. I decided to try a new restaurant today. I have passed Twin Peaks multiple times, but never stopped. I went during lunch on today, Wednesday and they had a 10 oz sirloin steak special with two sides for $11.99. I must say I was satisfied with the portion of my food. I had the sweet potato fries and garlic mashed potatoes as my sides and my steak medium rare. Everything was delicious and they had good service. I've been in here several times with different people over the last few years. Actually, at a couple of different locations. The service isn't bad, in fact, a few of the servers I've had there were pretty darn good. The drinks are ice cold, and the food is even better than expected I thought. I've had the burgers, and fries, and sampled the wings, all of them were pretty good! The only thing I've ever had any issue with is the fact that a few of the servers that work here are unprofessional in other ways. Unfortunately it creates a bad reputation for all of them. Watch for them to try crap like slipping your attractive date, or worse, someone who is clearly your and that they can see is married-their phone number- because they really are that desperate. Yeah.
