Been to multiple Twin Peaks in DFW, but absolutely love this location in Fort Worth! Weekends are a must for the Food, Fights and Cowboys Games with Family and Friends. We recently got there with a big group and were immediately seated with menus and smiles from the ladies. Our server was Jaylee Foster. She had multiple tables but continued to make sure our food was on point and our drinks/beers were cold... and that is all you really ask for on a busy busy day. All smiles and laughs with Jaylee, great service - we recommend asking for her on your next visit. Managers were also great, came out and checked on us at the end of the night. I have been coming here since I moved to the area in 2017. It WAS a great place to hang out but has been going downhill for the last couple of years. They no longer seem to care about their customers. I keep giving them another chance to show that their customers matter to them and they continue to get worse. The main problem is their service. Today was the last straw. my wife and I came here after work and we checked in with the hostess. we asked for a patio table. my wife went to use the restroom and returned. Service was attentive. Loud, obnoxious music was off-putting. Now, about the food: I was there for Summer Appreciation Day, buy 6 wings and get 6 wings free. Wings were pretty decent. My gripe is that out of 12 wings, there were only 2 drumettes. The rest (10!!) were wingettes (sometimes called flappers). I brought this to the attention of two servers, neither taking the initiative to make it right. The wings were fresh and hot, right out of the fryer. The french fries were, unfortunately, cold. Since TX has lifted the mask mandate, I am not sure why Twin Peaks is bothering to continue to have their employees wearing masks, especially since there was no consistency. 1/4 of the girls wore them correctly, another 1/4 had them down around their neck, and 50% of them had them around their chin. So why bother at all? Unfortunately I was kind of in an eat & run situation, so I couldnt enjoy a relaxed meal. My server was nice. She also informed me she was about to end her shift in about 20 minutes. Instead of going through 2 servers, I just ordered everything at once and told her I would close out. I ordered chips n salsa as an app and the Pork Cubano as my entree. The sandwich was good. Full of flavor. Could have used a little more mustard. The french fries were hot and nicely seasoned. Came here on a Thursday night around 11pm. As we walked through the door, we were told ahead of time that they close at midnight and that we have to order quickly before the kitchen closes. Our server came with the check in the middle of our meal and said along the lines of "oh..did you want dessert or something". Probably not after you're bringing us the check already, so thanks. I get it, you're close to closing and wanna wrap things up. But that's probably what sets apart a place that has shining reviews and one that doesn't. They probably are more willing to work at 100% until it hits midnight. All in all, the the food was okay and in decent sized portions. The nachos could have had more meat and less beans... I had the cheeseburger and it was okay. I had the choice of one patty or 2. The bread was good, but in the end it felt like it was a lot of bread for a tiny little patty of meat...wish I had taken a picture. My bf had the Hangover burger and he said that was good, maybe I shouldn't have settled. My brother had the meatloaf and said it was fine. I've been a loyal customer at Twin Peaks for a long time, visiting frequently (around 5 times a week) with my brother, and we always spend over $100 per visit. I've always enjoyed the food, drinks, and the service, and the beautiful attentive servers. However, I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at the Twin Peaks location this Saturday evening that I feel compelled to share. I went in specifically to watch the UFC fight and have a few drinks. I'm not a regular drinker, but I wanted to enjoy the evening. I arrived at 5 p.m. and had two double shots (4 shots total). After this, I was abruptly cut off by the manager, Carlos Rosales. This was surprising, as I had been there for over three hours, and my brother, who also had a few drinks, was cut off as well. The thing that bothered me was that Carlos didn't offer any explanation for cutting us off this time. He simply told us, "You're done for the day," with no further conversation or attempt to assess our level of intoxication. This was in contrast to a visit a couple of weeks ago, when we came in on a Wednesday during lunch hours. That time, Carlos explained that we were being cut off because it was the afternoon, which was understandable given the time of day. However, today, when we were only having two drinks each, there was no explanation--just an abrupt dismissal. Carlos even mentioned an incident involving someone who shot a cop after consuming a large number of drinks, which seemed completely irrelevant and inappropriate. I'm not sure why he would bring this up, especially since I was not drunk, nor were we behaving in any disruptive way. When we tried to speak with Carlos and explain that we had only had two drinks each and had been there for several hours, he refused to engage with us. He simply kept saying, "You're done for the day." There was no attempt to hear us out or resolve the situation. To make matters worse, when we asked where we could file a formal