There was once a Twin Peaks in Metaire but it's stay was short lived. I've been to but a few and the decor is pretty standard in them all. You walk in seat yourself at the bar or be seated in a booth. Deer, bear, elk heads galore, and young thin 20 something's in short shorts and tank tops. Baton Rouge location is pretty consistent and true to the companies theme. Amanda was my server, she was a bleached blonde 20 something central to the companies motif. She was sweet, I walked in at 10pm and was seated in a booth in her area and got not even a hint of the late evening, I'm ready to go home, why did you sit in my area kind of attitude, please be a good tipper", type of demeanor. She even went as far to sit and give me the layout of about a dozen of the most popular things on the menu when asked. Bravo Amanda. Late night wanting something descent I would come back. Open late!!!! That deserves a star in & of itself. I think TwinPeaks is where all the Hooter's servers have gone. Really though. The menu consists of log-cabin-mountain man food ie pot roast, meatloaf and foods of that nature. Even the beer glass is log cabin-sized; HUGE!!! Two hands, two hands... The decor is also log cabin-mountain man like, inclusive of but not limited to mooseheads, stuffed & mounted animal carcasses etc I find the uniforms to be, while theme related, are lacking in fashion-sense. I do love the short shorts tho... so while I know most people are not looking at the style, it's worth noting. My food was tasty & served in a timely manner. Sautéed veggies & fish was my selection; good & good. I found the server to be friendly, attentive to needs & timely in her order taking & food delivery. Located on busy Siegen Lane in Baton Rouge. ..... This is about my dining experience the other night. Normally I get food to go from here & it's good. For some reason my friend and I decided to dine here one night. The hostess were great. When we were sat, it took a while for our server to come to us. We ordered the bacon jam sliders & nachos. The sliders came out quick but they were cold. Our server took an hour after that to check on us and we didn't even receive our Nachos or a refill on water. She recognizes the mistake & apologizes. She puts in the order of nachos & takes it off our check. The nachos that came to us had a ton of chips without anything on it. My to go nachos the other day were way better. We were still hungry so we got the mozzarella bites after that. Finally something hot and consistently good.... We saw everyone else getting better service than us. Ladies that work there, here's a piece of advice: I will tip better than the males that eat at this restaurant IF you try just a little bit. read more

Customer Service is always pretty good. I come here for the Beyond Burger Vegan Patty. The Beyond Burger that Twin Peaks offers comes with cheese and mayo but it can easily be made vegan by subbing the mayo with guacamole smash and asking for the cheese to be removed. It was a delicious and hearty burger and I am happy that places that are known for serving meat are offering quality vegan/vegetarian burgers. read more

I real love the food here. Favorites: Blackened Chicken Quesadillas. These are not the plain flat meat and cheese variety. Tender, perfectly-spiced chicken is between crispy flour tortillas but not alone! Black beans, corn, and what appears to be a blend of cheeses. Pico, salsa, sour cream on the side. This dish has a kick but just enough to make it interesting. Queso: this one is nice because it has its own personality. This is not your mothers rotel dip. I think it has cilantro in it. BUT WAIT! I like cilantro so I am not sure but my husband hates it and he liked the queso (finger in the empty bowl when no one was looking kinda good) so... Not sure what gives this a flavor that is unique but worth getting for sure. read more

A little pricy for drinks. The food pricing was not bad. Still, kind of steep at $60 for two entrees and four drinks at a sports bar with a coupon too. The green Chile meatloaf was pretty good. Moist and covered with a mushroom gravy. The broccoli side was good, but could have used more seasoning. The Mac and cheese was decent, but not something to write home about. BF got the hangover burger. The burger was juicy and packed with toppings. The fries were the wide steak fries. I liked then, but BF was not a fan. Nothing really stood out but the fact that I was one of three women the place and the outfits the servers wore. read more

