My partner likes coming here because they do have a pretty good mi chelada for a very reasonable price. I always order the wings they are good. The girls are pretty nice and the service is good. You can enjoy good wings a nice mi chelada and what your favorite game on to. Let me start off with a wow!!! Martina our server had it on display tonight... she had everything to offer. We came in on a Friday night around 10pm to a very busy bar but got sat instantly in the dinning room. The menus are a QR code, I felt like it's easier that way. Starting with nachos the brisket had very good taste to it and the avocado smash was pretty good as well, moving on to the cheesesteak that was delicious.. I would definitely recommend giving it a try. As far as the restaurant goes it's a clean inside with plenty of tv's to watch sports and seating as well. read more

Um.....yeah, didn't realize this was basically a lodge-themed hooters, though the 'twin peaks' name and 'scenic views' advertised from the outside became clear once inside, lol. Anyway, the wife and I were hungry and while surprised were also amused and sought to see our folly through. Food was pretty good, service was fine. SO did not know the type of restaurant this was and I wish there would've been cameras recording our reaction when we walked in. (Think Hooters restaurant) Everyone was so kind and welcoming. We were sat down at a booth (plenty of bar....table...& booths to choose from). The food was alright but what won the night was the wings with the Korean soy sauce. It was absolutely outstandingly delicious. If we ever do come back....this will be the only item we will order. This is most definitely a BAR! lots of TV's to watch all your games you may need/want to watch. Cool spot but definitely were shocked walking in with our little one. read more

Came here on Veterans Day. This was right before the big rush. Ordered fried pickles as an appetizer and the chicken tenders with fries as the meal. The fried pickles definitely could have been fried for at least four minutes longer. They were the palest color of browns. Gave one small ranch for three people. The chicken tenders you could tell were hand breaded. They were super fresh. Fries were really good also. Our waitress, I think her name was Kelsey, she was on her A game and was constantly checking on us. We were there less than 40 minutes and she checked on us about 6 times. She was awesome. All were dirty and they told us they were not open. 30 minutes later, they are still empty and the Manager ran us off. It does not want us to hang out to wait for a table The security guard that is in the front was a decent guy and explained that he did not make the decisions I will not be back and I will tell a lot of people about this because it's baloney. Can't beat the coldest beer in town. They have a great lunch special and it's reasonably priced. However, this visit has to rank as one of my top worst experiences from any Twin Peaks restaurant. If you like sitting at the bar and being ignored, because you aren't on a first name basis with the bartenders, then this is definitely the place for you. It's bad enough that the higher ups decided to eliminate a lot of my favorite items, from the menu. But then to experience this is just the icing on the cake for this franchise going downhill. I thought I was in for a good experience, as I was greeted right away and served my first round of items right away. But, there was no second round. Why? Because once I got my appetizer, I was never asked, by any of the 2 bartenders, how I was doing. If I wanted anything else. Again, just being ignored. It was even a challenge just to get my check, after deciding that I was just going to leave. Such a disappointment and a waste of my time. read more

Been our Go-To spot for years since it's right down the road. After the abysmal experience tonight walking thru the door decided it was better to take our friends elsewhere. Twin Peaks was a great experience. The staff was nice and the food was great. I had the brisket nachos and the serving size was really generous. The brisket was tasty and the chips stayed crispy for a decent amount of time. Our server Onnah was very friendly and kept up on our drinks quickly. There was a small mishap of getting some hot salsa spilled on me but it was no big deal and was rectified very quickly and was offered a towel; no harm no foul. When visiting Boise, Twin Peaks is a great choice that I can't get at home. I highly recommend this establishment for food and drinks. read more

We had dinner at Las Calaveras on Saturday July 19th. The food and atmosphere were great, but wait and bar staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than service. We endured long waits to get water refills and rounds of drinks, which was very disappointing with how great the food was. This is like a hustler magazine a teenager would hide under his bed and potentially as sticky. Got something from one of the taps. Very cold, very large. I saw dirty dishes and plates on tables that were there when I came in and were still there when I left. When was the last time this place was inspected? If you look at the photos on Yelp, you see over 140 were shot in a studio. Trust me, none of the photos of the food had any resemblance to the slop I saw coming out of the kitchen. This crap must appeal to the cliché patrons who still think that wearing a backward baseball cap or, if worn correctly, has to have a pair of Oakleys sitting on top is the height of professional, sexy maleness. Because scantily clad women (i.e., skanks) want to be exhibitionists around these Neanderthals speaks volumes about both the patrons and the staff. In what century were these cretins born? Do you have anything in common with them? If yes, then Twin Peaks is for you, and you will likely rave about the food, which is fresh from a freezer and piping hot from a microwave. But then again, you normally eat gas station food in your car, as evidenced by the greasy wrappers and bags that substitute for seats covers. I left sensing that my IQ had been severely lowered in the brief time I spent there. I didn't dare try the water because of the warnings and the number of reported gastro problems in the various reviews. If you are staying at a hotel nearby, apparently, your time in Boise may be longer just to recover from the effects of the food here. It would be far safer and better food if you go the food court across from the big movie theater. read more

I was staying at a hotel across the street and went in for a quick lunch with my wife. My expectations were low, I do understand what this place is about. Juliette did great job. The food however was a joke. I ordered a grilled cheese and soup and the sandwich was literally 1 slice of American cheese between two pieces of dry white bread, It had nothing else. I didn't eat it and waited until after I paid to point it out to the server. I wasn't looking for anything, but maybe an apology or some reassurance that it did not meet their standards. She showed the manager and let me know that they told the kitchen staff. The manager couldn't even be bothered to come and talk to us. This place has the BEST garmonbozia I've ever had. They cream the corn in-house, never from a can, it's light and airy, and simply delicious. But regardless of flavor, the food here has the power to transport you to a chaotic dimension of terrifying nonsense, so it's more of a hipster place.