complaint, Carlos again refused to speak with us. He told us to leave and even accused us of calling him names, which we did not. He was very defensive and unprofessional. During this time, a drunk patron--who seemed to be a friend of Carlos--came up and started threatening us. Carlos said nothing to intervene, despite the man being clearly intoxicated and aggressive. It felt as though Carlos was more concerned with protecting his friend than handling the situation professionally. I want to make it clear that my issue is with Carlos Rosales, not with the restaurant as a whole. Twin Peaks is a great place with great food and drink, and I've always enjoyed my visits there. But the way Carlos treated us on Saturday was completely uncalled for. He was rude, dismissive, and created an uncomfortable situation where there was no need for one. I hope that Twin Peaks takes this feedback seriously and looks into Carlos Rosales' behavior, as this experience has left me seriously questioning whether I will return. I've spent a lot of money at Twin Peaks in the past, but I cannot continue to support a place where I'm treated unfairly and with such disrespect. I'd like to know how Twin Peaks plans to address this issue and whether Carlos will be held accountable for his actions. read more

OK - Service was great and I took my whole family out. Food now that was up and down to be honest, the appetizers were excellent that we had the combo and bacon. Not for the main meal I would say no one was super excited. Wings were ok not the best and the blue cheese was lacking. The other items we got at the table were ok at best. First time to Twin Peaks. I don't care how cheesy some people say it can be, I've always liked going to a well themed and nicely executed Breast-aurant. They definitely nailed the whole "log-cabin-hunting-lodge" concept. Dead animals everywhere, antler chandeliers and faux wooden chairs and other touches. I swear I could smell the wood(?!) or maybe that was just my imagination. TVs EVERYWHERE. Even personal sized TVs at every booth, which I thought was really cool. Girls were all friendly, even the ones with hardcore RBF ended up being really nice! The theme of the week had to do with Memorial Day, so all the girls were in jean shorts and American flag crop tops. Jon G. and I sat up at the bar. No purse hooks underneath which I thought for sure they would have, but then again, women aren't really their demographic so I suppose it's not that surprising. Their specials of the day included $3 house margaritas, which was just what I was in the mood for anyway. Jon G. got one of their signature mules. Drinks were out fast, and they were STIFF! I really hate to be the person nitpicking about a drink being TOO strong (lol, even reading that line makes me eye roll at myself, who has ever complained about too much alcohol?!) but seriously this drink was gnarly! There wasn't any balance in it, so to me, it pretty much tasted like I was drinking a glass of tequila with a splash of margarita mix. Jon G.'s drink was a bit better, but was still on the gnarly side. We had already eaten dinner, so we decided to get a little snack and some dessert. We placed an order for the Billionaire's Bacon, which is essentially thick cut candied bacon with red chili flakes and smoked paprika. Because who can say no to some smoky, sweet and spicy bacon?! Came out pretty fast. Displayed in a rocks glass lined with paper. Two of the slices were perfect, nice and crisp, sweet brown sugar glaze and just the right amount of heat. They were all heavily black peppered as well, I tasted that more that the red chili flakes or the smoked paprika. The other slices were paler, chewy and not so evenly glazed. Not sure if I'd order this again. Before we left we wanted something sweet and decided to order the Bread pudding which boasts Buffalo Trace Bourbon sauce and vanilla ice cream. Serving size was big and easily shared, but the ice cream was sooooo melted! It looked as if it had been sitting a while before someone noticed it and brought it to us. I really liked it overall, the sauce was super tasty, the bread pudding was studded with raisins, Bourbon sauce was a nice finish. If only the ice cream wasn't 70% soup already :( This location was not the best but far from the worst, maybe I'll try a different location again to experience the menu more thoroughly, but as of now, is only come here for beer drinking/sports watching. read more

Poor service, wasn't greeted for 10 minutes, then when the server finally noticed me she was rude, got my order wrong, then slammed my food on the table without even giving silverware. When she came back I asked to speak to a manager and she told me he said he was too busy then she brought me my check, at this point I don't even care I just want to leave so I paid my bill with the food I didn't order or eat and I left. While I was sitting not being greeted for 10 minutes I also noticed a manager talking in what looked like a very hostile way to an employee in front of everyone, Considering how bad the service was it was probably necessary to some extent, but still very unprofessional to do in front of customers on the managers end. From my experience here it seemed like a hostile and unprofessional environment and completely killed my mood. After working a long day a cold beer and pretty smile would have been great but I got everything except for that. I will not be coming back to this establishment. read more
