This was the worst service I have ever had. Took 15 minutes for a beer. The wings came out at different times for every person in my party. I said something to the manager and he did not care at all. This place is okay. A lot better than Hooters but the same exact concept. The ladies were nice and pleasant. The food was mediocre nothing special at all your typical sports bar wing and sides place. Tons of TV's everywhere. Just didn't like the fact that the 20% discount was only just for USC students and staff with ID. There are plenty of other colleges in Columbia that are located downtown. Completely disappointed in the service that was provided today. We arrived at 8:09 PM and didn't receive our food until 10:00. The waitress would ignore our table and those around us. Then once you got her attention she would forget to bring whatever we asked for. One of the members at our table never received his food. By the time the waitress return everyone else was finished. The manager was called twice regarding the service and nothing was done. Even after he asked what else was needed he walked away while we were still asking. Traveling a lot and I love sports bars. I was here 6 months ago and had great service with Shay waiting on 8 of us guys and did a fantastic job. I'm back in town and running solo and she is just as great now as she was then. Food is good, beer is cold and she is certainly easy on the eyes with a perfect attitude!! I've been to other TPs and had a good experience but this one was not the same. I visited on a Wednesday evening around 7pm. It was only about half full. It was just me so I sat at the bar. My beer came fast but the nachos took a little over 35 minutes. Oh and the hostess needs to at least smile when a guest walks in. Another guy sat near me at the bar but ended up leaving because no one even greeted him. For a restaurant like this to be right next to USC one would think they could do better staffing. I blame the management because they were no where to be seen. All other TPs I have always seen managers walking the floor. Get it together because T&A only get you so far. read more

My wife and I have been here 3 times now. First night - delicious, cold beer. Huge long hair in the wings we ordered. Blah. Second night - we only came to have a beer on a Sunday, it was cold and good. Third night - $5 cover for some boxing match we didn't care about, but we were hungry and already parked so we still came. We both ordered beers, not as cold as normal. I ordered a Blue Moon, as always, they bring me one with no orange and tell me they're out of oranges. Ummm, ok that's fine, why not give me another option in that case as I'd rather have something else? Didn't even ask me. Then, we only had one set of silverware/napkin. Finally got another one, opened it, and it was all dirty and gross. Then our burgers came and I asked the girl that brought them for some ketchup. Reasonable, right? She never came back. Our waitress finally came and went to go get some. Overall tonight was just a garbage experience in every aspect. I would give them the excuse that they were busy, but there were 2-3 waitresses huddled around a table near us chatting up some guys most the night so obviously they weren't understaffed. I came to this place thinking it would be a good time. I entered the building and management was rude about us sitting at the bar. I only asked him if they would be showing the UFC fight on Fox Sports 1 and told us he won't put fighting on the TVs. The food was good. Beer was cold. The service sucked. Under staffed! Me and my good friend (female) went in today to watch the World Cup game. When we walked in there was no one at the front desk area to seat us but the manager came to seat us within 2 minutes. I want to think his name was Jeff or something close and he was a thrill throughout our time here... NOT. Once we were seated we hung out for a few minutes waiting for someone to come take our drink orders but that never happened. We did move tables... to ONE table over just so we could have sound for the game but after waiting a total of about 20 minutes with no waitress ever speaking a word to us (even after my friend went up to one and asked her to come to our table when she got a chance) my friend decided to walk to the bar and ask the bartender for our waters. More time passes and still NO WAITRESS. They all looked at us but never came to our table... Keep in mind this was 2PM and the place had maybe 30 people in it. After 30 MINUTES of waiting for someone to come to our table I finally called the front desk from our table and asked to speak to the manager. I told him we had been sitting for a while and no one had came to serve us and he was like "Oh I thought she had you, hold on I'll get you someone... sorry about that". His apology was less than sincere and we still had to wait another 5 or so minutes before a waitress showed up. Once we got a waitress she was wonderful and even took care of the chips and salsa I ordered but I will not ever be going back here again. Well we got 2 cheese burgers with NO BACON, NO Mayo on the side or otherwise, 1 with NO ONIONS, the other with caramelized onions. The fries were not extra crispy. Now it was only us and 1 other at the bar and the place was pretty much empty yet our wait was around 30 or more mins. Waited that long to receive a messed up order! The beer as always was very cold but I wanted food. We didn't stay and the manager cleared our check. I've noticed this downward path months ago with this place. They really need to do better. Having skimpy dressed girls is no substitute for messing up customer's food orders. It's been months since I've been there and it looks like it will be even longer if I go back. The service was awful. Took about 15-20 minutes just to get drinks. Went with 5 of my friends. Only one of us actually got what we ordered food wise. I don't even know what I drank for my first drink, but it wasn't what I ordered. I got the trout. It was burnt and dry. The veggies tasted like cardboard. I subbed out my potatoes, but still got potatoes. Server wasn't even that attractive. It was nice to be with my friends tho. #firstworldproblems. read more

Came here on a Saturday evening not very busy. Asked to sit outside to enjoy ambiance. Was sat next to a big party of 8. The waitress was in training. We ordered our beers, waited 30 min for one beer due to the other waitress having our waitress help her. To be honest our waitress got punked into helping making us wait for our beers. It is what you expected, and that's actually a big positive these days. They meet expectations service wise and food wise (for the most part). Love the fish tacos but the wings?? They are delicious but a dozen wings can fit inside a tea cup, honestly. It's a shame to any wings compared to any sports bar in the world ever. Staff is great and they really nail the sports atmosphere perfectly especially for their location. Rather disappointing. We had the impression that that servers there were ultra friendly. We all found them rather stuck up and bothered if we tried to talk to them. PS the place was not busy when we got there. So no excuse. The wings were pretty good and the beer was good and cold but no specials on anything so we found our bill rather high for what we got. The bar takes up most of the room and I noticed from where I was sitting the bartender girl also was not mixing with the bar customers. This was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. We waited for 15 minutes without even receiving menus. The food took an hour to come and they only brought half of the groups entrees because two were incorrect. We then waited 20 minutes for the rest of the food and the order was still incorrect.
