Wow... I don't think I will ever step foot in this establishment again. We visited the restaurant at on a Sunday evening. We were sat at 7 and didn't receive our appetizers until 7:45. When I finally asked the waitress (Daniela) if there was any eta on the food we were told they were having a forty minute delay in the kitchen.... Which would've been really nice to know when we first sat down. We finally got our food around 8:25 ish .... And it was cold. Mind you, one of the dishes was just some boneless wings and tater tots and the other was the chicken street corn salad. The boneless wings were so over seasoned and the chicken from the street corn salad was so cold. Thankfully the manager removed salad from the tab which I was thankful for. The ambiance was alright but the music was very loud and made it pretty hard to carry a conversation. Overall- I don't think I would come back to this particular restaurant. read more

Good food and service does take a while for you to receive your food and your drink especially if theirs any kind of game going on but really good service and the manger does check up with you to see if everything going well and if any Oder is wrong or if theirs any delay they will offer you something to make it up which is something you don't see in many places now a days. I went on a Monday with friends and when we asked for the bill we asked to have it split in two. The waitress said she couldn't do it. Finally when she brought the bill 30 minutes later, we gave her two credit cards and she charged the wrong amounts on each card. So it took us 45 minutes to pay and our waitress messed up the simple task of charging what we told her to charge on each card. That experience made the whole evening bad! If i could give this place ZERO stars i would. Honestly have came 3 times and my experience has never been this bad. My server Elizabeth was good until she tried scamming me with my bill. She charged me for things i never ordered then tried giving me a discount on the bill instead of just charging me what i did order. I didn't want to make a big deal about it so i just paid and left but i'll never come back again! . i've talked to a bunch of my buddies that come to this place and find themselves with the same issue with different servers so idk if it's a scheme between all of them or if they just individually just like to scam people. Also food took long and my server was rarely checking up on me and friends. Terrible, terrible service, I'm a restaurant manager and I was observing the moment, they all look overwhelmed, My son chose this place for his birthday. It was our second time here. The first time was bad. But, we gave it another chance and came back for my son's birthday with the family. My drink took 30 minutes, my sister never got her food, my husband never got his refill, my salad never touched the table. It was horrible. Twin Peaks Doral is getting three stars. Unfortunately, the service was less than satisfactory during my visit. We waited more than 20-30 mins for drink refills --each time. I can understand one time, but she continuously forgot and rarely came to the table. The waitress did not provide plates or cutlery despite. Unfortunately, our waitress forgot my food and daughter's. After more than 30 mins of waiting, I brought it to her attention and she said, the kitchen is busy let me check which is code for "I forgot to put in your order". The wings were delicious. Food was ok, service was Terrible. We had to ask for napkins, silverware and water since it wasn't provided to us. Flatbread was lame. We ordered a cocktail and a beer and when were done with our meal we asked again for it and our server said the bar was packed and it was not ready, we ended up canceling it. Very disappointed with the food. Let me start off which was done correctly. We were greeted nicely and seated right away. Our server was very nice and explained that we needed to get the menu from the QR code. Not knowing that, we only had one phone and had to keep going back and forth to decide what we wanted. That was about it with the good things. I understand that this is a sports restaurant with mostly a younger crowd. The food is decent with the amount served but very spicy and salty. This is not for an older crowd. We also ordered a sandwich to go and ask to hold the fries and substitute a side salad. This did not happen and the again the chicken sandwich had too much spice on it. The purpose in holding the fries and substituting a side salad was because it was going to be eaten the next day. Of course fries were soggy the next day and had to be thrown out and there was no side salad. Most likely, we will not be going back to this restaurant and continue eating at Hooters. I'm not a person who likes to leave negative reviews but this being the first time visiting Twin Peaks makes you say, I will not be going back. read more

Mannn ion even do reviews but the service was just that bad. I didn't feel like I was being attended, was out with my partner and ordered our food. The appetizer came out and it was good nothing wrong with that, now when the main entre came. Only one plate was brought and the food runner notified us that there wasn't anymore of the second entre and wasn't sure if our waitress had mentioned it. Which she did not and while she was literally sitting at the table next to us talking hadn't said anything and even then after being able to see that only one entre was served hadn't said anything. Not once did she check in expect when my partner had already damn near finished her food did she ask if everything was okay like nahh mf I ain't get my food and then is when she wants to check that out and come back and say that it wasn't available. She offered to make up for it but I just wasn't interested in being there any longer especially since my partner had literally already finished eating. On top of the food being served cold. How tf we wait 20mins and it's cold.And they got health violations. Now I will say that normally when we've gone the service isn't that bad but this time just got to me having our server literally chatting at the table next to us you'd think we'd be a table she'd check in with the most but nope only once towards the end when my partner was about to finish eating.
