We we nt there because the radio advertised their great selection of whiskey. We sat down at the bar and ordered a couple of beers while I decided which whiskey to try. I chose my whiskey. They got it down off the shelf and disappeared. 3 people behind the bar with 10 customers and not one was capable of pouring a shot. I asked for the check, and they tried to charge me for the shot I never got. Overall, they need a lot of help. I have been to this Twin Peaks many times. We have had great service and not so great service. This time was just OK. The server Tetyana was really nice BUT (and I feel bad for saying this) the service part was lacking. She spent alot of her time talking to a table whom it looked like she knew. I had to get silverware for our table myself. I wanted to have a couple more beers and enjoy the game, but since we didn't get checked on until we were done eating I just gave up and decided to cash out. Food was OK. Drinks were cold. I went last Thursday night with my husband we asked for a water and ice tea she brought the water no ice tea we asked 2 other girls and finally one brought it. We had the chips and cheese which was cold and getting her flagged down so we could get a warm one then we asked for more chips never got them we couldn't even get her attention to refill our drinks she was so focused on a regular customer.. Had fo flag had Down for our bill then I came back this week and had issues again with drinks and we weren't the only ones a cop sitting by us couldn't get a refill either. Again had the chips and cheese and finally got the extra chips but then on my meal I didn't get them with my meal so I guess our refill was from my meal we used to come a few times a Month but I'm not going to deal with this anymore read more

Oddly enough, It's one of my group's go to happy hour spots! (I believe it's...3-7pm? I would call to be sure about the end time). The happy hour deals really are amazing as well as their daily HH deals. I'm a fan of their boneless wings with the Thai chili ($6) as well as the fried pickles, and house cheese dip with chips! I opt for their House Knotty Brunette as well. They have the best chilled glasses that they serve your beer in. I'm unsure why most places don't chill their glasses the way they do, but it's worth it! My beer is always Ice cold. The service is sometimes hit or miss, but recently the hostesses have been oddly sour with us, but our servers have been great! Thank you for making us feel comfortable in a place that most people assume is for only males. (Okay, yes...that's predominantly the gender I see hanging around, BUT I do see couples and women dining! Also, You can indeed bring your children since there is a bar and restaurant area). There are TV's everywhere around the bar and restaurant as well as a personal TV in most of the booths so it's a great place to watch any game! read more

Great sports bar for lunch or dinner. Stopped in today for lunch and had the chicken fried steak. They give you a crazy large portion, that comes with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans. It's crispy goodness covered in gravy. The wait staff is always for friendly and the food is consistent. I took a star off because they took the rainbow trout off the menu - it was amazing! The friendly guy next to me said the Bud Light on tap was as cold as Ice as the temperature gauge in the front read 27 degrees so when he got his beer it literally had ice in it! My parents would really love to come here! He also recommended the New Fowl Play, which is a Turkey Burger. Looks so great that I can't wait to go back & order it! Been coming here every Thursday for lunch. From my first visit, I have always had a really good experience. The food is very good and the service is always top notch. All the servers are great but I always ask to be seated in Jennifer's section. Her Puerto Rican hospitality coupled with her New York personality always makes for a very great experience for us. She is super attentive to our needs and always make sure that our drinks and our food our taken care of. She definitely is a five star in my books. read more

Visited yesterday for an early lunch and my experience was just okay. We literally got here at like 10:50 they open at 11. So we were greeted by the hostess that was running around almost in a panic to keep customers waiting out front until exactly 11am. Which in all fairness...keep your doors locked until 11 then. She could have been slightly more professional in her delivery of he "we don't open until 11" too . Once 11am hit we were allowed in. I enjoyed a burger and Bloody Mary and my friend had a beer and BLT both were delicious and our server was awesome, friendly and attentive. I wanted to report about my most recent experience in Twin Peaks, Henderson. I was greeted by Emerald. Super friendly. Very professional. Easy to chat with. My server, Daisy, was also amazing, with all of these same qualities. This is where my positive experience ends. Cierra became my new server after a shift change--which I was expecting, since Daisy gave me the "heads up". Cierra never once came over to see how I was doing; if I wanted another drink, appetizer, dessert, etc. Extremely poor customer service. Lastly, on the way out, the young lady at the exit was also very unfriendly and uncordial. Such a terrible way to encouge repeat customers. If I treated my clients in this manner, I'd be out of business! read more

Love the cabin style look of the restaurant, it makes you feel like you're in the woods in a nice cabin. They have a variety of different food selections and var type food. Hands down they have the coldest beer, almost too cold ... my husband loves the chicken wings from here as they are not fried and they have a variety of options! There is plenty of available parking in the center lots. If you just want to go for drinks and sports TV, this could be an enjoyable option. I have been coming here a few months as it is next to my office. The service here is fine if I can get it at all. I tend to come in alone. So, a lot of time I have to wait 10 minutes minimum for a server just to come and ask me what I want to drink. I understand if they are busy but this happened even on a Sunday night after an NFL game where everyone has gone home. The two tables next to me get constant services from the server, so I know I were in her section, but I got ignored. I got to a point where I have to put on a timer every time I came alone so I would leave after 10 minutes of no one checking up on me. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced! Me and my family enjoyed a nice lunch which definitely filled us up! Great fries and the pecan bourbon sauce pie was to die for!! My only hiccup was our server. She was friendly and had a great smile but it was easy to tell that she was having a bad day or did not want to be there. This girl (Try) deserves a negative 10 because you went about this situation completely wrong!! We've had this server a few times, on this specific night we decided to say Hi and her response to us was " I don't know who the F**k you are" but if you didn't know who we were then how did you remember my name on Instagram to be able to block me?? That's a pathetic excuse. I work in an industry where I as well see multiple faces so I understand how it can be hard to remember every single face but I would never look a customer in the face while sitting in my work place off the clock and be so disrespectful.