Been to this place twice now and I'm a fan. On my previous visit the most standout things were the super cold beers and the beautiful women not enough to distinguish itself from similar type establishments being that The food was just decent enough. This time around I had a great burger and combine that with the super ice cold beer, it hit the spot. For this type of establishment it really does things right. This location, oddly enough, even though located in a college town closes at midnight even on Friday and Saturday, while most other restaurants in the chain remain open until 2am, especially on college football Saturdays when late night games are on. As for the food, it's better than Hooters and Buffalo Wild Wings, by a lot and there's enough alcohol to go around for everyone, but let's face it, no one comes here for the food. This was probably the worst restaurant experience that I have had in a while. We arrived and were seated in a booth in the back, far from any other people in the restaurant. Like next to the table where the servers apparently do their makeup and hair and eat their own food and talk about all the drama in their lives. We ordered and got our food relatively quickly. After getting our food, the server checked on us pretty much right as we got the food and then she never came back again. It seems like if you're not a table of guys, they dont give you any attention, because we saw every server spending lots of time chatting and such at their other tables. After finishing our meal, we waited about 10 minutes before getting someone's attention to ask for our check. I ordered the sirloin with asparagus instead of broccoli. My husband ordered the bacon burger. Food was sub par, but kind of what you'd expect in this type of restaurant. The menus were so gunky and sticky and clearly had not been cleaned that day. This place is for COLD BEER and good views. I came for the beer. This place is one of my go tos for cold beer. Their BILLIONAIRE BACON BURGER is one of my favorite burgers. The thick candied bacon really messed me up. It made me understand how good bacon can be. For me it's soo good it makes the burger. The burger is there only to compliment the bacon. The lettuce was not the freshest but between the cold beer and good bacon it wasn't as noticeable. I ordered the CHICKEN QUESDILLA and it was not flavorful or tasty. This is most likely a filler item just to have. CHEESE BITES were plentiful poppable fun and the waitress didn't mind giving more sauce. Both dips were great but bc of it's bite size it cools off faster than sticks. For happy hour pricing it's more than enough. BACON SLAW- nice light slaw. I hate slaws that are heavy in mayonnaise. Yeah, yeah.....it's an expensive response to "Hooters" and being a woman that does nothing for me at all. I really stick out when I go there by myself. Don't care. We waited an hour and thirty minutes for a table after being told it would only take 20 minutes. The hostess was high off her ass and kept telling us different things. Our server was also very bad. She only checked up on us 2 times then when I went to the bathroom she was hitting her vape and on her phone. The manager checked up on us more then our server. I don't normally go to this establishment but I was looking for places that sold burgers with a fried egg that I have not had yet. A web search suggests their Hangover Burger so I headed over around 8pm the night before Thanksgiving. I'm by myself so I had no idea what to expect. The scantily dressed hostess sat me at a high rise table. I glanced at the menu and considered getting some wings too. So I waited, and I waited and I waited, seemed like no one knew I was there. A lady walked towards me and saw me but then went to a table of 8 people and forgot about me. A few more minutes went by and I noticed two of the wait staff flirting with the same group. I waited some more and decided this wasn't for me. I got up and walked to the door and on my way out I I told the hostess that no one ever came to my table. I called in to the phone for the restaurant and asked for the manager, I was asked why? And I had to tell her that it was because I just walked out and I wanted to talk to the guy in charge. Madison informed me that the manager wasn't available but the evening shift manager was. A guy who claimed to be the evening shift manager came on the phone and once I informed him what had transpired he told me that the waitress was in the bathroom and that she had been spoken too. Really? One waitress for the whole inside restaurant dining area? Why was he in the back? Why weren't there more staff on the floor? He urged me to come back and that I would be promptly waited on. I thanked him but declined as I was already on my way to another restaurant. He asked me to give them another try and I politely declined. I went to their competitors down the street and was seated and served promptly. I'd probably still be waiting at the other place... Food is always pretty good. I ordered a double shot mojito and couldn't taste any of the alcohol so don't waste you money on drinks. I ordered the Texas Philly which looked amazing but I received their other Philly. When i politely pointed this out to my server she immediately got defensive and said that was the right sandwich even though I pointed out that there was no pico or jalapeños she just doubled down and said that she rang it in right. I work in a restaurant myself and wasn't mad at the mistake but my servers attitude problem is the reason for 3 stars. This is the worse run restaurant in all of Baton Rouge. First I walk in there is 5 girls and a manager at the hostess desk. I ask one of the young lady where a group was an the response I got was unreal. She stated that do I look like I know where they are I was like WOW. This is how u talk to a customer. I went to this place end of July and I recall sitting across from a woman who had blonde hair and she had a blue sweater or hoodie on . The situation turned into an entire fiasco. The waitress assaulted the customer by pouring water on to the young woman's drawings and computer . I don't understand why the woman stayed but I watched her clean up her belongings and guessing shake it off as if it were an accident .After a short period of time the same waitress came out and initiated what I consider an all out brawl with the guest. I don't know if they knew each other previously but this was horrible for business . The employee initiated the fight and when the guest started to defend herself and get the upper hand then management decided that was the moment to step in and place the guest in a chokehold while the employee who initiated the aggression and still showed signs of physical agression didnt suffer the same fate . I really hope the person sues and the food is never phenomenal but I like the atmosphere to get a quick bite when at work but this was my LAST time . I hope that the crew is reprimanded not merely by the company but legally . myself and a few other guest saw the situation play out in the booth and I can honestly say it was disgusting . I guess make sure one of the waitresses don't have it out for you or know you and doesn't like you because this has got to be the absolute worst display I have ever seen in a restaurant and that's saying a lot for my 15 years in the industry . read more
